Went to Superior Mazda a few weeks ago just to browse. A very nice young lady named Maggie approached me to help. She was warm and friendly and she gave me the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at any dealership before. The anxiety of going into a car dealership dissolved as soon as Tyler Cameron introduced himself to me and my family.Tyler went above and beyond during the multiple days we took to look for the perfect vehicle: after we saw some cars at the lot, he shared a website for us to keep looking; he gave us updates on what we were interested in as the days went by, and he even kindly brought the car we ended up buying to our preferred Superior Mazda location!After the purchase was finalized, Tyler continued to be kind and attentive, he supplied us with a spare key that was not originally at that location, and he ensured that they were both equipped with new batteries, too!This was my first time purchasing a car, and everyone that we encountered at this location was patient and respectful as questions were asked and answered.I really appreciated Tyler and his Superior customer service! :)
Weve been searching locally as well as on the major online dealers for a few weeks. We were really struggling to find anything online that wasnt overpriced, and most local dealerships had ZERO inventory.On a whim, we drove through Superior Mazda (which could barely be done due to the amount of cars on the lot), and he saw a car he liked. It was right at closing time, so he called just to see what the price was.Four hours later, my son drove away in a new-to-him 2017 Honda Civic. It wasnt the first car he was interested in, but once Maggie showed it to him, he was sold. She truly did an excellent job of going above and beyond to sell a 21 year old his first car.If youre looking for a car, ask for Maggie. I know I will the next time Im in the market.
Wouldn’t do business with them after waiting 20 minutes to have a car brought around. It was almost like they were intentionally dragging their feet or something. I’m not sure why you would do that to a customer and it may have been an honest mistake but I got a d vibe from the salesman there almost immediately. My family and I were looking at a really nice Lexus parked upfront when a salesman told us to leave it alone because it had already been sold. Then proceeded to watch us like we were gonna vandalize the brand new car I front of him! Treated us like street rats. No bueno!

Loved the cars and her service, ended up returning and leasing two cars from Maggie! She has continued to take great care of us since. Others we interacted with were great too, esp. Devon and Mandy. Oh, and Maggie/Devon took the time to show us numerous pricing/options as we werent sure on whether to buy vs lease. Best of all, we feel we got a very good price in the end!
I made a long distance purchase from Superior Mazda as they were the only game in the country with the vehicle I wanted in stock, and not at some rip off price. Ethan was fantastic to work with over the phone. I was on a business trip in Germany and had restrictions on calls, not to mention being 7 hours ahead of the dealership! Ethan worked with my schedule, was ALWAYS available for text messaging, and he got me a deal that I was extremely satisfied with. Other dealers were unwilling to work with me long distance (I live in Massachusetts), and some marked up their cars upwards of $5k over MSRP. Superior had the right price and the right customer service. I ordered quite a few accessories for the car, and the service department there installed everything perfectly. Mason in the finance department was just as helpful, communicative, and provided great customer service, despite us never having met face to face. We got the paperwork all sorted out and he answered all questions I had through the process. Finally, the team helped ensure my vehicle shipped to me in great condition will all accessories in tact. I may not have had the pleasure of meeting this group in person, but I would not hesitate to recommend them to folks in the area there that need a Mazda or service on their current car!

Purchased a used car from here. I live three hours away and was nervous about the experience. Jose was amazing in communication and sending high quality vehicle photos which eased my mind in putting a deposit down to secure it. Didnt see the excess fees one would normally see in a purchase. The sales manager offered me a fair amount on my trade and the finance manager was eager to get our transaction processed quickly. All three were very polite but especially Jose (💯). Only gripe was the showroom was very warm, but Im sure the ac unit was working overtime on a hot Arkansas summer day. Thanks Superior!

