Apparently the store policy is they won’t accept returns unless it’s to the same store you purchased from in an effort to reduce the chance of “covid cross contamination”. But you CAN exchange items from different stores. These policies make no sense. I know it’s the corporate policy but does no one stop and think logically about anything?
Love this place, I always have to stock up for the year
We were very impressed with this place. The clothing has proven to be very comfortable, I cant speak for durability b/c its only been months, not years. The store was very large and impeccably maintained, and the pricing was ridiculously cheap, we felt. We almost didnt go in because we expected it to be another overpriced tourist trap, so we were pleasantly surprised when we decided to head in.There are both mens and womens clothing available, so everybody should find something they like here.
I shopped at Uniqlo on 9/14/2020 for the first time, I came in a little after 6 and the store was closing at 7. I was buying a gift for a friend and even though the staff was folding down everything I was still able to find what I needed and was helped by a gentlemen named Davidson I believe. He helped me get what I needed in the correct sizes, I also didn’t feel rushed while shopping in the last hour before the store closed. I was able to find amazing deals in the sale section for example a beautiful sweater dress for less than $4! Davidson helped me get my app and my account going. Overall I’m glad I went to this Uniqlo, prices and staff were great!
This location is closed. Unfortunately
I have been a loyal customer to Uniqlo and have been using this store to return online orders that did not fit. No more! I was surprised today to come in and being told that I have to ship my stuff by mail and pay for it. Really? You will lose a lot of customers with these gready policies. There are a lot of other stores out there.
This location does offer a good selection of clothing for adults. Its unfortunate that this location does not carry childrens and baby clothing. The customer service is great, theyre helpful and well staffed.
Very cool little shop area. Surprisingly a lot of places were closing early for it being a Friday, but, overall, I love it. So much variety!
Incredible, Im definitely going to lose a lot of money thanks to this store. Really comfortable clothing that is both lightweight and warm. Perfect for all climates
Amazing customer service especially young gentleman who works on first floor!
This is the second time that Uniqlo Faneuil Hall has saved me from a clothing related work disaster. I work in the area and last year, I need a last-minute fancy work outfit for an event and the two women working were so helpful and nice, giving me feedback on what looked professional and classy! This time around, I tore my jeans and they pointed me towards similar style jeans, and even let me put them on in the changing room after I paid! The attendant trimmed the tags, it was extremely convenient.
Large store with variety of options
Be sure to check clothing downstairs before going up because they dont have a cashier downstairs
Well, at least theyre now open.
I love this store. Plus for petites, its amazing. I didnt have to hem the pants! Also they carry uncommon bra sizes.
I did not find that this place lived up to its hype. Not as mans shops as I thought. Most are quite expensive. You could sometimes find the same thing At Walmart much cheaper. It was busy and the tourists were pushy. It was my experience that the ship owners were bored. I would not go back.
Me and my family love to go to this location .
Well, the clothes offered here are pretty decent. However, I hate the way that the Asian staffs treats us. When my farther asked help regarding size of pants, the shorter female Asian staff with glasses acts like my dad is making unreasonable requests ( probably because we spoke Chinese and are from mainland while she is a bilingual US citizen). I am Asian. So I guess my comment will not be considered as racial.
Very diverse range of clothing, at incredibly low prices for their quality. Great fabric/material and very innovative store design (mens on one side of the narrow hall, womens on the other). Cheerful, clean atmosphere.
Not a lot of selection.
Whenever Im in the area, I always pop up to Uniqlo to see whats the latest. Great place to get your basics - reliable materials and prices. This location has become less hectic than when it opened so it makes shopping here more enjoyable.
Shopped in this store all over the world and have had the same experience in each and every shop. Great products, good prices and fantastic staff - same for this branch.
The return policy is ridiculous. I got one of those terms t-shirts as a gift, brought to the store in its original packing and all I want it was to exchange it for another thermal t-shirt less warm and they wouldnt let me. Said that I could only get the same thing in a different color.
Very crowded but great choices for food and lots of nice shops.
Its the same as any other UNIQLO store. My daughter likes the Japanese inspired fashion.
Large store with friendly staff. Affordable prices for decent looking clothes.
Nice spacious layout with well organized items. Not enough changing rooms that leads to long changing room lines.
I like the fabric and patterns they use but the clothing in general is not very form fitting or flattering. The womens clothing in particular seems to be made for long torso / less curvy women. It seems made for the woman who likes to wear boyfriend clothes.
Great products and displays, but prices not always clear.
I had a average experience in here because the staff named Adriana had a attitude, he wasn’t helpful at all. He didn’t tell me which fitting room I should go, instead I gotta knock and open each doors which is impolite, some people got scared because I accidentally open the door. He making some wired noisy sounds when I was paying money and putting my clothes into my bad, like he was impatient. I spent $138 there for this service? Idk whether I would go or not next time.
