Car salesperson Ryan was very friendly, knowledgable and professional. The problem arise when my car was delivered. I was told before the car left the dealership it was in perfect condition. Not sure what happened within that time frame...It was scratched up inside, scuff marks throughout the interior and the carpet has not been vacuumed. Ryan has told me the dealership can easily fix it. Just wondering why they didnt fix it before getting it delivered. Now I have to find time to drive two hours there and another two back to fix up scratches. The person who delivered the car even asked why did I care if there were scratches. Have bought Mercedes from other dealerships before and never ran into this problem.UPDATE: The manager quickly reached out to apologize and sincerely wanted to fix what had happened. They worked with my schedule to come pick up the car and drop off a loaner. After fixing the problems, Ryan personally arrived early in the morning to deliver the car back in perfect condition! They were genuine in making things right and I appreciate them following through.

I brought my car in at the last minute on a Saturday morning. I was told they were very busy and had service appointments booked every 30 minutes. But..... if they could sqeeeeeze me in they would do their best. My check battery light kept popping on and I had to be at a wedding later that afternoon in Little Rock. The last thing I wanted was a problem on the highway.I showed up at 8:30 AM and Anthony Ciabattari was my service advisor. He said he would do his best but he could not promise they could fit me in.He must have worked magic!! I sat down and literally within 10 minutes he came out and said his guy checked it out and it was a battery issue. They would get me all fixed up. I was in and out within an hour.I already thought NWA Mercedes was the best. I have always experienced great service. This just set in stone what I already knew. Great dealership, fantastic employees. They have a customer for life.PS Had they not been able to service my car I would have been forced to purchase the new 300 AMG sitting in the showroom. Service department is horrible! They deserve zero stars.I was there for an oil change. I Waited 3 plus hours they also told me my suv had an airbag recall and they checked for that as well. Turns out they told me my Suv was fine later that same day I get a notification that my airbag is not working?? Make this make sense it has never appeared on my SUV before until I took it here yesterday and got it checked for the airbag recall..........

I am a used car costumer and have always been treated as good as I believe a costumer can be treated. They always have a loaner available for even the smallest of services and when they dont they will schedule you for when there is one handy, one time I even got a prior service e class that was currently for sale as a loaner. I have my daily mercedes, my adventure toyota, and will get a new mercedes as my supercar when the day comes.

My experience with the Service Dept. today was fantastic. They had the part in stock to repair my center console glove compartment that was not opening properly. They were professional, friendly and helpful - happily answering all my other random questions. The restroom was immaculate - the floor so shiny I thought it was wet. I drank my complimentary beverage and used the guest WIFI while I waited. They washed and vacuumed my car before sending me on my way! TOP NOTCH service all the way around and my center console compartment now opens perfectly. All this done without an appointment! KUDOS to your dealership and its great people.

My husband gifted me with a SLC 300 for my 60th birthday. When my husband was looking at the car via the internet in Bentonville, Ryan answered all of his questions. Ryan took time on his day off to take pictures of the car and give my husband any info he wanted. We drove to Bentonville Sunday 3/28.The car was amazing. They even had a bow on it!Ryan was an amazing sales man. He was patient and professional with me. He could answer my questions without any problems. He came across as a very genuine young man. He spent so much time with us (even when the paperwork was signed !).This was my first time at a Mercedes dealership, so the other sales men could be just as nice (but I doubt it).He hasnt stop helping with a few idiosyncrasies even though we have had the car 2 1/2 weeks.Ryan has been magnificent to work with!!

The service after the sale is nonexistent. I purchased two cars and one had an electrical issue the day after I bought it and it still has a few months of warranty remaining on it. It was a 3 day ordeal to get a vehicle that I had owned less than 12 hours repaired.The second vehicle that I purchased had the check engine light come on due to an engine component failure. I was told to drive the car and if it broke down then they would cover the repair and provide a loaner.After they get the sale you have to learn to repair it yourself.
Spoke with them today about an oil change, service advisor whom I spoke with, seemed as though I was interrupting them...not usual, but unfortunate.

Service department is a mess. Never know what’s due on my car, (even when I tell them it doesn’t get done) try to get me to purchase services already done, and overall unhelpful. I’ve been driving Mercedes for 18 years all over the US, I feel this is the worst service center...I have never had my cars serviced anywhere but dealerships...that has ended, it’s independent Mercedes service for me, there is a great one in Fayetteville.
This Dealership is the most dishonest, un-trustworthy bunch I’ve ever come across. The Owners are especially despicable and have trained their Sales Managers and Sales Associates to behave in the same way. Buyer BEWARE—these guys are awful and it’s worth the drive to Little Rock if you really need a Mercedes. Stay as far away from this group as possible

My husband and I came in and Cole met us at the door showed us a couple cars and asked us a couple of questions and told us which he thought would be best for us. It was so easy and his reasons for picking that car was spot on and we love it!

