Great store! You can find so many amazing flavors that’s not available in other stores

This location has the most variety Ive ever seen. The chocolate slabs are the BEST, they are much better than the regular chocolate. I would recommend to anyone. It was so good I had to go back and buy more the minute I tasted it.

Who don’t love free samples, I know that I do very nice and patient people the most stupid questions they have and answer for it. Taste so good and melt perfectly in your mouth, they all are very tasty.

Nice little shop to buy Lindt chocolates, we didnt even know Lindt had these stores!The customer service here was great in particular, they were very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommended to check out if youre in the area if you like Lindt chocolates!

My uncle Harald introduced me to Lindtt Chocolates years ago. So I was delighted to find the store. When I walked in I was excited. Ivana & Adam (assistant manager were very warm and welcoming. They knew the ins and out. I was grateful for their suggestions every time I asked for explanation. I got a coffin filled with truffles as well as some sugar free for my mother and friends. I signed up for their rewards program so needless to mention I will be back often and I wish that these two will be working because they made my first experience in a Lindtt store memorable.

This store is great! The manager James is the first to offer help and suggestions. They have bark and ice cream which I made sure to stock up on as well as the loose truffle balls!

My favorite happy place! Wasnt much into chocolates until I stepped into the Lindt store. Most people know just Lindt truffles. Guess what? Take a trip to the store to see for yourself what you are missing. The Fondente, Cereali and everything there is in the store are the most delish chocolates I have ever had..Nancy, Kim and the new manager on duty all wonderful peeps and will make your experience ever chocolatier!

Small but well-organized store. Pretty atypical Lindt setup with mostly truffles sold, and great deals if you buy large amounts. Theres always someone there giving out free samples too.

Cute little Lindt shop with your standard free truffles on entry service. The staff and service are nice, not to mention your occasional deals on chocolate.

Friday, my last minutes shopping. Once I stepped into the store ... Smells so goöd, taste even bettër. Smïling facës, friendly attentive chocolatiers. They sure on their feet all the times. Is it the chocolate that keep them springies all time? I feel bad for those who comes by just for a free sample and leave. They have no idea what they missing. I am glad I stopped by, the promotion signages is a bit confusing to understand, A little lady staff, helped me get more chocolates for less money! How does that work? Anyway, I am happy i have gifts to take home with for everyone. Thank you so much and I sure will come back for more chocolates.

Very nice and beautiful place with kind people

I walked in and was standing in line at the register. The kind man in front of me had purchased a large amount of sweets, I would say about 4 large lindt boxes. He asked to bag them in 4 separate plastic bags because he wanted to gift them to 4 separate people.The girl that was helping him said they are running low on bags and can only give him 2. They kept going back and forth when another employee who claims is the manager named Taylor jumped in and had the rudest tone of voice and yelling at the man telling him No! In an extremely inappropriate way. I then jumped in and said I would give him my 2 plastic bags after I make my purchase. Taylor (the manager) overheard me and said that she will not give me the bags because I will give them to him and that I dont need them anyway, even though I had the right of having plastic bags of my own with my purchase. I told her that what she is saying is extremely ridiculous, vulgar and inappropriate, and she will not be satisfied with my review.Plastic shopping bags cost approximately less than 10 cents each, it is ridiculous to purchase a huge amount of chocolates from a nice boutique and be treated with disrespect. I hope someone from regional management sees this review and hires better store managers because I sure am not going back there and at this rate neither will a lot of people.

There’s an inconsistency with staff friendliness/helpfulness, but I usually enjoy my stops in the Lindt shop. Great deals around the holidays and a fun location in Boston for all kinds of shopping.

Lindt is the most well branded luxury chocolate,with a huge chain of International distribution,and countless cash register truffle displays.Their chocolate bars are available in CVS & Rite Aid.Who is tempted to impulse buy that shiny, foil globe,while waiting in the checkout line at the grocery store?A Lindt chocolate truffle gives me an instantCalgon take me away moment from my monotony.

The staff was really friendly and we loved the chocolate. Be sure to ask for a sample if youre unsure what to buy.

I bought $38 worth of chocolate and they wouldnt even let me *buy* a gift bag. They had gift bags but you had to buy a specific kind of truffles that I didnt get. Were not in the bag business. They sure are uptight for chocolate you can buy at CVS for $6 a pound. Also, way overpriced.

I just come here to get free samples. I dont want to eat too much chocolate anyway. I like to bite into the chocolate ball.

The collection, and the friendly staff are two notable things about the Lindt store on Boylston St.