I recently had to take my car into get a dent repaired, and the service was exceptional. Poor experience. Took a vehicle for husband to see and noticed half-way there it was on empty and low fuel light was on. Had to put $10 in to continue driving. Returned with receipt and was told I couldnt be reimbursed. After learning this same vehicle needed about $3000 worth of work fairly immediately they were not willing to fix any of it or reduce price some to meet us part way. We walked out and will never walk back in again.Response to yours: offered to fill it up if we purchased? Shouldnt that be a given as in customer service?It was an oversight to send me off on empty to begin with and I extended the grace and didnt push it or get mean about it. You came down initially yes prior to my mechanic looking it over and finding numerous expensive things needed to be done. That would have put us over another $2,000 your initial asking price. Sorry we couldnt come to any discussion, but understand in this market especially we are just another number. And your response is pretty much a lie. I wasnt offered a full tank on it, in my mind that would have been a given. I expect to spend about 1200-1500 in repairs on a used vehicle not $3000 worth right away. We discussed nothing upon that discovery. Thats what happened so we left. That is the truth.
I bought the 2021 Mazda CX-5 Touring yesterday and I am IN LOVE with it! Rex was our salesman and he was such a pleasure to work with! Everyone there was so nice! Rex was not at all pushy and showed us the exact car we came there to see, nothing more. I have purchased many cars over the years and Superior offered the most convoluted, unprofessional process I have ever experienced! I had basically purchased the car before going to pick it up, so it should have been straight forward. My wife and I arrive at the dealership at our scheduled time and our salesperson, Nicholas, acted like he didn’t know we were coming. We went to look at vehicle while he went to scramble to get what we needed. He was incredibly inexperienced and we were probably the most straight forward deal he could have had. We immediately noticed the floor mats had been removed from the vehicle and asked about them. Nobody had any idea what happened to the floor mats and acted like we were crazy for wanting them in the vehicle. Rusty, the sales manager or director, was so unprofessional and acted as if us coming was an inconvenience as he was on his cell phone the whole time and didn’t even say hello to us or make eye contact! He walked up to us and Nicholas told us Rusty needed the keys for our trade in as he couldn’t speak to us and was busy. I said “It’s a Wednesday afternoon and we are the only ones on the lot, but okay.”. He was the stereotypical bad, douche bag sales manager. He drove the vehicle and we waited to sign what was needed to go. Nicholas sat with us and I again asked about the floor mats. He said they weren’t giving us the floor mats as they had work to do on our trade in. So unprofessional and not how you deal with a customer. You are keeping the floor mats for ransom!??! Mandy, finance manager, was honestly the only professional we interacted with that day. I asked how she fit in at Superior as the gentlemen we interacted with were every bad experience and cheesy meme you see regarding car buying and she laughed. The only complaint we have on the finance end, as we didn’t finance the vehicle through Superior, was that it took over 3 weeks to get the title. Keep Mandy and start over with new management! We promised Superior an honest review after the experience and that is exactly what we gave them!

Had an awful service experience here! Car spent nearly 2 weeks in the shop & we received little communication & had a difficult time reaching our service representative, Jeremy, for more information with him even responding to calls with vague text messages instead of a proper call back. Jeremy took our payment without ensuring the car was actually fixed & then called 30 minutes later to claim there were still possible issues. After days of little communication & our service not being prioritized, we finally got the car back only to have the check engine light come back on again a few days later after barely driving 20 miles, with Jeremy claiming that after already spending $1600 on repairs, we suddenly needed to spend $800 more of repairs! Upon picking up the car, I was seriously concerned by the quality & disrespect of our service that this exact thing would happen. I even asked Jeremy, “so if my check engine light comes back on this week, I can bring it back in & you’ll fix it?” in which he replied rudely “that won’t happen miss” & it unfortunately did happen only a few days later. Will be getting my car serviced somewhere that I receive communication, service that actually fixes the problem, & respect as a customer.

I had a really good experience the first time I bought my car. (2017 Mazda CX-5. Certified ore owned) I believe I bought the car back In July of 2020. Well, a few months later I got hit by a drunk driver and it totaled my car. I went straight back to them because I wanted the same exact car. And they had one! Same year, model, mileage, just a different color (this one even had slightly more body damage than my previous car.) And they wouldn’t come off the price to the same I paid for it 3-4 months prior. I will give them 3 stars because my first buying experience was great. But I think it was lousy to lose a loyal customer over $1,000 dollars for the same exact vehicle.

It was our first time buying a vehicle and we had been warned by many people that dealerships will try to rip you off by adding in a bunch of fees, low balling you on your trade in vehicle, etc. But Maggie came to us with the prices and they were right in line with the research we had done for both the worth of my trade in and the vehicle we were purchasing. Maggie was so helpful with showing us the features of the car, communicating with us before we drove down an hour to look at it, and even checking in with us the day after to see how things were going. She went above and beyond to give us a great experience. My wife and I found an used Toyota Highlander here online, even though we lived in Maryland, and Rex Williams was remarkably honest, patient, and helpful in facilitating information and finalizing the deal via text and phone.Two weeks after buying the car, we needed an extension on our temporary tags due to the COVID-19 shutdown. Williams came to our rescue quickly, even though there wasnt anything in it for him.We would like to recommend Superior Mazda and Williams, who is the antidote to used car salesmen jokes, without reservations.

