I called the dealership a few days in advance to make a appointment on my vehicle,my appointment was like around 9am. I was there about a hr early.I set to about 11am,they came to the waiting room where I was and told me that I was gonna have to come back later on so they can spend more time with my vehicle. It had a really bad vibration under my vehicle at certain speeds really irritating for sure,I advised them that I was going on a trip the at the end of the week this was like on a Wednesday. Notedit was a Brand New Limited Edition vehicle that had a vibration from day one, when we took off the showroom floor and when we was test driving it and the salesman was in the truck with us also felt it kinda.Note I had it in the vehicle in the shop at that dealership a few times before to try and get it fixed,but they never fixed it for some reason or nother,we had the tire and wheel package.I really dont understand why they couldnt just at least balance the tires to see if that would fix the vibration or not😠😡🤬⁉️.
This place saved us. We lost our key fob and they reprogrammed a new one for us in less than an hour. Great service !

Go anywhere but here. I was charged for parts and services not needed. My car broke down in the drive way leaving. They took it back said they fixed the problem and than charged me twice and they said there was no problem with the car. The car has all the same problems It is not safe to drive and I am now having to have it serviced again while I am out of $900. I would give Zero but you cant

The dodge guys were much more helpful and customer minded. They did not check my sealed transmission as i requested(which can only be done there) instead i got about 2100 in suggested repair and cost reccomending routine transmission flush 100 for 2 $20 or less air filter changes i can litterally do myself, and im not 100 so i wont say for sure, but i never noticed an oil leak or losing oil before the oil change there, AAAND i had a mechanic tell me when getting 2nd opinion that there was no way they had touched or checked transmission fluid bc of the cap.. which means they didnt do a full 5point inspection and fluid top off. Never had this problem at the dodge dealership.. nissan people need to take notes.. im just saying thats why we go to the dealership, for best maintenance of our vehicles.. but its too much money for service that wasnt even fully satisfied.
I have bought 2 Trucks from them my 2019 was in the shop to get fixed and my drop hitch came up missing while it was on their lot and they wont replace it so Ive spent of 100,000.00 on 2 trucks and they wont replace my drop hitch that was stolen off the back of my truck that was on their lot. Which is about 300.00

Bought my first car from here. They were awesome. We got a rental while they went over the car to make sure it was to their standards. They wanted to replace the breaks, which worked fine. They just wanted it to be in better condition before leaving the lot.Our 5 year-old came along and they gave her cupcakes, a doll, and distracted her while we were signing paper work. She was so happy she got to fill out paperwork.It was as a parent and someone who hates shopping, a great experience. They pride themselves on their high standard, which they took three days going over it. Their rental was super nice! And had cameras for backing up, made parking sooo easy.

Really unimpressed with their sales tactics. Looking for a used car because mine died. The car that I was interested in had been on their lot for several weeks as it says on the app I used how long something has been sitting. Even though they knew I was coming, they couldnt get the car out of where it was parked and then it hadnt been detailed yet. Gee, could that be because they want to give the impression they just got this great car in as a trade and you better hurry and get it before someone else does. Just makes me think it is a nasty beat up trade in that should go to the auction. Then, of course, they wanted to up sell us something newer. The last 2 brand new cars I bought in NW Arkansas got rear ended within a year besides the minute you drive it off the lot it looses value. Stop trying to tell me what I want. I know what I want and you didnt get the sale...
Took our van in for a recall and figured we would get the tpms reset while we were in there. The service associate tried to tell us that you have to drive the vehicle to re-learn the tpms sensors. It specifically stated the process in the owners manual. They also were to do a recall related to our air bag.. the light was on before and it is still on. They wanted to charge us a diagnostic fee to see what else was wrong. I dont think they could tell us a straight answer even IF they knew one!!

Went in for my first oil change, I was greeted with a smile. And was shown the options to choose from. The waiting area was comfy and they made sure we knew where drinks and popcorn was if we wanted. Clean bathrooms. Just an offer all wonderful experience

Dropped our truck off at 10am for routine oil change and tire rotation, we had an appointment set for noon but dropped it off early instead. Came by at 2pm when they said it would be done and they said oh it’ll be done soon. We watched them pull the truck in to be serviced right after they said that, needless to say 2 hours later we are still here waiting..wonder if we will get done before they close? Shop at Superior in Siloam Springs it’s much better, better service and people who actually care..

They would offer you $50 for a $100 bill! They missed the mark on my trade by thousands of dollars, and the advertised internet price isnt the price. Save your time and go to Superior, you will have the easiest vehicle buying experience!

