I had an excellent experience purchasing a 2021 Kia back in February, however I traded it off and reached out to Crain Kia about a refund on my Gap Warranty. Rene was quick to respond and help. However the first time he sent me the cancellation form it was for the wrong person. The second time the form was blank. The third time the pages were cut off. Finally the pages were all there and correct. I was quick to get every sent back. I have not received my refund in the mail yet, It has been since September 16th, 2021. I have reached out multiple times with emails and phone calls with no response. Anytime I call the dealership I am transferred around multiple times. do better..
UPDATE! First I want to say that I have never once left a negative review for any business. I am a small business owner and reviews can kill a business, but I felt that this was too important not to say something. With that being said, Renee, the GM did reach back out to me with many apologies and between him and Austin, the situation has been resolved. They were both very helpful and had great follow-up to make sure the problem was resolved. It is sad to me that it takes what I consider to be an extreme measure to get something that is very important taken care of. But it was taken care of and I am thankful and happy.*************************************************************************Buying the new Sorento was the easy part. The hard part has been getting anyone to return my call to get the extended warranty cancelled that I know for a fact that I said I did not want to start with. Left 2 messages for anyone in finance to call me back. Then spoke with Rene, the General Manage and was certain I would get taken care of but I am sad to say that I still havent heard back from either. If I had known this is how they handle business after the sale, I dont think I would have purchased my vehicle from them. VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.
I hardly ever leave bad reviews but here I am unfortunately leaving one. We bought a kia optima back in 2019 buying the car was pretty easier however getting a return phone call if you need anything is terrible here. I have been trying to cancel my Gap through them for months now. So if you just need to buy a car and never have contact with the dealership they are great but if you need absolutely anything afterwards ha dont count on it.

Darryl is the best and has always helped with any issues ( rat damage twice in the engine). The service department did a great job getting me back on the road.
Crain kia is home to one if the most arrogant sales managers I have dealt with in a long time. Yes DAN I AM TALKING ABOUT YOU. How dare you pick apart my 2016 mustang, then turn around and expect me to buy a car from you? Who do you think you are? INSANE. How you guys are open is beyond me. I ended up going to Toyota Financial where I was able to make a better deal.
I love my Kia and wanted to do business with the kia service area today but after standing in the lobby for 10 minutes and having to literally call there phones to know where I need to go and get some service. And after waiting 3 hours just to have them give me a estimate on my front end and when I got my car back and they did even more damage to the front then I had when I came in because they had to have a closer look and then told me it was already that bad. Will not be going back.
Now, I can leave a review...my Momma said if you have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all. My very first experience had me ready to take my Kia Soul back to the Hyundai dealership I bought it from and let them service it. My second visit Matt tried to make things right and Darryl is keeping that good service going, here on my 3rd visit now. Happy to leave a great review now!
Took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and air filter change and somehow that all added up to $237. After a day I could hear a clicking noise, so I called their customer service manager who said she would return my call and never did. Brought it back in a week later to fix it and apparently it was “a leaf” in there that was causing the noise. (I work from home and keep my car in a garage at all times, so not sure where said leaf came from)Only giving 2 stars because the service lady was nice and they did work with me on dropping down the price, however even $205 for these standard services is way too expensive. Can’t say I’ll be bringing my car back in when I could go to any other local place (even other similar dealers) and pay probably half of what I did.
We purchased a used Honda Accord for our son that is getting ready to leave for college. Our whole experience with Crain Kia was amazing! Our salesman, Fraiser, was top notch! Everyone that we dealt with at this dealership was courteous, knowledgable, and professional. When we are in the market for another vehicle, we will go back to Crain Kia.
I looked at a vehicle at Crain, two months ago. Luckily, I bought elsewhere.I have saved 46 calls from Sam, reaching out to me. One or two voice mails daily, everyday. If you need to joing in, I am filing a law suit.
Car buying experience was good. Since then service has been terrible. Would not recommend getting your car serviced here. Terrible wait times, terrible customer service. And yes I had an appointment time set up. So I should have take priority.

