I came in to ask about upgrading my phone before I decided too. Johnathan was so polite and so helpful and had such a great experience with him. He convinced me to come back in and get the upgrade because of his useful information. There was a little line but he kept checking in to see that I was ok while I was waiting. And then he helped me upgrade my phone and made sure everything matched with my old phone before I left and made sure I was taken care of. He had so much patience and he is an amazing employee and deserves a raise.

Had great customer service at this store. Far and above anything experienced at Verizon. They were happy to help and set up my phone for me. Will go back for the friendly service.

Sophie performed a miracle with my phone that was 75% black screen. She was able to xfer my data (all contacts photos texts) to a new phone! Recommend highly

Marquis the store manager is awesome, personable and patient. My device arrived today which was better than anticipated. Went to the location he transferred all my data over to the new one for me and got me all set up. Even took the time to call regarding the shipment label for my trade in device which the shipment forgot to include. He even followed up after by email to note that the trade in device is all set and ready to ship out. Great communication and service keep up the great work.

Marquis was AMAZING! I ordered my phone and set up service online. The phone came defective and when I called customer care they had a difficult time finding me in their system. So I went in to this location and he did the entire return for me with customer care over the phone. He made the process so simple and totally painless... Thank you Marquis you are the best!!!

I was having trouble with my phone rejecting calls. The gentleman on line was very helpful but couldnt complete the order since my phone was also rejecting text. I asked the man in the store to help figure out if it was a sprint thing or a Samsung Galaxy thing. He ignored questions and just continued to type. At one point I tried to make conversation since he told me he was vaccinated i asked if he did the lottery thing. Thats when he started ranting about nobody will ever win that, its just the government lying to you people like you. They will get someone who looks just like you to pretend he won. It only got worse from there. Maybe hes in the wrong line of work. Obviously I didnt get the phone from him but he got his personal opinions in.
