Primark is like best selling and best value stores for all peoples. You can buy cheaper and costliest both type of clothes and accessories but generally they have best value clothes. I personally like it because they have much variety and mainly location.. its in downtown so. Its plus point

We live in a time where everything is uncertain on a day-to-day basis when I go to Primark with $20 come out with $4 but three items one for the price of $9 another one $2.50 and another $250 it remind me when I was a little girl and I used to go to Quincy with my mother it was called Quincy barking center when you shop that primer it will go a long way $100 will get you at least over $200 worth of items and clothes shoes apparel house home goods anything you need the quality of clothing is good I never had a problem choose $10 socks $2.50 sweatshirts tonight I have not seen anything in this store price at $30 at all for single moms and dad good place to shop for a night out with fun and your friends a good place to shop point outfit when you go out that night what more can I say about this story and even a public bathroom that you can use because of covid-19 most venues Im not access to their public bathroom for you at this store in downtown Boston I hope this is helpful for you

First time to this store and it’s pretty cool! A 4 floor fast fashion outlet. Though the men’s section was fairly small considering it’s a 4 floor store I figured it was more of a women’s store overall. Which is fine, prices are fair and quality is above average for the price. Plenty of workers to ask for help and keeping the store clean and organized for the high foot traffic.

It is always nice to go to Primark in downtown Boston!!! It is a very convenient location witha lot of stores around and transportation possibilities. The orange line is right there next to the Primark store, the red and the blue line a block away from the store as well. Also, you can find the Boston Common and the public garden parks. Beautiful parks. I love it! I share here the first photo of me when I visited the store for the first time 3 years ago and the second photo its one of the entrances of the store 😃 Primark is one of my favorite stores to go shopping in downtown Boston!

There’re many good things to find but for some reason fitting rooms on one floor close at 730 and at 7 on the other one (one hour before the store closes!) It would have taken us 5 mins to try things on and most probably buy them but because of this, we had to leave everything there! Consider having at least several fitting rooms open up until 745 for customers who work till 7 on a weekday :(

Good collection at an affordable cost. As a student living off debt and thinking twice before spending anything, this place offers one of the better deals out there. Oh and its helpful staff is an additional advantage.

Excellent quality clothes for a fraction of the price. The Macy’s next door has good branded clothes but the prices are doubled.

Please watch out for Primark items!!! Found blood in a blanket I bought and they even refused to refund me. The manager in charge was very disrespectful and unprofessional! Make sure to check out your products before you walk out the door! I often thought that Primark in Downtown is a fun place to shop but NEVER AGAIN!!

Amazing store at cheap prices - from bathroom mats to jewelry. Wide range of apparels are available for kids, men and women.A few depts caught my eye -Home department has good collection - pillows to decors.Cosmetics are cruelty free & are pretty good.Shoes last for a very long time - I’m using my boots for 1.5 yrs now.Infant’s onesies are good for very very low cost. Toys are decent.Lingerie and intimates last really long and great collection.Exceeded my expectations in terms of collection and prices. Would definitely recommend everybody to visit this store.

Clothing retailer selling decent quality goods for super fair prices. This specific location is very large and hosts a huge selection.Women’s clothing comprises two and a half floors (of four), men’s get a half floor, and kids get a half floor. There is also a small section on the third floor for a limited selection of home goods.I docked a star because the escalator from the second to third floor was out of order, leaving only their slow elevator to get you to the men’s section. That was pretty annoying since they only allow two shoppers in an elevator at any given time due to COVID, making it quite the excursion.Overall pretty good and prices are hard to beat.

Not what it use to be. Two floors closed and much of the items are lacking in stock. Still a great deal if you can find your size but dont expect to with the better priced items. Also the checkout line was very long so when you do find something you like expect a decent wait

Seeing renovations take place shows how Primark is making its impact in the heart of Downtown. Handicap-accessible with multiple levels. Plenty of great fashion deals and accessories! This goes for all ages too! From House goods to useful trinkets there are always new items worth bringing home. Stop by! You just might spoil yourself with things youd like, and actually use!!

Busy, packed, shelves were a mess... I just wanted a few tank tops but the line was out the door. Dont come on the weekend! However the deals are great, despite the longevity of the products.