Daryl at the service counter. Is one of the best I’ve seen at that job. He’s very friendly, and works hard to get you checked in and out. Been there twice and have saw him running back and forth to the waiting area keeping communication lines with all the customers. He constantly informs each person in the waiting room how close to finish they are and what’s going on. He is excellent. So are the guys in the service area.
My car needed a lot of normal wear and tear repairs. Darryl in the Service Department was very thorough with each repair that was needed and offered me shuttle service to anywhere I wanted to go. He also helped me with financial assistance to get the work done. He was very prompt at greeting me and checked in on me more than once while I waited. This is the best customer service that I have experienced in a long time. Kudos to Darryl for turning this Sevice Department around to a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

This is about getting a air conditioning repair. I have a 2017 sportage still under warranty. I called 8/20 because my air conditioning quit. Was told to bring in and will check it out. After having it serviced I was told that the machine was broke and cant do anything now and dont know when machine will be fixed. She did fix me up for hyundai to look at it 8/23. They cant do kia warranty work so I would need to pay $135 to look at and parts and labor. Told to call fayetville kia. Did so and their machine is waiting for parts 4-5 weeks for repairs. Stopped back at kia Bentonville to see what could be done at all. Was told sorry but no. Didnt even offer a call when repairs to machine fixed. Sort of felt like its my problem. Wife has medical issues and cant take the heat. Sister in law bought a kia injury and sales was very good but after this experience Im sorry I sent her there. Something to think about when purchasing a new car. Wonder if all Crain service are that way. So I guess Ill call daily till i can get repaired.
We’ve bought a lot of vehicles from a lot of different places and I wouldn’t spend time writing this review if it weren’t the absolute truth. We purchased a used Tahoe and Charles at Crain Kia of Bentonville did an outstanding job keeping us informed, he was honest and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy when we left. We came all the way from Little Rock if that tells you anything. If you’re looking to buy, you would be a fool not to contact Charles. A bad storm was coming through and Charles even texted us on the way home to let us know when we would be driving out of it. Hands down the best customer service from everyone we dealt with at Crain Kia on this vehicle. Would highly recommend!
I just want to say this was the best car buying experience We have ever had in our life. My husband and I have bought two car prior to this one and we didnt have the best experience. But Daniel, Rosie and Micheal made this experience amazing and there were kind and caring and best of all there got me into a MINIVAN WHAT! All my life I said I would never drive one but dont say never until you drive one. They were so willing to work with us and they did everything under the sun to get us the help that we needed and we are just so grateful and blessed to have had there helpThank you guys again and we will be back when we need another car

