I ordered a dipped fruit platter and birthday balloons for my daughter’s birthday and they never made the delivery. I called the shop at Noon on the day of delivery to make sure it was on its way and it took them several attempts to lookup my order and when they finally found it they said it should be out for delivery and arriving in an hour or so. Well that never happened and their tracking system online kept switching back and forth between “out for delivery” and “preparing your arrangement” all throughout the day. Completely unreliable and ruined a birthday surprise for my daughter. I’ll never order with Edible Arrangements again after this experience.

Order the chocolate fruit platter on Valentine’s Day in the morning and comes in the afternoon! I was amazed how fast the delivery was because it’s Valentine’s Day and I assume they are super busy. And they make everything perfect! The fruit was fresh and delicious and the delivery driver was very thoughtful and polite as well! Great experience! Will definitely recommend and order again!

I ordered an Edible Arrangement on line for my daughter to celebrate her promotion at work. It was super easy to order and arrived at her office building at the scheduled time. And it was much appreciated over flowers, offering a healthy snack to share with her colleagues.

I live in Houston but wanted to send a gift to a friend for her birthday. When I called, the staff was so incredibly nice and helpful so that I could find the perfect arrangement to send. I called in the morning and it was delivered that afternoon!! My friend that received the arrangement said it was so fresh, delicious and beautiful! Accurate and timely delivery on Valentines day. Quality was good. Overall successful order and great experience. Only negative is that they did not answer the phone on Valentines day. Would have liked to have been able to speak to a live human.

I want to thank this store for an excellent service today. I place an order from NYC yesterday for a delivery today. I didnt realized that I had provided an old/wrong delivery address. The driver called me immediately to inform me of what was going on. I gave him the recipient phone number and so he contacted her. It turned out that the new delivery location was out of their delivery area. The driver spoke to his manager and thankfully he authorized the delivery to the new location. The driver was soooooo polite, understandable and provided EXCELLENT customer service throughout the whole process. This store and the driver went above and beyond to make my delivery possible. The driver was constantly informing me of the status of my delivery. I was so relieved to hear that they were able to deliver my $300 + order. Ive been a loyal customer, and I received an offer for a free 12-ct dipped strawberries with my next order. So on July 19, when I used this offer and went to pick up my order and pay, the item I ordered was not included in the bag. I only received my free offer. I called them back, and they said I will get a refund in 5-7 business days. However, I have NOT received a refund, and will never do business with them again.

I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for a friend who had had surgery, and I kept having to change the day of the delivery because my friends release from the hospital kept getting postponed. Edible Arrangements in Brookline is staffed by the NICEST people, who accommodated me every time and were so incredibly patient about my daily telephone calls. I suspect I was the customer from hell, but staff members always made me feel lovely! Also, my friend and her family told me the strawberries were delicious.

BEWARE MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER WAS STOLEN HERE! I ordered an arrangement, used a card I never ever use. The next day my card was compromised. Person went shopping, ordered Grubhub, ordered a Lyft, all on my CC. Considering I never use the card, and I had just used it at this business, it is just a very unusual coincidence. I am now dealing with the awful fallout of dealing with compromised financial information and all the charges right before the holidays. The owner has not bothered to call me back. Do business with these folks at your own risk. I learned my lesson!

Ordered online through their website, the strawberry chocolate dipped and apple truffles for my daughters birthday. It was delivered the day after her birthday and without the balloons that I had paid for. Wrote a complaint and received a quick response from the store supervisor trainee offered to resend a box of chocolate with the balloons. My daughter got the gift and an apology from the supervisor trainee, as it turned out the website sent the order to the wrong store and was forwarded to this store and caused the late delivery. I appreciate the supervisor trainees effort and initiative to make things right for us, as she understands it is important for a mother to get her gift to her daughter who has to celebrate her 18th birthday by herself her first year in college about 400 miles away from home.

We needed a last minute gift for the nurses. I order an arrangement online at 4pm on a Friday. The order took all of five minutes to place. I worried the arrangement wouldnt be delivered the same day given I ordered it so late. Not only was it delivered the same day but within approximately an hour of when I placed the order. We couldnt have been happier with our order!
