Always good to visit and eat here or take something to go. Finger foods are filling and good. They have additional selections like Dan Dan noodles and Honey spicy chicken to try out. The selection for their brick toast is now down to 4 options. Parking is sufficient and street parking is available.

Small parking lot with a giant dip from the storm drain. If you have a lowered car, be careful. Plenty of street parking. Wasnt super packed so we sat inside. They spaced out best they could with the tables. Every table has a sign indicating if it has been cleaned or not.Ordered our drinks, half sweet, but still super sweet for us. Now mind you thats just how we like our drinks, never full blast. I like the flavor, but as I said, a bit too sweet. The popcorn chicken was pretty good. Piping hot and good amount of meat.Friendly staff and pretty decent speed and the drinks and food. Will come back for sure.

This place luckily had a parking lot with about 5 spaces. Access to the lot was limited by one direction so I had to make a loop around the block once. The store appeared to be two stories, but I only traversed the first floor. Some good selections for tea and food. I had to Smores toast which was pretty tasty but a bit sweet. Wish it had more berries. The bubble teas were just ok. They were a little weak in the tea flavor and didnt have a lot of creaminess. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Delicious desserts! If you want something different than what youre used to and something delicious, you should try this place. They make it with toasted bread or bread for French toast and add ice-cream and toppings. Im explaining it and it doesnt sound great but you should try it and youll see that it is awesome! I got the smores one and it was a mini (size), as you can see from the picture, the mini is huge but I still ate it all 🤫 But if youre hungry first, they also have some savory dishes that looked really good!

My favorite boba tea in the pdx area. I am a purist and I love their original milk tea with tapioca boba half sugar. They also have the best taiwanese style popcorn chicken Ive found in the PNW, which I missed dearly from the tw boba places in florida and Cali. Highly recommend you make this your boba spot!

Id like to give this place more stars. The brick toast was fantastic, however, the girls behind the counter might be the rudest Ive encountered in a long time. We ordered one thing and tipped well... Maybe the ladies were just having a bad day, but even so it shouldnt come off on the customers.

We were in a dessert mood and my sister suggested this place. Such excellent desserts! I dont understand why its not better highlighted on their menu! The Hawaiian bread is toasted to perfection, the ice cream is not overly sweet and melts in your mouth, and the additional toppings just flow really nicely with the bread.A true gem! Price may be a bit higher than most are willing to pay but I assure you, if youre in the mood for dessert and you dont want anything overly rich, this is the place to be!

Came here on a Sunday afternoon. Place was about half full.We shared the berry honey toast. It was awesome, the berries were tasty, the ice cream was great, and the bread was good. A little on the spendy side but it was enough to fill 4 people so it wasnt too bad.4/5 will come back when the honey toast craving hits me again.

Just okay - there’s so many other great boba spots in the area (even next door) that I would spare others the trip here.Came here on a Friday night to catch up with an old friend. I checked online to see if they had indoor dining and also saw they had popcorn chicken and meals on their menu. But dang such a bigggg disappointment! We spent $40 on 2 “meals”, popcorn chicken, fries and 2 boba drinks! I could have got a decent meal at an actual restaurant. The chicken meals were tiny - it contained 4 small chicken wings, rice and kimchi (the kimchi was in a small condiment container that holds ketchup!!!!! I should have taken a photo). Don’t come here if you’re wanting to fill up. The food was just okay. Boba was decent..but like I said, there’s so many other legit boba spots near by that Mo Cha isn’t worth it. Also I felt the employees could have been a little bit more friendlier.

Its great when a place knows what it is and does what it does so well. They specifialize in teas, smoothies and other tasty treats that are enjoyable all year around, but especially when its warm outside. They dont try to offer anything just to offer it. Think of a donut shop that just sells donuts, this is a tea shop that just sells drinks and deserts; frozen as well as non.The seating is a bit sparse, but its a smaller place. Grab what youre getting and head outside. Maybe hit up the Beaverton library or some parks around there. We got the juices again, which were fresh. Watermelon is a favorite. Very quenching, however, unlike the Progress Ridge location, this juice was a bit warm and not as ice cold as the last one.

The jasmine milk tea was pretty good. If you want to know what percentage of sugar you should add into your drink I would say the average percentage would be 70 percent sugar because some drinks depending on the person who makes it can make the drinkntaste a little more bland. Fair warning that I would recommend at minimum 70 percent in my opinion.

The service has really gone down the drain recently. I havent had such a snappy and rude waitress at Mo Cha house before and based on the lack of service this time, I dont think Ill be coming back again. Theres a ton of better bubble tea places with 100% better staff. The snack foods also used to be super delish but it was cold and they dont use good ingredients anymore. I really love their toast bricks but there were only three slices of strawberries and only 10 small blueberries in the dessert... I would recommend spending your money elsewhere and save your tummy space for yummy food in a different place.

So, i like the stuff you guys serve but today me and my mother came by to get some drinks. Weve had a really hard week as we lost someone dear to us, and just wanted a pick me up. Well, we were 3 minutes early before they opened. 11:57. The door was unlocked, and my mother walked in. The person there, instead of greeting us and explaining they werent open for a few minutes, instead snapped at my mother were not open!! It was extremely rude, and we are very upset by the rudeness this employee presented to us. Frankly it ruined our day and we dont wish to return.