**Addition #2 5/25/2021 - After seeing my review the new GM at the Bentonville Kia dealership called me. Again, I say new because he was not there during the trade ins, the poor servicing of my vehicles, and other issues that happened I didnt list. He was however there during the most reason GAP refund situation. He was very professional. Had I not already had Wanda (see below) to help me, I do feel he would have seen the situation through until it was resolved. He was professional, and admitted there was no excuse for what happened. I will not ever buy from a Crain dealership, but you have all the details to make an educated decision if you are willing to give them a try. Remember to get names, keep notes, and get photocopies of everything you provide them.** Addition 5/25/2021- After calling Crain Auto Groups main office in Sherwood I was able to reach a lady named Wanda. Wanda is very good at her job and overall customer service. She went above and beyond to help me, called me back, was nice, and just fantastic. I cannot thank Wanda enough for her help. I would suggest Crain have an employee training where everyone learns Wandas customer service skill set. Thank you Wanda!I couldnt have had a worse experience with a dealership. I will never return and have since purchased from another dealer. My original trade in was not planned and put me in a situation that required I carry GAP coverage for my own protection. I just recently traded in a Kia Sportage to another dealership and went next door to the Kia dealership to get a refund on the unused portion of my GAP that they are required to refund. Well, that was six weeks ago and still no refund. I just spoke with Lindsey and got I what appears to be a standard recording from them that their main office handles that. Apparently when I personally walked in and provided them with the documentation they asked for, and signed a document, that wasnt enough. Lindsey just said they are waiting to cut me a check, but need a pay off doc. Mind you, no one from there has bothered reaching out to me to ask me for this. Let me also add, this in just one of a list of issues. When I did my original trade in they had just purchased the dealership and I was told it would cost $8000 to fix my Kia Hybrid. Well, come to find out instead of checking at other Crain facilities, they just shot a ridiculous number out when at that time they didnt have a tech that could work on a hybrid. Since then there has been a recall on what my car had wrong, but its long gone. Next, not once did they vacuum my car when I came in for an oil change, but what they did do was return it smelling like cigarette smoke. When I got in it I immediately got out and went in to get the manager. He came out smelled it and asked why it hadnt been vacuumed. I told him they never did and he said that was supposed to be part of the service. He did tell me to call back and schedule a time to come get it cleaned, but I told him no thank you. That was the last time I had been there until I went in to get this refund. I cannot stress that if you do chose to do business with this dealership be on your toes, and be prepared to do extra work keeping them in check. I personally will only do that do an extent anywhere. I really like the Kia automobiles, but the grief you get from this dealership is just not work it.I now own a Honda and have had a much better experience. Lets be honest, buying a car isnt fun, but to be painful from the purchase through every step of ownership doesnt have to happen. Buyer Beware!
Scheduled an appointment for service after receiving dangerous/wrong recommendations from another regional Kia dealer. Alex took care of me from the moment I pulled into the lot. Genuine, kind and knowledgeable - he ensured my car was examined and I finally have a plan in place to get it fixed. I left with peace of mind knowing that he and the service department would help get me back on the road. Would highly recommend Alex and the entire service team at Crain Kia of Bentonville for their friendly, fast, and courteous service!
Have been shopping around looking for a new vehicle. Had a friend recommend Bradley Todd. It was an amazing experience, he was very knowledgeable, friendly and made it very easy for me to ask questions. Will definitely be recommending him to friends/family in the market for a vehicle.
I would recommend finding another place to purchase a vehicle. We really liked Tyler, the sales associate that sold us our car but other than that our experience with this dealership has been a nightmare. They are not helpful when you call and cant be bothered to take time out of there day to answer questions or help with any issues you will encounter. Our paperwork was lost in the mail, which they told us happens often. We contacted them several times trying to get this issue resolved and could not get the general manager Rene to follow up with us unless we continued to call and call. Even then he never followed up with the correct people and couldnt answer our questions. Now after months of dealing with this unprofessionalism we try to bring our car in for a oil change on our maintenance plan that we were told would be accepted at any kia dealership in the U.S., and were being told that they dont honor this plan at every dealership.And now on top of all of this we are being told that our maintenance plan that was supposed to cover all maintenance only covers $28 of our $128 oil change. They are liars, do not go here.
I’m an Uber driver, and regularly get my car serviced at a Kia dealership, because I trust how they look after my vehicle. Daryl, the service rep, is always very helpful, and I trust the serving suggestions he makes. I may be paying a premium for dealership service, but I know they have my best interest at heart and will do the job correctly.
By far the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with a dealership around here. Frasier treated us with the utmost respect. As a mom of three I was in desperate need of a vehicle and fast. After a long tedious morning and afternoon dealing with a certain dealership (whose name I won’t mention), we stopped at Crain Kia for our last stop before heading home and giving up for the day. So glad we did too. I got something I was looking for and left that day with our new vehicle. Customer service was great! We will definitely be recommending Crain Kia to friends and family whenever they are in need of a vehicle as they worked hard to help us out. We are so happy with the vehicle we ended up getting at the end of the day and definitely appreciate the respectful customer service we received.

