Went in to add a line to grandsons account, had to wait for over an hour for someone that could help us, took another hour to do it. Went in today to switch service to another phone, was told I had to be serviced outside (since I cannot wear a mask) after all other customers were taken care of. Waited 30 minutes for a phone to be unlocked, left got other things to do.

Sold me a iPhone saying it was “new” and when I got the screen replaced the person said it was in fact not new but professionally refurbished. Took away my insurance that we paid for and when asked about the charge they said it was a number transfer charge. That was the last straw plus terrible service will never come back.
I was going to become a customer today after being with cricket wireless for 7 years. But if the door isnt open in the next 5 minutes I will not be. My first experience with metro by TMobile is a sticky note on the door at 5 pm today saying be back in 15 minutes. No wonder our cricket location does at least 5 times the amount of business! Change my mind metro, you have 5 minutes.