Non-Mercedes car dealership sold me my car with quite a few issues. Luckily I came to Mercedes of NWA and they took care of everything for me and then went above and beyond taking care of issues I hadn’t expressed any concern about. If you’ve got a problem this is where you wanna bring your car! Make sure to talk to Patrick as well, as he was extremely helpful and professional!
I was on a cross country road trip when my beloved ml 350 started displaying alerts. I was staying for a few days in Northwest Arkansas (albeit 2 hours from this location) so I looked up the nearest dealer. The reviews I saw here were concerning, but decided to be honest with the service team about my concerns and judge how to proceed by their reactions. I explained to Clint, that the dealerships ratings were causing me some concern and outlined some steps that would make me more comfortable (approving all repairs before work was done and getting costs for diagnosis and labor rates up front.) This was handled beautifully and with great care, so I sat in the waiting area while they ran diagnostics. Clint and the mechanic then walked me back to the service area to physically show me what work needed to be done. Clint then even personally drove me to a nearby mall so I could get some lunch without having to wait for the shuttle driver to return. When we ran into a slight glitch with the programming after the work was completed, they generously offered me a courtesy vehicle to use while they resolved the issue. Remember, I was staying a couple of hours away and had a pet that had to stay alone at my accommodations. Clint knew this and was taking special care to get me what I needed to remain stress free.I returned to find my ml repaired and cleaned. The costs were exactly as stated and approved and I was happily on my way. No more issues on the way to the west coast. I truly feel that my service was of the quality I expect from Mercedes and that the service team (particularly Clint) went above and beyond to address my concerns and make this interaction as painless as possible. The service center is great, I’ve never had a problem. But when it comes to the sales side they seem prejudge you. If they don’t think you will buy they will ignore which is unfortunate for them. The service center is 5 stars but the sales side is a 2. Shop there but buy elsewhere. But at least the place looks nice.

I have never, ever been treated so well at a dealership,or most any other business for that matter. Uniates a price watch on a certain vehicle, stock#M2022, from their website which resulted in a email from the dealership when the price had been reduced.I immediately sent in a online trade appraisal from their website, waited two days and was never contacted. I then replied to the email that was sent notifying the price reduction...again no contact.I then sent in a request from the “Contact Us” link from their website....never contacted, unbelievable.First time in my life that I had dealer not respond to a contact request.

Had a scheduled appointment 5/15/2019. Had been quoted a price for service of $319.00. I drove an hour and 15 minutes from the river valley to find that my service quote had grown to almost $1400.00. This wasn’t revealed to me until after I drove 85 miles. Nobody bothered to call me ahead of time to tell me they had made a mistake! I guess they just assumed I would pay it. Very, very poor customer service! Very, very poor communication! Smells of a scam!!! Very disappointed!!! Probably will not do business there again . Also no apology!!!

Surprisingly easy to work with, one of the few MB dealerships that can work on the Sprinter Vans. These guys took care of my warranty work as planned and made the whole process easy.
The last couple of times I have been here for an oil change I have gotten treated by the staff terribly and appallingly. Not only that but they don’t clean my car like they promised when I bought the car. I emailed them and brought it to there attention to only be told I’m not welcome back. I told them I was repulsed by there workers treating me horribly. So they’re unwilling to take constructive criticism or make things right. At least Tulsa Mercedes meets my needs.
Great reputable company – highly recommended.Bought a used vehicle last year and discover some minor problem after I drove it home to a different state. Although legally not obligated – Jonathan took care of the issue and very happy with their promise to stand behind their cars.

I would suggest doing research before buying from this dealership. One we all know dealerships are not always honest. But in this case it’s been proven. This dealership was just sued for their shady practices. In which they were found guilty and ordered to pay 4.8+ million in penalties/damages.I recommend one getting your car inspected before purchasing from here. Or just not driving up to this dealership at all. Looks like they have shown us that the dealership stereotype is true. Try to scam anyone they can to see what they can get away with.I recommend do not buy from here.
We bought our 2006 E500 with a lot of help from Michael Young about three years ago and we have really enjoyed driving it since then. We have always had a very positive experience each time we have the car in for service. They make us feel welcome and always tell us exactly what they are going to do and how much it will cost before the repairs or servicing is done. They dont try to convince us to have something done if we dont feel comfortable doing it. They usually tell us if it needs to be fixed right away or if it can wait until later. Recently, we had a problem with a gasoline smell in our garage after we parked the car. We called the Service Department and they told us to bring it in right away. They replaced the gas tank within a couple of days and provided a loaner (new 2016) while it was being replaced. We got our car back all clean and shiny with a new gas tank. Hows that for great service?