Came in last week for an oil change and waited over an hour. The car was sitting parked outside for probably a good 20 minutes with no explanation as to why it was taking so long or why we were still waiting. Not to mention the guy at the desk talking down about another customer. Very unprofessional. I think Ill have my car serviced somewhere else from now on

The difference between Crain Kia Bentonville Service Department, and the Service department at Kia of Fayetteville is NIGHT & Day!!Kia in Bentonville is always willing to go the extra mile, and I’ve never had to wait on something to get done!! I thought I was going to have to pay $65 somewhere else and then I come to Kia and they changed my headlight bulb for me in a very timely manner and was so nice and helpful. I am about to have a baby in a couple of weeks and really needed this changed for my safety and so I don’t get any tickets. I was stressed out and couldn’t get anything done today and then I got this done thanks to Kia. I also wanted to go to church tonight and was not going to go until I got my headlight fixed thanks to Kia. Matt at Kia helped me thank you so much Matt!!!

Zero stars was not an option or I’d have chosen that. To say the service departments Darryl Barker was rude and unprofessional all around us an understatement . To keep this from being too lengthy just note his treatment upon dealing with him for an oil change was just that rude and unprofessional and the following day in attempting to call and get breakdown of charges he was “too busy “ to answer that and hung up on us. Then apparently the service manager AND the dealership manager were also too busy to take a complaint . And the girl who answered the phone was not “allowed” to provide an owners name or other number to call for information or to complain . I would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be returning . For purchase OR service . This is unacceptable. And I STILL have no idea what we paid for in addition to an oil change .Forgot to mention once oil change was done no one bothered to notify us and my daughter sat there for long past the finished time waiting . No one told her it was finished . ( unacceptable)

Scheduled an oil change and arrived 15 minutes early. Took an hour and a half and we had to return to the service desk to inquire about the status. My husband has changed the oil in 20 minutes at home before, but we still had a few free oil change coupons to use so we tried the dealership. Ultimately the coupons had expired without any listed expiration date so we ended up paying for a service that took far too long. We won’t be back.

Went in with the intent of purchasing a new vehicle. They wouldn’t even let us look at any on the lot without “getting your name and number - it’ll just take 2 minutes”. 15 minutes later, they had our whole life story and finally let us look at a vehicle. The manager told us we “couldn’t afford” the car that we had wanted to look at (not sure what magic ball he was looking in to know what we could or couldn’t afford). They told us they would give us a printout with our trade in information whether we purchased fromthem or not-they did not provide that copy. They held the keys to our trade in to try and keep us from leaving. When they did show us the trade in info, they valued it $1000 under what the actual true value was (I had done my homework) but said “We’re giving you $1000 extra just to earn your business”. They kept us sitting for a very long time, and we were just over the whole process. We told the salesperson we wanted our keys back and wanted to leave and that we did not want to talk to the manager before we left. Sure enough, the manager was the one who finally brought our keys to us and tried to keep us from leaving. I tried to make it clear that we needed time and needed a break from them after they had kept us there multiple hours, but 30 minutes after we left, the manager called my cell phone.We felt incredibly pressured and incredibly trapped through the whole process.By the way, the very next day, we went to a different dealership, got a better value for our trade in, purchased a vehicle more expensive than the one the Kia manager said we “couldn’t afford”, and had an amazing experience elsewhere.We will never go in the doors of this dealership again, and will discourage all of our friends who value their time to stay away, as well.
When SO MANY people are leaving terrible reviews youd be wise to listen. And the company responses only make them look worse- all so fake and just lip service.It was actually a post in a local social media group about Crain Kia that reminded me of a terrible experience I had with them over the past year too.Please listen to the customers. This company has been losing public faith by their own actions and then seek to blame it on their customers.When so many low reviews are posted, this is a HUGE red flag.My experience was terrible- I responded to a bait and switch. Drove an hour to see a car after messaging their sales people online to make sure the car was as advertised before we drove so far.The car was not there when we arrived and they didnt even let us walk the lot to look at cars for ourselves. We were instead isolated into a cubicle where we were subjected to high pressure sales and show cars much higher than the price rage we were very clear about. After 4 cars we did not want were shown to us, and over an hour of our time gone, we walked out.Rude, pushy, and immoral business practices.
I had called Kia and talked to Rosie about a 2016 Ford Explorer and I told her my situation and she went and talked to her Manager and they got me financed with no problem so I want to say that all of the employees ( especially Rosie) goes above and beyond to help their customers. I would recommend this dealership to everyone they are the best

