When you 1st walk in, it seems welcoming but then you talk to Chris & seems like he doesn’t even want to be there. He told me we qualified for $150 rebate & would get in on our next bill, but that was wrong. He got our hopes up because we thought we were getting a good deal for the device we got. They should really make sure what they are advertising before they tell the costumer wrong information.
Destiny and Chris were very helpful in helping us in replacing our lost phone through our insurance and setting the new phone up. I have traded with this Russell Verizon location since they opened. Excellent service and communication. Highly recommend.

Both of the employees working @ this location were both very courteous, & helpful. They were also very patient & thorough in explaining the differences in different plans available to our specific needs; as well as advising us how to terminate some streaming services/ music plan we were currently paying for monthly, since those same services were now no cost initially for a specified time period. I would definitely recommend this specific Verizon dealer to anyone !!

The person I spoke with when I went there to start my phone plan was Japheth. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and put my concerns at ease when I switched service providers.

Im gonna be honest this is probably the best Verizon store Ive dealt with in my 10 years of having Verizon/Russel Cellular as a carrier. My guy Japheth put out the best customer service I have ever seen and answered every and all of my questions, leaving them easy to understand for me and helped me with a few things on my account. 10/10 would come back here again if I ever had any questions.

I went in planning to purchase the newest Galaxy phone at full price and they didnt have the one I wanted. Thats fine as I dont expect to always get what I want right away but it would have been nice for them to at least offer to order it. They have also given me incorrect information on different occasions.

In May/June 2019, I moved over from AT&T onto my wife’s plan, new iPhone 7 and all. Terrible service from Verizon. I am lucky to have enough service to text half the time while my wife has only slightly better service. Majority of the time, I have to be on WiFi. Not very good for what I NEED it to do. Terrible. I will be leaving Verizon as soon as the phone is paid off. I’ve given it enough time and chances. There is no such thing as good American quality anymore. AT&T, for all its shortcomings, was still better.
Im on vacation my phone breaks and I go to the Bartlesville Verizon store. Jay was a big help! He tried to get my phone fixed but it was to costly so he helped me get a new one. Got set up and on my way in about an hour. HIGH FIVE TO JAY!!!

I have had Verizon services for almost 5 years now, and have had absolutely no problems. Until I went to this store. Please, please do not go to this store. It is an indirect store, take the time to drive to Owasso to a direct store that is more knowledgeable and helpful! My last experience there, I was incorrectly charged $80. I totally understand everyone makes mistakes, and I wasnt upset. I figured if I went in and spoke about it with them it would be corrected on my next bill. I went in and explained the situation, the sales associate admitted to incorrectly charging me and said he would just e-mail his branch manager in order to get the issue fixed. After a few more days went by hearing nothing, I contacted the store again to find out the sales associate no longer worked there, so I started the whole process over again with the store manager, Lacey. She was an absolute horror to work with- no apologies for being incorrectly charged, no apologies for the wait, nothing! She just said she would have to e-mail the branch manager, but refunds usually arent given in these situations. I kept in contact with Lacey for about a month, and she was never able to get an answer. She told me that she literally hadnt heard back from the branch manager after 47 days, which if thats true there needs to be a better process obviously. I asked if I could have the branch managers (Seth Turners) number, but she refused... Finally I called Verizon customer service who ate the stores costs (since this is an indirect store Verizon has to send the store the bill now) and mistakes and gave me my refund, even though they shouldnt have had to do that. Again, please save yourself the hassle and just drive to a direct store!
They were so nice when I went I today. I will definitely go back they are very helpful. I got a new s8+ today and love it and loved the experience I had in the store today compared to my last experience 6 months ago big upgrade and the girls are amazing.
Started my account on June 3rd, signed a hand written outline of my phone, plan, and total mobile protection. They admitted to making a clerical error (marked me as not having insurance) but yet refused to fix anything they had done. So I was out a $1,000 phone over a simple fix. I do NOT recommend doing any type of business with Russell Cellular or Verizon Wireless. Unaccountable, unreliable, and unacceptable business practices..
The associate was nice, but couldnt help me with my issue. They are apparently limited because they are not a corporate store. Bummer.. had to spend 45 minutes on the phone bouncing between representatives and stores to get to someone that could finally help.
If i could rate this 0 stars, i would. This store lied to me about the Black Friday (Nov 2018) deals on the iphone and then continue to charge me full price for the iphone x. I have been trying to get it adjusted for 8 months now and Jay the manager finally just said there isnt anything they can do that they are already giving me a discount. WRONG. I am still being charged full price for the phone. MAKE SURE they know what they are talking about in that store. They tell you one thing and then dont honor their word. As soon as I can move my account away from Verizon, it will be done.

