Repair Manager Tony needs some customer service classes. He doesnt know how to talk to customers. He over talks you when you try to explain what someone relayed to me from my auto warranty company. I cant imagine him trying to talk to a women, he would probably bully into service or scare them away all together.Will take my services elsewhere...
WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! I called 8 times today and they constantly hung up on me because they didn’t want to assist me. Between mike and jasmine(or Jessica), I asked to speak with “Hollywood” who is the current boss there and evidently they can’t do that. It’s no way the mva should be penalizing me because you guys didn’t do your job by sending over my information on top of that if you answer the phone and do your job this could’ve been a easy transaction from the jump. My salesman was horrible and mike told me he no longer works there. Like seriously Im dropping off this vehicle today to yall and I will be taking legal action. Really ridiculous, inconsiderate and unprofessional as a staff.
Man,Brian Parker (Salesman) and Thomas Little (Finance Manager) were/are an outstanding team, their an asset to this establishment! They help my wife and I purchase 2 vehicles without a hitch! 3 stars and that is generous. Made a road ready appointment ahead of time ( not last minute). Got a call the evening before from them to reschedule! Like I can reschedule my planned road trip! Because they overbooked. Also scheduled a detailing. Did that happen? No. Got a car wash, sub par vacuum on interior and supposed window cleaning. Supposedly, because the suction cup marks on the windshield were still there.

NO STARS!!!Service department at this location is the WORST!!!Had my car for over a week and NEVER received a call to inform me of the issues. And now after one diagnostic of $200 theyre want to charge me another $200 to re-do it again. Had to make a trip to the dealership for answers.VERY DISSATISFIED!!!Had to contact Corporate of my issues.

Must Read.. (Seek Service At Own Risk). Ive posted before about the poor service received at this place. A member of their team reached out to me apologizing for my bad experience and suggested i give them a second chance. I did just that and am now regretting that decision. Took my vehicle in for service. They had it for 6 days. I received a call stating that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I arrive, turn over my rental to Hertz in anticipation of driving away with my vehicle. They bring it around and upon inspection i see that one of the main reasons why it was there was not addressed. I held the receipt in hand showing we were charged for the work but it had not been done and the attendant that came back out agreed the work was not done. He then took the vehicle back into the work area. At this point im upset about the inconvenience and the fact that we were charged for something that hadnt been done. I request to speak with the general manager and was told that he was in a meeting and couldnt be disturbed. Yet that same Manager walked pass me several times not meeting with anyone. After my 3rd time asking to speak with the manager, the attendant got upset, raising his voice and began to have an attitude ultimately completely disregarding me all together passing me off to another team member. (Poor customer service, rude behaviors, management failures, little concerns for the customers) if not for the fact that a star is needed to post a comment I wouldnt have even given this place one.
I leased a car from here, since there there have been alot of changes. I dont think they were for the better. Customer service is lacking all the way around. Service dept, to sales floor.Service consistently would act as if they were super busy and couldnt fit me in for an oil change and tire rotation.Secondly on the sales floor I was discussing my lease return with a salesman. The sales manager who saw me there talking to the person brings another guy over and says to him hey are you still working with someone or can you take this guy? Clearly Im not done and u see me standing here but u disregard me to bring over someone else. I really disliked that.
They were able to work my car in without an appointment to replace a battery for my Jeep Cherokee.
Did buy a car. The wait was long and pricing wasnt clear, as other reviews have stated, but I did leave with a pretty good vehicle and deal, anyways.

Not at all satisfied with the hospitality. One of my friend referred me for this place as they have good offers. I went with him to see a car as he has a problem with his car (options) he exchanged his old car for upgrade he didn’t even get upgrade instead he lost all of his options compared to old car. When I asked him to compare between two cars with all the options he said he will get that and even not responded after that we were standing at front desk for long time and no one responded. If I had an option for giving less than a star I would have done that. I have recorded a video but I’m not able to post it here I have took a screenshot from that Video and posting it here.Thank you!

Unfortunately, this service department takes advantage of customers who knows little about cars. They do not take accountability for repairs they failed to achieve. Instead, theyll blame a separate issue on the reason why your vehicle is having issues. I would be leery in choosing this place for your service needs.

From the moment I walked through the door until the time I left, the staff at Ourisman Hyundai of Bowie delivered Excellent Customer Service. I chose to wait for my vehicle knowing the time to complete all requested work would take approximately 6 hours. However, that did not stop Ms. Shavon and her colleagues from checking on me as well as checking the progress of my vehicles stage in service. Do you have a Hyundai and live in the DMV? If so, this is the place to go!

So many other dealerships try harder. Should have walked out, when they offered me 2k less on my trade in than their own Black Book suggested. They completely fumbled on my handicap tags. After taking 60 days I was given regular tags and told to go to DMV yourself. It would be quicker than we could correct the problem. I would steer clear.

They like to play games rather than deal business then laughed at my expense when I said I was done and wanted my keys to leave. I had to ask 3 times for my keys back to leave then demand 2 more times while they just made a joke of the negotiations. After spending 15 years of my life working in Auto Dealerships I know the good ones from the bad ones. This place is a joke and a disgrace.
All car dealers are shiesty, but the Bowie Chevrolet management is in the business of telling untruths. Just flat out tell lies. According to Monte they DO NOT work with other dealerships and they can’t get cars from other dealerships. He said you can only purchase cars from their lot. So if you see a Chevrolet that happens to be at another dealership, that meets your specific requirements and needs of what you are looking for, I recommend that you go to that dealership and purchase the vehicle. Monte says they don’t do that, they don’t work with other dealerships to get the car that you want. You have buy what they have only. If you want to be treated as an intelligent consumer and with respect for your dollar, don’t go to this place. They assume the customer is stupid and doesn’t know how the car business works. They are not in the business of ensuring that their customers are satisfied.

I recently purchase a 2017 Certified Preowned (CPO) Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with just over 34k miles on 11/29/ 2019. The Jeep is currently at a dealership in Georgia being service for oil leakage and a check engine light. I have only had the Jeep for less than a month and put less than 1500 miles on the Jeep and was initially told that my Jeep was one week out of warranty and I had to pay a $158 diagnostic fee. I called Ourisman in Bowie MD and talked with a sales manager name Glen who said that that I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I should have purchased the extended warranty. And that CPO only covered the powertrain, and everything else is my responsibility. So basically I purchase a Jeep that was as is and no real warranty once I left the lot. Buyer beware from these people when buying used vehicles from them. I will also report them to USAA who recommended me to purchase from their auto group. It was very disgusting treatment of a U.S Veteran. I say stay far away from this business!!!!

Excellent service department. I was late for my appointment and getting close to closing they verified enough mechanics were still available, there were. Not only did they service my car but they offered to wash and dry as well which is normal but because I was so late it wasnt expected. They have a nice clean and comfortable waiting area with wifi and complimentary Keurig coffee and hot chocolate. The snack machine actually has affordable snacks when most machines have high profit considering they buy snacks in bulk.

Very good customer service, I’ve bought two vehicles from here and this is the only place I have them serviced. I live all the way in Suitland and I’m right next to a Chevy dealership but will never go there because of their customer service, which is very important to me. Which is why I only go the Oursiman in Bowie.

Typical car dealership. I purchased a ram truck from here. I do think the price was a bit high, but it wasnt high enough to deter my purchase of the truck.Staff seemed friendly.I do my service myself, so I dont really have much experience with the service side aside from recalls.