I went there a month ago trying to trade in my car. They said they would help me but it might take a few days to find me the right car. I needed to get rid of my old car as quickly as possible. I didn’t hear back from them and finally called them back myself. They obviously didn’t know who I was and didn’t even remember that I had been there but they said they were still looking for a car for me. One month later and I still hadn’t heard from them so I went to another, smaller dealership who said they could help me and they did. Left 3 hours later with a new car. I would have been fine with them telling me the truth. If they couldn’t help me they could have told me so and I would have been fine with that. Instead they lied to me and left me hanging. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I do however recommend Lewis Aoutmotive in Farmington. The nicest people I’ve ever dealt with and very able and willing to help you with anything you need

Brought my jeep here for an oil change early in the morning and needed my car before an 8:30 meeting and not only did they have it back to me with time to spare, but they also gave me the biggest discount they had available! Will definitely be coming back here for oil changes. They werent able to fix the rattle in my roof or my door though.

They also have all their vehicles come with a warranty of some sort so you dont have to worry about buying a lemon. They didnt have the car they was supposed for to hold for us to buy. We drove 3 hours to buy it. Even called them that morning and they said oh yes we still have it. They took it to the auction and sold it that Tuesday. We called them Thursday and went up there. What a wasted trip and no we didnt buy a car.
I purchased a used van in November and returned for an oil change in February. All of the employees were friendly and helpful. The customer waiting area is comfortable and pleasant with complimentary snacks and drinks. I arrived for my appointment early and they were able to finish my oil change and have me back on the road before my appointment time.

I purchased multiple vehicles from MD Nissan. Faithfully had oil changes done there and because I chose to replace my own cabin air filter they would not honor “lifetime “ power train. I chose to take my business to Everett when I purchased my truck and now that MD has taken them over my $19.95 oil changes are $49.95. Not exorbitant but I believe when you bought Everett you bought our agreement. The response from my complaint was to “explain” why Everett had to sale was because of paying too much for trade ins and charging too little for service. Long story short, another fine example of why I stopped trading with MD in the first place.

First let me say that I am writing this while getting my oil change at a small independent shop with zero wait.I brought my work vehicle in to M.D. this morning for an oil change. I had made an appointment they day before for this service. After sitting in the waiting room for 4 HOURS staring at my vehicle parked in the parking lot I finally asked for a progress report from service desk and was told that they were waiting on approval from the fleet management company. I then asked the service writer if he could what time I checked the vehicle in to which he replied Yes. I then asked how long they planned on letting me sit in the waiting room. He figured I had dropped it off and left. When making the appointment they ask you if you will be waiting for the vehicle so his answer was BS. Obviously upset asked for my keys back and got a load of more BS about how they have to wait for approval from the fleet management company (which is just a phone call btw) I never go there for service again and can scratch Mclarty Daniel off they list for any future personal vehicle purchases as well.In case you were wondering I got my oil changed and a headlight replaced down the street at Valvoline in less time that it took to write this review. They took a couple minutes to get approval.Proving the whole wait waiting for approval thing from MD was, yes you guessed it, a bunch of BS.

After two months of messages, I finally just had my used truck towed. I bought it, and have driven it a total of 11, 000 miles. Mind you, I paid $2,500 for the warranty. The service staff was nearly impossible to get answers from. I would call 2-3 times for each return call, and at the end of the day they didnt even do the oil change I requested. Just a bunch of stuff that they said was covered under warranty ended up costing more then $1k and still no oil change.

The have a driver that needs to be let go, he shouldnt be driving. He was driving a Pacifica with tag #130 XFY at about 930 this morning 6/12. We were both in the left turn lane at Moberly and 28th street. He in the right lane and I was in the left lane. After getting the green light we both turned and needed to get into the right lane before we got to 40th street so he was going slower so I tried to pull in front of him but he sped up so fast that I couldnt, so I slowed down to get in front of him so then slowed down so I couldnt get behind him. At 40th I finally got over to make my right turn and got in behind him, he slowed down to 20 miles an hour all the way to Walnut. Just after walnut it turns to a 2 lane, so I got in the left hand lane to go around him. He finally went the speed limit and turned into the Watermark apartments, where I continued to the Pomande to take my grandchildren to the kids movie they were having. It was a very stressful drive and he needs to know that he is representing you!!
I knew I wouldnt be approved with my credit. But to be told I would have to have 5000. Along with the trade in with my car.. ha ha.. no way..but thanks for the advice

Frustratingly poor customer service! Over 2 months to get paperwork. Name was misspelled on paperwork and title. Numerous voicemails to finance officers were never returned. 3 details and courtesy vehicle is still visible on the side of my car. Financed in sales tax was short almost $200. When confronted in person, my concerns were minimized like I just didnt understand or couldnt do math. Very confrontational approach despite asking politely to just make things right after all the headache. Would not purchase another vehicle through McLarty Daniel or recommend anyone else do so either..