Not sure why the store even says Verizon as you can’t do any normal business with your Verizon account. I’m not sure what purpose the store has if they can’t assist Verizon customers. Might as well strip all the Verizon signage off the building.Go to Owasso according to Verizon corporate.
Went to have my phone turned on wanted same # they said it was under different name!!! Called 611 couldnt get thru hrs trying. Said my pin wasnt my pin.
Ive had nothing but bad experiences every time Ive dealt with that store. I had to do a rare thing for me, paying cash to pay my phone bill. So I went into the store to pay it figuring they couldnt screw me on that, I was wrong. I was charged an extra $3 for a fee the ladies there couldnt explain other than it was what all their stores do. Avoid doing business with a store where its seems its their practice to rip people off!
I have came into the store multiple times for help with my new phone, every time I come in they are very patient with me and so helpful Lacey and Patrisha are amazing and very helpful. So glad I no longer have to drive out of town for help.

I had an absolute amazing experience with lacey the store manager she went above and beyond and was so nice and helpful.
I personally was horrified of this store to the point I’d make a trip to Owasso to deal with a corporate store. BUT, Four months ago I walked into the store because I was shopping around and wanted to price check somethings before I drove to Owasso. I spent three hours getting to know the new store Manager Lacey. She was a blast. After chit chatting and talking I had let her know I had once worked for another indirect agency in Colorado. I was offered a job on the spot. Lacey is working extremely hard to turn this store around and build it back up. Russell Cellular is a Big 6 Authorized Retailer and can do about everything a Corporate store can. I am honored to now be apart of the company. If it wasn’t for Lacey, I’d still be driving back and forth to Owasso for bill pays and upgrades. Some of these reviews are from before Lacey took over the store, and she’s definitely changed it. Our clientele has grown and we’ve proven that we can make a difference in our community and as a Verizon retailer. I’ve just hit my 90 days with company and love it. Russell Cellular is a great company to do business with and most of all work for. We truly value our customers as friends and family. Every Wednesday before Thanksgiving we have a VIP friends and family Day, a big sale day for the company to honor our support from our customers. We make the Bartlesville location your one stop and shop. If there is anything you need help with come in and we can fix it or try to resolve the issue. Be like me and give the store a second chance, I’m glad I did!

I received a very bad experience with the Verizon store here in Bartlesville.As a result I have request for cancelation of my Verizon account If you are interested in knowing the problem you may contact me. I have spoken to the persons at the store with not a lot of concern on their part.
Today I went into the store to have e all of my stuff switched from my old phone to my new phone. The store manager was very helpful I was helped with no waiting and she was very friendly and helpful. Ill be going back.

I purchased a phone in the Skiatook store. They had banners outside the store promoting the Notebook 4 with a 200 rebate. After signing the contract and a few days later I try to send in my rebate. I was rejected because the rebate didnt start until the following day. They closed the Skiatook store and I contacted the Bartlesville store to get this issue resolved but over a month later I am still getting the run around. Now they wont even answer my calls or return any messages that I leave. I have called the district manager and left 2 messages with him as well and still no return phone call. I am headed to the BBB to report the service I received. I suggest not doing business with them.