As a man shopping there I can say the options and variety available is poor. The quality of the clothes is terrible as well, the threads holding the seams together is for show pretty much. Ill return these pants that had a hole punched through the pocket and be gone... some accessories may be good, the belt seems of better quality, maybe for lack of needlework required

If I could give them a minus 5, I would because they combined the dressing rooms. Men are now allowed into the female dressing rooms. I find that disgusting. Men could very easily hide a camera there. They make small enough cameras these days that arent noticeable. Please complain to Primark about this.

A really good store!

Sometimes looking for brand name items at a good price can get tiring. Primark offers good quality at a great price, and the value proposition alone is worth 5 stars. Yes, you can get higher quality stuff elsewhere and yes, some things might not be as nice as others, but in the end the great prices leave little room for complaints.

I bought four ties from Primark and it worked out I like this place all they need is 3x shirts and there a good to go

Customer service is horrible at the registers, only person that great you is at the door when you’re walking in & walking out. I was there this past weekend it was very busy and the store ran out of bags I had to pay $6 for each bag in order to take my things home. Prime mark doesn’t provide quality care to their customers I wouldn’t shop there ever again. Also, the tag price in like uros or something they convert them to dollar and at the register ring up more than dollar amount.

I dont get the hype. Bless the associates who work there, but its the same kind of fast fashion at Zara or H&M. I wish a better Irish company would set up shop in the US. This location is in the same front where the Filenes flagship store was. Retail merchandise quality is too often thoughtless about its production nowadays, especially when you compare Primark merch to Filenes merch.

This store is #1 in the entire nation! I always find clothes that fit I always find amazing products as well as personal hygiene and women’s underwear as well as socks! Great job primark! The only thing is the customer service isint that great I can’t seem to ask anyone anything if it’s not that simple to find on my own. They always have a bad attitude the young man at the register did amazing! Great job to the individuals who actually took the time to help me!

Some items are worth buying like socks and men items but not so much the women sections. The material looks and feels cheap and it is disposable after a wear or 2.

Crews are all taking care of seriously the sanitary issue for covid19. They literally kicked out customer who is not wearing the mask. Im quite impressed.The shop is clean and organized. Most of all, it is A huge shop. 1st to 4th floor. All escalators and three elevators are ready for customers. Quality is great considering the price.

Love this store. I mean who doesn’t! Cute cheap clothes for the whole family. Can’t beat it. But take the train there. There is ZERO PARKING n they will ticket you even while ur sitting in the car. The parking meter people are rude.

The WORST manager I have ever encountered in my life. Working in retain and customer service for 10+ years, this manager was pathetic. I shopped there 3* weeks, with a receipt and valid credit card and they couldn’t serve me… that was PATHETIC… I work in the neighborhood and only wanted to make an exchange.. but they WOULDNT. HowRude. They have lost a life long shopper.

First time to this store. They had some nice stuff but nothing over a size 14. Considering its 4 floors they could have some plus size options. But prices were decent.

My favorite store in downtown Boston. Reasonable price(some very cheap!), lots of stuff to choose. Have 4 floors and clean bathroom. I always spend time there for hours. The kids clothes are sooo adorable! Its locate on 4th floor.

Truly a horrific monument to fast fashion and consumerism. The store is large and has lots of things to sell you for cheap. But, the materials are substandard, the fit is weird, and the build quality is so poor that youll be lucky to wear an item ten times before it falls apart.

I stopped in to grab legit 2 things. I was more than surprised that even though there are 4 floors and check out lines on each, they had everyone checking out on the first floor, so there were clearly loads of people waiting. Let’s make this review quick.The size of store: size matters, because it makes the selection huge even though Men’s only takes up part of one floor, but if you’re a guy, which I am, you have to go to the third floor. If you are a person who loves to change their stylist look’s affordably, this is the place for you.There are four floors to this department store.The store is located right in the heart of downtown Crossing.Red and orange line trains entrances are right there.Glad to see the old Filene’s building was taken over by another department store. The change to downtown Crossing with one less big retailer could possibly cause a domino effect of others folding up, which downtown Crossing is primarily known for a shopping center area..

Affordable basic shopping store.

Primark has closed the 3rd & 4th floors, so they had to downsize their inventory, so now everything is forced to be sold on the 1st and 2nd floor, so I found myself walking around in circles to find what I needed.I didnt and dont like it!

Quality of most objects isnt the highest which reflects the price but, styles are modern and trendy looking for each season. The array of items is large but store layout can be hard to navigate and needs better signs to help navigate.