I dont ever write a review so that should tell you something right off the bat. I found the exact vehicle I was looking for and spoke with a sales associate named Jose Serrano. He was very professional and had a very good attitude towards everything, I highly recommend Jose Serrano. So I flew up to look at the vehicle and inspected it from literally top to bottom. Took it for a drive and noticed something was very wrong with the power steering. It was really stiff and made a noise. I brought it to Joses attention and even he noticed. After getting it checked, we find out there was metal shavings in the power steering pump. As this was all happening I can also tell you that the sales manager named Rusty Jackson was also very professional and actually took the time to listen to me on what was going on with everything. Since the parts wouldnt be in to fix it all until the next day Rusty was very generous to give me a loaner vehicle and also pay for my hotel stay. There was also another gentleman that was involved in this and his name was Michael Carter. He is the service manager and I can also say he was very professional and had an awesome attitude towards everything as well. After everything was fixed, I was on my way and it drove perfect on the way back home. The reason why I am giving them a five star even with everything that happened is because they took the time to listen and understand everything from their customer and also hands down those 3 guys that I dealt with were the best. I got this vehicle for a very good price. If I am getting another vehicle regardless of where I am at in the United States, I will come back to see Jose Serrano again. Thanks again gentlemen!!!

I had a great experience at Superior Mazda of Bentonville. I live out of town and had to coordinate with one of their sales representatives, Jacob Hostetler, prior to arriving. Ive had pretty rough experiences with dealerships in the past, but this could not have gone smoother or better. Jacob ensured I had everything ready to go prior to arrival, including a list of all required documents. Additionally, he had the vehicle I was looking at ready to test drive when I arrived. We had worked out the final price before I arrived, but I still had final say if I approved after the test drive. The vehicle was in great shape (kudos to the service department) and the sales process could not have been easier. Id recommend anyone looking for a Mazda to check out Superior Mazda of Bentonville. Thanks to Jacob, the Manager, and the service department for restoring my faith in dealerships!
It is a lack of respect from the supervisor who had a person waiting for a car for 2 hours having the keys at his disposal and with a very bad attitude told him to leave when he is doing his job and they pay him to take good care of people is a Its a shame that this happens in such a prestigious receptionist where they supposedly welcome you with open arms
When I purchase a car at Superior Mazda I did not have my title. They said no problem...they would get a duplicate. They did obtain one from Arkansas. If you check for the cost of a duplicate title they state that it is $10. However Superior Mazda wanted to charge me $75. Almost eight times what they paid. The day I was buying my car they did not have any customers.So they had plenty of time to order one as they were not busy.This definitely soured me on their dealership. What other excessive charges would I face in future dealings with Superior Mazda???Good luck dealing with them.They are not the only Mazda dealerIn Arkansas. Also check Missouri.Have a great day.
I worked with Eric Yanez and had an amazing experience! I came from out of town and he made sure everything was ready when I arrived, including picking me up at the airport. When we got to the dealer, he had my used Mazda re-cleaned and all the stickers removed while we filled out final paperwork. A total of 40 minutes later I was driving away in what felt and looked like a brand new car! All the staff at Superior Mazda were great to work with and their customer service is second to none! I HIGHLY recommend purchasing a car here and Eric did a spectacular job throughout the process. Thanks for a great experience!!!
Amazing!, I had my SUV serviced today, and such great service. They even emailed me a video going around my car, showing how my brakes and rotors were, checked suspension, topped off wiper fluids, showed how they checked the tires. Such professionalism ! Rotated my tires, oil change. Highly recommend!

Took the afternoon off and cash in hand to go see a Mazdaspeed Miata. Given price over the phone jumped up when I arrived. Also had not disclosed the damaged seat belt, so would not be safely able to be driven home that day. Car had mouse droppings under seats, in trunk and in cabin. Pulled me into an oncoming lane under braking, and steering wheel shook. Messy enough to sour the deal for me given the price shift and lack of service history. Prior, dealer had verbally committed to attending local RX7 event and not followed through. Dealer has since increased the price on the Miata, I’m sure they will make money on this rare car after it is given proper attention and made safe, but I’ll be dealing elsewhere given my broader experience.
I always have a great experience at Superior Mazda. Whether its an oil change or something else, the staff are always friendly and professional. Jose Maldonado is an excellent employee and always treats me like a valued customer and always explains services to me in a way I can easily understand. Thats the thing that keeps me coming back!
Eric Yanez was AMAZING!!We had been searching for quite some time for our vehicle. Mazda had the perfect one we were looking for with everything we were wanting. Eric was phenomenal and really did make us feel at home and like he was doing everything he could for us. Highly recommend him! Rusty Jackson (sales manager)- good guy. Played hardball on the price. Understandably so, due to the short amount of time the vehicle was actually on their lot. In the end we were able to come to an agreement we both felt comfortable with. Regardless, we are very happy with our purchase and would do business with them in the future!