In their defense before my rant, I did show up hour half early. So we show up, looks as if everyone is at lunch, no big deal right (Ill wait). Nice lady comes around the corner and I tell her Im here early for my appointment, she gets checked in and shows me to the waiting area and tells me that shell find out fro. The tech how long it shall be. Few minutes later she comes back and says, tech just finished and he should be taking care of you now. Awesome service so far right? So I lean my head back and close my eyes for a second, 55 minutes later I wake up to see my vehicle in the same exact spot I parked it. So I go to get my keys and ask the same lady what happened to being next? Her response was, Im not sure who you talked to but your appointment still isnt for another 30 minutes. MINDBLOWN, in my mind I was screaming it was you, but I just grabbed my keys and told her to have a good rest of the week.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. What a shady business! It’s unreal, I should have know better. I was asked to put down money to hold a car, to look at. I did because I didn’t want to possibly lose the vehicle, if I liked it. I signed no paperwork, and believed it was in good faith to hold the vehicle. I didn’t believe they would actually take the $ out of my account with out a signed contract. Wow, was I wrong they immediately withdrew the money from my account. I went and looked at the car and was not impressed so told them no thanks. It has now been 3 weeks, I still don’t have my $1500 back in my account. They play a game everyday promising my $ will be back in my account. Please beware of this dealership. I’m getting ready to hire an attorney, I’m sick of their games!

My unprofessional experience seems to be the norm for this dealership if you read all the reviews. I found the vehicle I wanted online. Talked with Keisha and agreed to the FULL ASKING PRICE with a credit card hold and an appointment to pick up and pay in CASH. Day before pick up I call to ask a few questions and Brian, the sales manager, informs me that the new price is $3000 more than agreed on due to repairs made so they could give me the 10 year powertrain warranty. At the very least I should have been called before repairs were completed and the new price discussed. The professional and HONEST thing to do would be to agree on the original sales price. I asked Brian to email me a list of the repairs as I was still considering the purchase. I also texted Keisha my salesperson. I heard NOTHING back from either of them. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LACK OF INTEGRITY. I took my business elsewhere and you should also.

You cannot find my information in your system, because I have been trying to reach out to you on behalf of my elderly mother, who has had nothing but issues since she purchased a vehicle from you. It is literally pointless to even call.

Staff was unprofessional and difficult to deal with. The manager kept taking smoke breaks while we were trying to discuss a trade in. It was very frustrating and a waste of time. If only their staff was as good as their vehicles they produce....

Most of the employees were not wearing masks during a pandemic when masks are mandated by the state. All of the seating for customers was in old faux-leather chairs that were peeling. The building was in dire need of cleaning. I’ll be taking my Kia elsewhere next time.

At first they are nice and I suppose if you have good credit or a good down payment they would be also but I had poor service I went there and then due to the time I was told that they would call me the next day after banks open its now day 2 and no word also I called and left a message yesterday no call back. I would not recommend doing business with a place that cant even follow through

