Very nice over the phone, very different in person, brought my TV there to have it fixed, unfortunately wasnt repairable, when I went to pick it up they lost parts and attempted to accuse me of being very lucky they didnt throw it out. they made me feel more like a burden giving them my business.

This shop was selected through LG on a repair under their warranty, this shop has taken over two months to complete the repair. After a single month they finally arrived for in home repair but unfortunately they had ordered the wrong parts. They had requested taking the tv in for repairs to ensure they ordered the correct parts this time. Calling in to check on the order the week they took it the person on the phone claimed she was in the process of ordering the parts as we spoke. I called a week later to check on how far along the order was and was told they had just ordered it the day before my most recent call, after calling out the inconsistency I was told they had mistaken the order of an order they had just did a day before with the same last name. Can’t help but feel I’m being given the run around.

Family-owned. Vast Product Knowledge. Reasonable & Fair. I took my plasma TV in as it would turn on but not produce a picture. Since plasma TVs are not made anymore I was hopeful it could be repaired. Without even unloading this very heavy TV I was told -- the motherboard burned out on this model and new ones are not available. I asked if they had any plasmas for sale. For $450 I was able to buy a better, bigger plasma. When I asked what had been repaired on it, I was told the power source had gone out and had been repaired. ($450 is what I paid years ago with another repair shop to have my first-generation plasma TV repaired -- bad soldering on the boards -- and it still works to this day.) Essentially, I walked away with a new, better plasma for the same cost. Pro TV offers a 90-day guarantee. They do sell refurbished TVs, plasma among them, for awesome prices. I prefer to support family-owned businesses and this family works HARD to have deep product knowledge. They are also really fair and kind. A pleasure to do business with them.

TV left for repair. Was informed by phone that they needed to replace LED strips could not buy the parts as they were difficult to find. Called them a week later and confirmed that I can buy the parts separately and they would repair if I brought the parts in. I then looked up the parts and bought them from a vendor in China, which took 4 weeks to arrive. I then called them again after three weeks to ask about the next steps, and they told me that I can bring in the bought strip for $175 repair fee. I told them I will jist take the TV back and repair myself. An hour later they curtly told me that the TV was RECYCLED!! When I expressed anger all they told me was that there were signs on the door and on a form that I signed that they automatically get recycled after a month. OK, but couldnt they inform me in the two phone calls we had when they could not initially find the parts? A pretty expensive and well working 55inch 4k LGTV that Ive only had for 3.5 years just got THROWN AWAY cause of a $60 part, and all they tell me is that the sign was on the door! Who reads the sign on the door? A simple phone call to the TV owners when they recycle them would have been good. The only reason I had mine there was because the part was taking a month to get here! Very unprofessional and rude, will not go back.

Our big flatscreen television died, and we called to see if it could be saved, or if it was time for a new one. A less competent business could have charged us for a service call (two previous businesses wanted to do that without asking any questions), but they insisted on getting the make and model. Upon looking it up, they informed us that there were no longer parts available, and that they couldnt fix it.

Questionable customer service AND huge price gouging on parts. I took my TV in on a Saturday, and the The gentleman who works next door at the computer repair store actually wrote up my ticket. That part was fine. I received a call from the lady who works at Pro-TV on Tuesday to tell me my TV was ready for pick up. I called her at 2:00pm to confirm how late she would be there. She told me 6:00pm. I arrived at 5:40pm and she was long gone. The hours on the door even say open until 6:00pm. Once again, the gentleman who works next door at the computer repair store took care of me. On my repair ticket it shows 2 different part numbers used to repair my TV totalling $165.00. I Googled these part numbers, and i could have purchased both them for a total of $60.00. They marked up the parts over $100.00. To top it off, they charged $100.00 for labor. My advice is if you use them to repair your TV, get the part numbers needed to repair it, and call them out on price gouging.

My 47 LG screen just went black out of the blue. I found Pro TV on a Google search and they were highly rated so I decided to give them a shot. I took it in about 12PM one day and it was done by 3:30. I was amazed that they were able to have it repaired so fast, they quoted me a price on the phone 4 days prior and he still remembered talking to me and the price didnt change.About two months later it started cutting in and out, I took it back in and they said something was loose and took care of it free of charge.Update: 12/14/2017. My TV went black again last night. I took into into Pro TV this morning and they called me an hour later to say that the LED went out again but since it was the same issue, they would take care of it for free. They did not have to do this but they did and I am very grateful!I highly recommend Pro TV for any repairs you might need in the future. They will take care of you well after the initial repair. I will be using them in the future if needed and will always highly recommend them people about them.

They came to my house to repair my 70” TV. They diagnosed it quickly, had to go back to the shop to get the correct main board, replaced it and everything was up and working. They charged a fair price and got it done quickly. I strongly recommend them.