Huge thanks to Nicholas, Kenneth, Rusty, and Jeff Tyson for helping us out with our Mazda CX-9. We purchased it sight unseen, the dealer delivered it to us, and we were unsatisfied with the condition of the paint on the hood. However, because of all the rain that week, it took me a few days to get the car clean and see the issue. After a couple of short phone calls, Rusty was happy to pick up the vehicle from us (over 2 hours away!) and give us a loaner while they repainted the hood. The dealer didnt have to work with us, but Superior chose to make it right and the hood looks GREAT. I thought I would have to deal with Mazda at the national level, but it turns out some car dealers still make honest deals. 2 thumbs up from us!

Brian went over the top for me. I had never bought a car over the internet, without driving it before and my wife and I were extremely nervous. I asked Brian to take multiple pictures and videos of the vehicle as well as drive it. He was straight forward and trustworthy, highlighting the blemishes and reasonable on price and expectations. Everything happened in a timely manner and I am thrilled with my 2008 Tahoe and my experience with Superior Mazda. If there is one knock it would be against HQ for taking longer than expected to mail me the Title. But I got it before the dealer plates expired and all is good. Brian got on them about that as well.

Great experience and great prices.I went by and looked at a car after hours and really liked the online price and the condition of the car. Called and set up a time to go by and do a test drive with Michael Hale.Great guy, no pressure, just information. Set up another time to bring the wife and kids before I made the final decision. Again, no pressure and Michael didnt mind spending more time showing the car.Decided to buy, came in on my day off, went through the paperwork. Was such a pleasant experience compared to past experiences. We had everything done and sale completed in about 90 minutes from when I pulled onto the lot until I drove off.In the process of test driving we found a vent that didnt open, Michael had the car scheduled into the shop the very next business day after I bought it to get that fixed at no cost. He also set me up with a loaner that day and had everything all set up for my arrival. It was so convenient that I wasnt even delayed getting to work and was able to come back and pick it up on my lunch break and it didnt inconvenience me at all.I highly recommend you talk to Michael Hale if you are looking at buying a Mazda or one of their really nice used cars.
The service team is amazing. I bought my first Mazda in 2017 from Jose. Michael Hale made the car buying process easy. Like buying a jug of milk at the corner market. No haggle fair price. I gave him money. He gave me a car. It was that simple. I dealt with him over the phone. Mr Hale took care of every detail. I am a California buyer, and needed to have my car shipped. Mr Hale made sure the car got on the truck safely. He was the point of contact for my shipping company. He is very responsive. He gave me his personal cell number and answered it every time I called. I would definitely buy from Mr Hale and Superior again.

This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had! We live in Colorado Springs and have been searching for 2009-2013 Toyota Rav 4 for quite some time. We had a lot of not great experiences and the prices in Colorado were way higher then the cars were worth. So we started looking out of state and we found the perfect car in Arkansas. We were assisted by Eric Yanez and he was EXCELLENT! Not only did he pick us up form the airport, but he made coming in from another state a seamless process. The manager Rusty was also great, not only did he accommodate our late arrival but also have us local tips on mountain biking for while we were in town. This felt more like a small family run business then a big dealership. We walked away with our perfect car and it was a smooth ride back to Colorado.
This place is disrespectful, I came to transport a car and they had the key in another place 1 hour from here, the manager was very despotic and in a very bad way that I had to wait 2 hours, the treatment here was very bad,I lost the day of work because of them,,, To top it off, the manager told me that if I didnt remove the comment from Google map, he wasnt going to give me the keys to take the car, which I had to transport, I dont know how they can have a boss like that, thats crazy and a lack of respect, I write in Google what happened and the real thing, that is abuse of power, a disgusting this place I do not recommend it to anyone
Absolutely superior customer service and courteous staff. Our salesman, Rex, treated us as if we were the most important people in the world to him and made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. The entire staff was on the same plane as Rex and they all made us a member of their team. One of the best car buying experiences we have ever experienced. Positive results.
This is a very unprofessional dealership. I was buying the car from Oklahoma so i was taking care of business using the phone and emails. I offered the asking price, and i was asked to apply for credit. I had my credit approved and submitted my down payment. I was told then that everything was fine and that the contract would FedEx to me the next day. Two days went by and no contract. When i contacted Eric he then informed me that the car was sold to another customer and that it was gone. I find this type of behavior to be lacking and very unprofessional.

Rex was our salesman and we both felt comfortable with him from the initial phone call to the final sale of the car. He kept in touch with us throughout the process as we live in Maryland. He was professional, knowledgeable, and has a easy going spirit. We never felt like we were being pushed to buy the car. Rex was great, even offered to pick us up at the airport. The car was even better in person. Needless to say we love the used car and the price. Its a dealership...they are all the same honestly. Overpriced service. Sales people either too pushy, or entirely ignore you.
Took awhile to find the car, my wife wanted me to go look at instead of saying were looking at in shop since it was used they said we took it to Auction, because transmission and drivetrain was messed up, so honesty comes first with them not sale!