Kameron has amazing. He was kind and easy going when I got on the lot. Walked me through their inventory and we had a genuine conversation about my needs and my means. We decided that he had a vehicle in he used lot that fit exactly what I was looking for. He and his sales managers worked with me to come to agreeable terms. All in all I felt respected and valued. 10 out of 10.
The staff I was with were very kind. But when they were talking to the guy at financing he was very rude and discriminate towards me because Im young. if he wanted a big boy truck then why didnt he get one before. He has to realize if he wants a big boy truck he will have to get a big boy payment this is what he said. Now I do realize that yes getting a bigger truck is gonna mean bigger payments. So I will not be buying from them because of that. Because of his actions about discrimination towards me because Im young adult (23)
Horrible experience, never have I ever been so disrespected and poorly treated at a car lot. Crain really needs to look at their management and sales man structure. Vultures flocking and hovering from the moment I pulled up to the lot, sorry if you work on commission but get real. I’ll come get you when I’m ready. Wasted 2 hours of time for nothing. The GM took my trade in without my permission and then took over 20 minutes for them to give my keys back when I was clearly done and ready to go. Worst customer experience. I’ll never return and never recommend anyone go there.
Contacted them numerous times about a vehicle. No response. Seems to be another shady used car salesman outfit. I will avoid.
We had an overall great experience. Keisha was super friendly. She helped us find the exact car we were looking for in a very quick yet professional manner. I 100% recommend working with her. We also applaud the finance department, Garrett Williams. He was able to get us a better interest rate than what we were pre-qualified for through our own bank. Thank you Kia if Bentonville.
STAY AWAY! My mother in law bought a car in January 2020, was told that she was the 1st owner it had been a demo. She paid the taxes and tagged it but the title is still in suspense-THIS IS NOW SEPTEMBER!! The state says we need an individual to sign a release of lein. I am not understanding that if she is the 1st owner who needs to sign a release. We were at the dealership in July and were told again it would be taken care of - as well as some other issues with the car (someone would get back with us) Again we are now in September and still no answers. Shop elsewhere!!
I just bought a 2015 KIA FORTE on Tuesday. Trevor was the young salesman who helped me. He is very new to his job but I think he will do fine. He ended up having to wash and detail my car as the guy in the back left.Signing the papers was explained very well by their finance manager, a very nice young man.All in all a good experience at Crain Kia and I Love My New Car!!

My wife and purchased my mother a used 2012 Mazda CX-9. It allegedly has a 100,000 warranty through Crain Kia. The purchase was smooth and Keisha and Garrett took care of us. No complaints there.We were told that to keep the 100,000 mile warranty active all she had to do was have the paper work for oil changes filled out by an ASE technician and to mail it in to the address on the paper. My mother lives an hour away so coming back to NWA for oil changes was not convenient. The salesperson even handed her additional forms to keep for when she had her oil changed.Shortly after purchase she found out it had an oil leak during an oil change. Keep in mind she mailed the forms off each time she had an oil change. She took it back to Crain Kia and they put dye in the oil and had her come back a week later. When she came back they said they knew where it was leaking from and they needed to get approval to fix it from corporate. That was months ago. She had called many times for updates and they had heard nothing. The service guy even told me one time I went there to complain that he’d been waiting months on approval for a transmission that went out.Today they finally got back with her and said that they were denying the claim because she didn’t have the oil changed at a Crain dealership. Look at the attached form. That does not appear to be a thing. The form is obviously is to be used for someone getting their oil changed elsewhere. Buyer beware. They have not stood behind their warranty.
Keisha at Crain Kia has been awesome throughout the buying process. She is a key reason we are willing to travel 7 hours to this dealership for our next car! Worth the drive!

The team at Crain Kia in Bentonville was great to work with. We were able to do much of the pre-work over the phone and they were very adaptable to my schedule. We were able to agree on a price and details that I am very pleased with.I should add I worked with both Keisha and Skylar, both of whom were wonderful.

