Ive used this place numerous times and always happy with the service. They retrieved photos I thought I deleted for good. They transferred data from a screen I couldnt see any longer. If you have a cell phone issue/problem this is the place to go. And he does NOT charge outrageous prices.

I would give this store a negative zero due to I am MetroPCS Manager and referred my customer to go and purchase unlocked devices or to get there google unlocked if they forgot there password. I called on Saturday for my customer to get his LG tablet google unlocked and quoted me A PRICE OF $30 told him my customer is coming on Wednesday to get it unlocked. however my customer calls me and tells me that they are charging $80 which is unfair because you can go online and get it done cheaper but because Ive referred customer i chose to give them the sale. When calling the guy was very offended from what I was telling and starting blaming his employees saying there arent giving the right prices so after all the arguments the person working there told his it would take 1-2 hours is been more the 4 hours still can figure it and are trying steal someone firmware from a tablet to put on the customer existing which seemed very sketchy. Then he tells me it could take 2 hours - two days and then told me it wouldnt be ready till Saturday which is 3 days. This place is A SCAM I HOPE EVERYONE SEE THIS AND ALSO THOSE REVIEWS ARE FALSE THEY PUT THAT THEMSELVES TO MAKE IT SEEM THEY ARE GOOD WHEN IN REALITY THE ARE A SCAM. DONT GO HERE THE WILL SCAM YOU. YOU CAN GOOGLE UNLOCK YOU PHONE TABLETS ONLINE FOR HALF THE PRICE THEY ARE CHARGING. I HOPE YOU GUYS AS BUSINESS OWNERS SEE THIS. My phone was not turning on after I broke it fell out of my pocket at work. I first took it to a repair kiosk at the mall that wanted to charge 2 hundred dollars just to fix the screen. I then went to Ubreakifix because it was close by my work and the guy there said my LLP hone couldnt be fixed because the motherboard was cracked. Because all my contacts and pictures were on the phone, I was desperate to get a second opinion. I looked up Revived Cellular in Beaverton and called their shop. I spoke with Danny there and he suggested I just visit his shop to see what could be done for my phone.I gave him my phone and he was able to diagnose that the phone memory was still ok and that he could save all my information! He even had a replacement phone available there at his shop which was better than the phone I broke! It took him only one day to port all my memory to the new phone!I am very grateful to Revived Cellular and to Danny, who showed he has real skill and was very professional. He only charged me 200 dollars for the new phone and the service of porting all my data to the new phone.I highly recommend to anyone who broke their phone to call Danny at Revived Cellular.

I walked in unannounced with a problem iPhone 6s+. Danny did a little checking of what it would and would not do and in maybe five minutes had it nicely laid out like a fish fillet. I could not believe his expertise. Danny instantly recognized water damage in a portion of the phone and suggested I keep using it until something important (to me) quit working because fixing water damage is by nature unreliable. If I wanted to try fixing it then, well, then it might be worth the effort to try, but not now. I call this straight forward and honest. This man deserves our business. None better.John

I wish there was a 10 star rating. These guys are solid and great at what they do. I came in with my hopeless iPhone and got out with a fully working like new looking phone. All of that in less than 30 mins. Highly recommended!

Danny is a genius when it comes to phones and one of the best business owners that I have ever done business with. I have taken several phones to his store when he was in North Portland, and when I went to see him on one occasion and saw that his store was no longer there, my heart sank! I wish there was a 0 Star review, honestly. I came here, and was really happy for the first few days. Then my screen stopped working with my case and the home button came loose, then my screen only worked half the time. I took it to a place in town and he said that it actually wasn’t a new screen, it was an old one covered in plastic. I don’t understand how this place has good reviews, this guys made me spend another 60 dollars to get ANOTHER new screen. 0/10

Never come to this place to get your phone fixed. I waited over 3 months to get my device back and had to use one of their replacement phones in the meantime. The main person who works here is difficult to work with and it looks like they are living in the shop. Do not recommend

I want to write a review regardless of whether my phone gets fixed or not! I will soon find out either way, but I know they have tried every possible thing they can to get things working! Danny is one of the nicest business people Ive met. He checked out my phone and ran diagnostics without charging me a dime! He is a very honest person, and has given my dinosaur of a flip phone a chance that nobody else was willing to try! I was so scared to lose all of my contacts and notes beings how I never thought to back them up. I know now that they were able to recover them, and possibly even fix the whole phone! Danny is great, and I will remember him always! Go see him if you need a fix or a phone!!!

They are professional. I asked them to fix bricked iPhone 6s Plus which originally water damaged. They ran the drying process and find/fix damaged internal wire connection which potentially damaged by other cell phone repair shop. It’s amazing professional work and price is lower than other shop in this area.

Quality of the work and parts is low. Two stars only for not refusal to look whats wrong with the phone again. And again. And again. 5 times in a row. But still digitizer is producing false taps and screen is not bound in one corner. Will have to redo the repair somewhere else as they dont want to replace buggy digitizer.

I bought a phone off craigslist that was supposed to be in good working condition HOWEVER the external speaker was totally not working! Seller refused to refund, etc. OK, let him incur his karmic debt and figure out what to do next.... I went to Revived Cellular and they promptly and politely replaced the speaker! The cost was the same as another place quoted but instead of 3-5 days, Revived was able to do the repair and return the phone in just a couple of hours-- THANK YOU!

I broke my brand new s10+ and insurance would not replace it cause I wasnt able to make phone calls off the device in the past 60days. After being tossed back and forth by AT&T and asurion for 4 days they finally said there was nothing either one of them was going to do for me. And that I needed to pay to fix the phone on my own. I walked into this place on a whim and the employee working was very understanding of my situation. he was willing to do whatever he could to help me. After a few moments of quick thinking he was able to bypass the digitizer on my S-10+ and make phone calls from it, I called Asurion from my busted phone and made a claim. The new S10+ is in the mail otw.From now on, I am recommending this place to anybody who has any cell phone questions or problems what so ever. Call or come here you wont regret it.

They were able to save ALL of my data, pics, contacts, vids, and everything else on to a mini st card. Had an LGV10 stuck in a loop. No card so everything was saved to the phone that wouldnt stay on. Couldnt guarantee that the phone would work again but I only cared about my pics. For 60 bucks it was worth it! Thanks Daniel!

My husband had a phone that mysteriously quit working. Revived Cellular suspected what the problem was and ordered a part to repair it. It turned out their suspicion was incorrect. However, my husband was not charged for the part, time or labor they had invested in his phone.Recently my phones microphone quit working, I was on the phone for an hour with my carrier before giving up on them. As a side note, my warranty had run out five days earlier. I took the phone to Revived Cellular, they cleaned the microphone hole out to no avail. Then they noticed that a foreign body was in the phone jack (we have a 1-1/2 and 5 yr old). Once that was removed my phone worked perfectly again.There was no charge, saving me $200 for a replacement phone from my carrier.

Over the last couple years I have been very rough on my Iphone. I have blown out speakers, cracked the screen, and lost memory. Each time Revived Cellular was able to order the part at small percentage of what it would cost to replace the phone. They are always professional and quickly returned the phone repaired.

Took my Iphone 6 plus to Apple and they were rude and non helpful. They told me my phone was defective and non repairable. Tried selling me a replacement phone for a ridiculous price in exhange with mind. So I decided to come to Revived and Danny was extremely helpful and over the top informative. They are not located at 7816 N. Interstate. Change your address you moved two years ago. Poor follow through for this.They still keep showing up and claiming that the internet says you are here. I tell them to go somewhere else other than revived.
