I just built a new PC and was short one SATA cable so I went to Staples. They dont even carry them anymore. I didnt want to go down to Best Buy and pay more than I needed to so I called NE Computer Techs and spoke with Kyle. He wasnt at his shop but was happy to drive up to help me out. I grabbed a sandwich at Flip the Bird and caught up with him a short while later. He and Kym were great. They had the cable I needed and even threw in a second one at no charge. We talked for a while, theyre very knowledgeable about this stuff and saved me quite a few headaches. Nice little shop with very nice owners. 10/10

My computer froze and then wouldnt boot up--I called N E Computer Techs on Sunday afternoon and was able to pick up the computer with a new hard drive on Monday. Kyle was good enough to install updates and AVG on the new drive. He also explained what he could tell about the crash (we thought at first it might have been a driver/update issue, but part of the drive had been encrypted meaning it was perhaps instead a ransomware attack). I will definitely go to Kyle and Kym again for any computer needs!

Fantastic service! I knocked my computer over and it stopped working. I left a request on the website on Sunday and received a call back same day and Kyle was able to diagnose the problem and give me a quote over the phone. I then dropped it off to him Sunday evening and picked it up that night with a new hard drive that was faster and more durable. He also installed virus protection at no charge. Highly recommend! Kyle is knowledgeable and loves what he does.

He took all my calls from parts questions to general inquiries and was more than accommodating.