I was worried when I read the reviews, but I like to see for myself. So I went in and looked at a 2017 Honda they had on the lot. I was greeted by a very lovely saleswoman named Keisha. She had explained that everyone was brand new when I mentioned the reviews. My complete experience start to finish was wonderful! Keisha went above and beyond to help me with my purchase and was just a fresh experience from your typical salesperson. I purchased on April 17th and was going to wait to write a review until I had all my paperwork and title etc. My documents came in on time and I have nothing negative to say! I would give them a chance as they are all brand new, trying to clean up what reputation the store had prior to their time there. I hate to see mean reviews as there are people that work there to earn a living, and I would hate if someone had a bad experience with my employer and put their experience all over google for the world to see. I understand some people just have to put it out there and vent, even after their issue is resolved...they never go back and correct a bad review after they get their issue taken care of. All in all my time at KIA was splendid! Will certainly come back and I hope I can work with Keisha again!
The pricing online is a scam! We found a car on their website priced at $20,000 and talked to a salesman online. But through all of our interaction he failed to mention that they price all of their cars at the lowest possible price online which misrepresents how much they are asking for. So we drove all the way to the dealership (very long drive for us) and when we got there, they informed us that in order for us to get the price listed online, we had to meet every single discount requirement. So the actual price of the car Is around $28,000. Almost a 30% price difference. The salesman said that this was stated in a disclosure at the bottom. Either that was a lie and there is no disclosure, or they hid it very well in an attempt to deceive customers. If you are looking at cars on their website, call it safe and add about $10,000 to the price given on the website so you will know what you have to pay at the dealership.

Terrible experience. We wanted to check on Telluride and see about driving one. We went in and the two guys were fine to talk with. Then this lady came over and said they did not have any and we would have to buy it before we could drive it. She was so rude. We just stormed out and will not be back to buy from them.
My Kia Soul broke down on the highway in the fall of 2019 and I had it towed to Crain Kia in Bentonville since it was near to where I live. They had my car there for over 6 months and had to replace the motor TWICE ( thank goodness it was still under warranty). During the time my car was in their shop I seemed to get a different story from every one I talked to. At the end they charged me $900 for a radiator that I never had trouble with saying there was a hole in it that my suspicions are was damaged during the 2 engine replacements. Several weeks in they did finally get me a rental car. They also did not return my car with the cover for the motor. After finally getting my car back they offered free oil change and tire rotation and heading home after that my car was shaking so bad only to find out the lug nuts were not tightened!!!This past weekend, my car broke down on the highway in Joplin, MO. I was towed to the Roper Kia in Joplin, and they have been amazing to work with! They have been appalled with this whole situation and what I have been through with Crain Kia. They found pieces misplaced and not put together right in or near my motor. The fuel pump was cracked and fuel line was installed incorrectly and missing a piece. They also found evidence of other major installation problems which could have led to my car catching on fire. Bentonville Crain Kia is not taking accountability for their terrible service and they are making me pay almost $2,000 in fixes that I had nothing to do with.... or CAUSED.
Will never go to this Kia store again not only did my car sit where I parked it for 40 minutes before taking it to the shop but was left where they shuttle us for an hour after calling saying it will be a little bit before getting us after 2 calls they finally said that the driver was out to lunch still not back could have told me that on the first phone call we finally called an Uber to bring us back will never be back and the manager was like what my guys dont deserve lunch that was totally not the point its about communication they could have called and told us they would be going to lunch do you want to come back or wait not just leave us there and it will be a little bit a little bit is not an hour
Service is not great. Have to call multiple times to get simple updates.

I cant express my gratitude enough for the kindness shown by Crain Kia. My mother-in-law was involved in a serious accident. We were attempting to get our vehicle serviced as soon as possible before we left town to go help her out. I told the service department that I needed to get the work done in the next hour. I was told that they were booked solid. I didnt tell them why I needed the work done so quickly, just that I had an emergency. I thanked them for their time and was about to leave to find out if I could be fit in elsewhere. The general manager stopped me as I was about to pull out and told me that he would find a way to fit me in. He didnt know how urgent his was for me, just that I looked distressed. That type of compassion for a customer is rare. I appreciate so much that they were willing to help me out when I needed it so badly. Ill always be a loyal customer. Thank you to all of the staff of Crain Kia of Bentonville!