I LOVE Uniqlo, but never more will buy at this Faneuil store. Everything I bought there (12 pieces) were smelling as a fried fish due the several restaurantes in the building. Will need to return, impossible to use a jacket smelling fried food.
Good shopping, but not the best organized layout. Smaller than the normal store and somewhat limited selection. Staff not very proactive.
Interesting lay out. Its pretty easy to find something that your looking for.
The best Uniqlo store in terms of organization, the way store is organized is very convenient, you ll see.
Great if youre on a business trip and pack one day too few.
One of the best store inside the faneuil hall nice people good prices.
They carry a lightweight hoodie that has UV protection, now in a number of colors, just Divine!
Sales associates were really helpful. Always stocked and store is neat despite huge foot traffic
Awkward layout when crowded. Employees seem bored out of their minds and arent interested in helping.
Like the clothes a lot, and for limited space they pack in a lot of selection. Employees are helpful and actively work to keep lines reasonable and the store neat.
I probably filled up half of my closest with stuff I brought from this shop. Beautiful interior that captures the historic vibe of the building and it makes shopping here a fantastic experience.
I love Uniqlo. Not always for style but for practical clothing. I like their supima cotton Ts, Airism and Heatech gear. I usually stop by when im in downtown.
Gotta love uniqlo! Great price and selection. Friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed shopping here. ;)
Nice StoreNice floresBut the foods smell is so bad here.
First class facility in a beautiful part of Boston. I loved how they used the glass sheets to preserve and display the old brick of the building. Clothing was nice, uniqlo is uniqlo for a reason.
Good food & good shopping. I especially like the jewelry store Local Charm.
The place look very nice. they have a great selection and great quality. the staff are nice and helpful.
Great layout. Helpful staff. Not as many lines as Uniqlo in New York City or online.
Awesome place for go any time!!
Nice place, hot food of all types
The quality of their products is amazing!
Great store for a decent quality clothing. At the price they are selling its not bad at all!
The location may be too close to the food and the crowd. I wish there was a little bit more separation. But it was an okay experience, expected the store to be larger.
What a great place to go on the holidays
Great historical building. Love Quincy Market Place.
Great place, but the workers are really quiet and stare creepily into your eyes without saying anything. Awkward.
I prefer this location over the one on Newbury street. Bigger.
Good variety of stuff to choose from .
Im a Uniqlo fan! Great selection of quality clothes. Their style is simple and classic.
Great place to hang out and eat whatever the heart desires
First the food court is just below and you have the odor of cooked food rising up almost all of the time. This makes all of the clothes stinky and you have a smokey feeling in your eyes. The layout makes sense but some of the sizes are not in the main sections but by the checkout. Really crowded check out area.
Not why you go to Boston wharf. Give up the space for some more lobsta...
Budget clothes retail store. If its good enough for Federer, its good enough for me
Place to visit. Interesting and historic
Selection is pretty plain. Mostly just their year long stuff.
Great clothes. Great prices. Nice location
Gets very crowded but good selection
Nothing to buy with appropriate prices. Actually almost everything is expensive for the quality.
Great shopping in an iconic location and great prices!!
Nice shop, NYC shops have more to offer
It was cool lot of stuff 2 do
Soooo good... Except for the churlish staff.
Very nice shop with a wide variety of clothes for a good price.
Very big and lots of stuff.
Lovely store, more courtesy needed by checkout staff
Wide selection. Extremely helpful staff.
Uniqlo just know what you want and their clothes last
Love the variety of clothing. Staff is supportive and nice.
Place is no longer a pop up store and is within the Quincy Market building proper. Smaller store, and is missing some things from larger Uniqlo outlets.
Fun store. A little awkwardly designed, but it makes the most of a small space in the most touristy area of Boston.
Warm clothes for the winter season!
Nice store, well staffed, great location
Fun shopping there
Most clothes smell like fried foods due to poor ventilation from food shops downstairs. One can actually see the smoke under the spot lights.
Two floors in Faneuil Hall! Large store as with all Uniqlos. Not as open as the ones in the malls and has lots of little sections that makes it hard to get by if someone is in the way. With it being open to the food court below, whenever I buy clothes from here, I have to throw them in the wash because they end up smelling like food/frying oil.
Great staff, very helpful
Always well stocked with staples.
A Good size Uniqlo for the downtown area.
New trends meet Old traditions.
Similar to other Uniqlos.Shirts are baggier than other brands.
Great store, excellent prices and warm clothes
Reasonable price and high quality clothing.
Small selection of stores, but still good variety
Great place to spend a sunny Saturday
Great place. Must visit
Affordable and good quality
