Complete scam. I forgot my computer charger last week, so I bought one at #Logan. The employee at #InMotion took it out of the case and had me test it. It worked in the store. He kept the packaging. But it wouldn’t work on the plane at all. When I tried to return it the next week, I was told that since it worked ON THE GROUND, I couldn’t return the device I had bought at the airport. Also, I didn’t have the packaging, so I couldn’t return it for that reason as well.