I purchased my first Mercedes 2 months ago. I was concerned about being able to afford this type of vehicle and if I was able to afford it would I be able to take care of the maintenence. As soon as our salesman Mike introduced himself to me I knew I was going to be in great hands. He showed me multiple options in high and lower price ranges. It was the easiest buying experience I have ever had! They took care of absolutely everything I needed taken care of. Last week I was having some challenges with a few things on my dashboard. I made one phone call to Richie (hes the service manager) and it was taken care of with speed and courtesy. Oh, and did I mention that they will wash and detail your car anytime you need it. I can not say enough great things about the experience and the amazing customer service I have had with Mercedes-Benz of Northwest Arkansas. They are first class!!

He 110% took care of my vehicle to ensure everything was perfect, followed up with me during the process, and then followed up with me after I left.Ill never go to anyone else. Hes earned my trust far above expectations.
I had a general idea of what I wanted in my next vehicle but undecided on the decision to move from a sedan to small SUV. Cole lngram was my sales rep and very informative, provided direction, and had great follow-up without being pushy. I was also trying to buy/lease during a somewhat hectic timeframe in my life with business and vacation travel. Cole gave me the information I needed to feel good about my decisions and had all the documentation/details ready for easy trade-in.

They have a nice facility. But when I walked in the front door there two salesman that were too engrossed in their cell phones to do more than glance at me. Finally a salesman came from the back and assisted me while the other two chuckled at their cell phones like school children.
I recently moved from Nevada to NW Arkansas. My Mercedes was due for its service. After establishing a 5 year relationship with my past service department I was worried I wouldnt receive the same service 5 star.My intake person was named Karol. THE BEST!!! The whole expereince was a 10+. The dealership is so clean, they didnt leave me waiting, I was in and out, I totally appreciated the loaner car, my car came back on time and cleaner than when it when in.Super excited to establish roots here and have a superstar team at Mercedes Benz of Bentonville to deal with. YAY!!!
I sent a message online of exactly what car I wanted and what I’d like to get out of my Mercedes trade in ad I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time. They pushed hard to get me in and taked about how they value my business.Then I was completely shocked to say they offered me half of low book value for my Mercedes (which is in excellent shape with already calculated in higher mileage) and then they wouldn’t discount theirs one penny!In this incredibly competitive market I was shocked they didn’t want my business at all. Fortunately I went to their rival car company and got a good amount more than low book for my trade and a lower price on a very nice used Mercedes.In the end I’m happy but so disappointed in this dealer that simply didn’t want my business although their showroom was empty and sales people were waiting around outside for the new customer that might show up.
Over the years Mercedes-Benz of Northwest Arkansas has provided my family with impeccable customer service and quality vehicles. After moving away from the area and coming back to attend the University of Arkansas, it is reassuring to know that I am able to count on the dealership for yearly services and maintenance concerns. Never take my car to them againI took my car in for having issue with my engine they told me at first time is timing belt have to be change (this type car have timing chain not belt ) after they replace it they call me about issue on my camshaft need to be change after that call me about couple sensor need to be replace after two week finally told me you car is fixed and ready. When i start up it was same as before and ask them what is this they told me you have to drive it 2000 mile to timing get adjust after and have to pay them 3500$. After that my car have mire issue ( like engine light comes on shaking at speeding having issue with start) i took car back to them after few hours they told me we have tare-down engine and can cost you 20 hours labor and i ask it is going to fix they told me they dont know. I have my car back because look like they try to get rid of me and not try to resolve the problem of curse they have the money and perry much i pay for they miss dingoesNow my car is sitting front of my yard i cant even start up i dont know what they did to it yesterdayIf you want to those people think again my you loosing money and they bring some long issue after issue to cover they poor job
We love our 3rd mercedes but I dont think well purchase from this dealer or any other superior dealership again. Most of the sales team is cocky and rude. They dont take you seriously until you show them the money. The service department is even worse. True Story. They are also salesmen that quietly compete for service revenue. They charge you for things that should be covered under warranty or put it off until your warranty ends. Its worth $$$ to drive to Fayetteville for alternative service and repair. Lastly, pricing. You can save a 2-4k visiting a dealer 2-4 hours away. This dealer is very talented at standing firm on ripping you off.
Recently took my new mercedes in for an oil change and tire rotation, the service was awesome, friendly staff and very quick. They even offered and gave me a free loaner vehicle to drive while they did the work. In addition to the free loaner, they even gave me a free car wash! I will certainly be back in the near future.
