I had called all over VA and MD to find my car. Got a hold of Arde and we worked out everything over the phone ranging from my trade in to the financing. Once we agreed on a deal I drove 1.5 hours to pick up the car that night. The sales manager and Arde stayed way past closing to get everything taken care of and in fact the sales manager dropped my APR even lower after I arrived. Amazing customer service.

I had reached out to them regarding a vehicle I was interested in online. I live in Indiana, advised them I wanted to purchase it yesterday (Saturday) and would pay cash. I advised to give me the routing info to send a wire transfer. The sales manager called me directly, prepared a price breakdown and emailed it to me. I signed it and sent over copies of our ID. He called me back and advised their comptroller keeps the wire info locked up and isn’t their on the weekend and wanted me to call my bank to see if I could put it on a debit card. A $38,000,00 vehicle on a debit card! I said a bank isn’t going to approve that, asked them to hold it and requested to even put a deposit down on it until Monday when the comptroller came in.Hello Brent,Following our discussion with you and with sales Manager, we can do a debit card transaction today.However, if it will be via wire transfer then we can only do it on Monday, since wire transfers are not done during the weekends. I would not recommend this business. The manager and sales team tack on thousands of dollars of extra fees, which they will at least remove if you ask. I gave them a fair number, they wouldnt work with me, and every time we got close to the number I noticed a couple hundred of extra fees tacked on that werent there before.

I was hit by someone on July 28th of this year and had to get my car repaired so I went to the Bowie location since its closest to my house. Karen was amazing and very attentive throughout my whole experience. She was there each time I called to discuss updates on my car and really made me feel like she cared. She even took me to Enterprise at the end of her shift with the backup shuttle when she wasnt on shuttle duty just so I didnt have to wait for the shuttle driver to come back with the guests he was already helping at the time. Karen was a HUGE reason even taking the time to put in a review on this location especially since Toyota of Bowie already has over 2,000 review. Buyer beware! Wow... Went in to see a new Sienna was told it was sold already but another one would be coming the following week. Worked out the deal, gave my credit card to hold the vehicle, signed the paperwork saying I would be buying that specific van when it came in. Got a call when it came in, arranged a day to pick it up since I was out of town. Was told not an issue that I would come in 4 days after the call. Salesman promised to call Tuesday to confirm. He never called. I texted and called him Wednesday morning saying I was coming in to pick up my van. Never returned my call. I called the dealership and was told the salesman was there, transferred me to his desk and was hung up on. Called back and was then transferred to the managers voicemail. Obviously at this point I figured they no longer had my van. Manager called to say he would look into it. Called back to say the van was sold to someone else. They accidentally took two deposits on this van. I seriously doubt that. Someone else came along with more money to offer and it was sold out from under me. Manager asked for some time to try and find me another van. Its been 4 days and I have never heard back from him. I would never deal with Toyota of Bowie again. From the salesman to management... They are not to be trusted. I called around the next day and found a van for LESS money and was treated with MUCH more respect than I was at Bowie. Your deposit and signature mean nothing to them.

This is a very unprofessional establishment. I went into the dealership looking for a car and found one that I liked. We worked out a deal and I was promised the car. I told them I would be back the next day to finalize everything since it was too late that day.They said if I wanted the car to come to the dealership. When I went back I was told that the car was already sold to somebody else. Although they promised and made a deal with me for the car, the car was sold to someone else. Very unprofessional managers and salesman.

BEWARE WHEN USING THEIR SERVICES.KEEP ALL COMMUNICATION IN WRITING AS NO VERBAL PROMISE FROM THEM EVER CAME TO PASS.Let me share my experience about a $500 hold to that I put on a Toyota Corolla 2017 on Wednesday Aug 11th.I came back on Friday Aug 13th and ended up getting a newer model: Toyota Corolla 2019. I was told by the person who worked on my financing as well as the Edward that the hold would be dropped the same day. It was not done!I waited 4 business days and called back on Wednesday Aug 18th as I still had not received my hold back. I spoke with Edward who guaranteed me that the refund was ALREADY processed but it might take up to 10 business days. As someone in charge of refunds at my club, I understand the banking laws requires up to 30 days for bank to post charges, but I also know that in practical term, no client of mine had had to wait more than 3 business days for a refund to post in over 5 years. The fact that I did not get mine after 3 business days already had me uneasy.I tried to call multiple people, multiple times on Friday Aug 20th but I was not able to reach anybody, so I left a few voicemails. This morning I got an early call back from Patricia.Patricia told me that the hold refund has not been requested yet by the sales team. She also said that it would be a check refund because it is Toyotas policy which different from what I have been told.I had clearly asked how the hold would be returned to me. And if this is something I legally have the options to choose, I insist on getting an eft refund as this was my method of payment & this was what was promised to me.On Monday August 23rd, I emailed the GM, Sales Rep & the head of Accounting on the same email in order to have the story straight on my refund. I specifically asked for all communications to be in writing going forward to avoid anymore “misunderstanding”. The General Manager ignored my request to email and chose to call to make yet another promise. He said he had just approved a credit card refund and that the refund would post on my account within 3 business days.Today; Monday, August 30th, I still have not received my refund. I emailed the team again and received an email back from the accounting department saying that they just received my refund request and will process a … CHECK refund.I told them to go ahead submit the check refund. I just need to move forward and forget about them at this point.

Eventually my repair was completed. Usually have a better experience. Many obstacles this time. Trip 1 had to order part and tech forgot to replace bulb. Trip 2 the wrong part was received. Trip 3 complete.

We purchased car here. We were out of state customer. We love the customer service, price and process here.I was a cash customer. They did not prior inform that I had to bring cashier check. But I managed to pay using debit card. The communication could have been better when they work with out of state customers.It was nice that they refunded the extra tag fee I paid.