Called the shop Friday. Agreed to stop by Monday ( weekend closed( with my Samsung hd7200 that had the dreaded dark top screen ( backlight dead). Got my tv back today, Wednesday noon all working perfectly again. Great and quick service, at reasonable price.

Brought my TV in after it stopped working randomly one day. They had it diagnosed within a couple of days, and told me that the LEDs they needed would take a couple of weeks to arrive. I was very pleasantly surprised when they called me early the next week to tell me the TV was ready. Quality work at a good price.

We have a Mitsubishi big screen TV that started getting spots in the picture, The company referred us to PRO TV for the repair. They did an outstanding job. Repaired and cleaned the TV. It looks as good as they day we bought it. Very friendly and honest and a great pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I brought in my Samsung LED because the main board had decided to cease functioning. The guys @ Pro TV gave me a quote right away and were able to get the part and install it within 2 business days. I own a sports bar have a significant number of televisions. When one of my 60 inch Panasonics stopped working, I thought I would have to just buy another. I found Pro TV and thought I would give it a shot first. After dropping the TV off, I wasnt even home before they had called me with a diagnosis and the repair estimate! This place is very down-to-earth and low key. This is not a fancy place: what you see is what you get. What you dont get is a big hassle, and run around, by the blue shirts. What you do get is knowledgable repair men, and reasonable pricing. I was told that the part I needed was discontinued by LG, but that they had the part in their store, and would be ready the next day. It was. So, if you want a hassle, go to Best Buy. If you want good repair, and reasonable pricing, this is the place.

I called them initially to recycle my 47 inch LG LCD TV. I found out that the issue I was having was common for that TV and it was about 6 or so years old. I went to Best Buy Geek Squad and when I described the problem they said I would be better off just buying a new one because it would cost more than $300 to fix it. I googled TV recycling near me and got this place. I took it there and within 2 minutes told me it would be $175 to fix and would be ready next day. Everything he said happened and I now get to keep my very nice 47 Inch TV. This place is the real deal and they are very honest. If you need your TV fixed, just take it here.

My LG Plasma stopped working. Called Pro TV, Hilario gave me a reasonable quote over the phone. I brought my TV in and 3 days later they delivered it to my house. I paid exactly what was quoted. The issue was a bad power supply and my TV has been running solid since the repair in December 2015. I recommenced Pro TV. Great service.

Diagnosed the repair issue and cost over the phone. I had the TV into them in the morning. They had it repaired by the afternoon. They had to replace a component on the TV motherboard. The price was right and was what they quoted it on the phone. It has been back in my home for 2 weeks and is working great.

My experience with Pro TV is not even with an actual repair. I was working on a science fair project with my son and needed a single electrical component to finish up. With the disappearance of the Radio Shack stores I didn’t know where to call. After a few tries I figured an electronics repair shop may have what I need. The kind person who answered the phone took the time to look through some components on hand and came up with what I needed. She set the item out for me and wouldn’t accept payment. A kind gesture like this goes a long way toward letting me know what kind of people they are. If I ever am in need of electronics repair I know where I will turn.

I called last year and told them that my TVs power supply burnt. he asked me for the serial number and the size of the TV, so he gave me a quote over the phone for $175.....when I got there he saw the TV and said I thought it was a 50 inch and its a 55. I told him over the phone that it was 55 he also had the serial number and he told me that it would be $200. $25 more than what he said in the beginning, which I didnt mind because I really I thought it was cheap and it was worth it... He did a great job, but it took him two weeks so for these two reasons I gave them three stars......

LG tv had a warranty issue, called these guys and got prompt service almost immediately. They were very accommodating to my schedule and when they arrived to fix the tv, they were super fast. Very friendly service. Would highly recommend them. We are very satisfied.

Needed my 42 inch LG’s LED’s fixed and after reading Pro TV Repairs’ reviews I took it in. They were open on a Saturday and were able to fix it same day! I stopped by during the week and explained my problem with my Vizio LCD TV. Gave me a quote that seemed very fair. Dropped of on Saturday morning around nine. At three I received a call my TV was ready! I could not pick up until Sunday am. My set was on a stand running for me to see that it was fixed perfectly. Price was exactly what he said. I called on a Saturday morning after seeing they have weekend hours on their website. Elario listened to my description of the problem, said he had a good idea of the cause, gave me a range of likely cost, had the needed parts and could be over in about an hour to fix it. Astonishing service! Elario arrived, went right to work and in less than half an hour replaced the faulty circuit board and was done. Very pleasant and professional in home TV service on my too heavy to move easily 50 plasma. The price was reasonable, especially when weighed against the cost of replacement. Highest recommendation!

Pro TVs service technicians, Hilario and Hectors service was outstanding. Very knowledgeable about the technical aspects of the TV. They were able to successfully troubleshoot the TVs wireless connectivity issue. My TV is a Samsung 55 Smart TV. They were also very courteous and exhibited great team work.
