The young lady at the desk treated us with the utmost respect from the moment we walked through the door and every body was very thorough at explaining every step of the exam process and why Im hearing different sounds after the corrections. I was very pleased with the experience that was given to me, thank you for that. I am looking forward to receiving my custom fit hearing aids in the near future
