Walter was awesome. Very friendly, professional and really just was just a nice guy who knows what hes doing.I was telling him all about our family by the time I left. Any problems he ran into it during our repairs, he was able to deal with no problem. Im so glad this place is in Bedford, so much less expensive than buying a new phone.

I walked into the store without an appointment. Had my grandson’s iPad with a cracked screen and this was towards the end of the day. Walt greeted me very professionally and told me he may not be able to have it ready by the end of the day which was perfectly fine with me. He did message me early evening to let me know it was not ready but would be the very next day. And he contacted me in the morning the following day to let me know it was done and I went to pick it up later in the afternoon. Went out of their way to get a screen from the salem location up to bedford. Every phone call interaction was great and in the store it was quick and painless. Came back in less than an hour after dropping off a smashed screen and picked up a new looking phone! Couldnt be happier!

I dropped off my phone to have a new battery installed. I was told it would be about 30-60 minutes. About 45 minutes later I got a call saying the replacement couldnt be performed because the battery they had was defective. I was then told they could get one and it would be 2-3 days for the repair. I got a call the next morning saying the repair was done. I went later that day and they gave me discount because of the delay. They also gave me specific instructions on how to train the new battery. Very helpful and friendly. Ill go here again if I ever need a repair done again.

I went in to get 2 iPads diagnosed and repaired. Calen was phenomenal. One had a cracked screen and he shared they could fix it and up front with the pricing but due to the damage to the frame the new glass may not sit well and could have future problems. The other was due to battery and again very transparent with pricing and time frame to repair. They did a great job and quality. I’d recommend and use this place for future repairs.

I dropped my phone into my pool and truly thought it was a lost cause. It was either spending 200$ With my insurance to get a replacement/repair or spend the $25 for Ben to do a deep cleaning and diagnostics. They updated me every step of the way and always managed to be contagiously optimistic. He had to replace my charging port and screen, and it’s working beautifully. I was worried about the expense of it, but that was quickly put to rest. The charging port for my iPhone 6S was only $60 and so was the screen, but I was discounted so I only spent a total of $110 to get it working. I left very happy with my entire encounter with Ben and would abso fricken lutley recommend him to anyone with a defective device! Also the place is vry clean! Super friendly environment for sure!

Five STARS - I brought them a very tricky and complex repair of a slightly aged mobile device that no one else would even consider touching. Cam (Nashua store) excepted the challenge after discussing the options and risky negative outcomes - along with a potentially long delay in finding any of the parts. Within days Traver called and said the parts were ‘in’ and hours later I received my full resurrected device back. They more than met my customer expectations, but apparently not there own standards - so they discounted my bill even more.Thank you, Jurassic James

He went over in detail of my phone and found the scree he got from samsung was of bad quality and already ordered one more screen for me as a replacement and he gave me my phone with that screen to use till then.

I had the infamous green line on my iPhone X. Everything you read online says you cannot fix it. Did some resets I saw on YouTube but nothing worked. When I called NH iPhone repair they said they could fix it and if it didn’t work they wouldn’t charge me! 20 minutes later I had a new screen and the green line was gone. They also back up their screens and will fix any issues for you going forward. Could not be happier!!
