Just bought a 2022 Palisade from there and LET ME TELL YOU, DON LITTLE WAS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! I’ve purchased several vehicles in my life and he’s hands down been the most patient, helpful and knowledgeable sales people I’ve ever worked with. Imagine going into buy a car with a new born, we did that, and were comfortable and not even a little stressed out the whole time. Thank you Don and the team for everything, my huge family couldn’t be happier. Even the baby was happy!

Gave this service department a second try after a disappointing first time experience. This time the service rep was super responsive and kept me updated on my cars maintenance and return even though it was a busy time. Because the customer lounge was full she offered me a ride home and pickup which worked out better than waiting on site. It was the opposite experience compared to my first visit. Ill be back next time I need service!

Hey somebody tell Howard here’s the sonata I bought an hour after I left Ourisman after he very rudely told me I would have to pay well over MSRP….well I went 30 mins up the road and bought this for 1000 off MSRP Thanks to Hyundai’s rebate. I’ve never had a worse experience at a dealership. The internet sales manager told us a bold faced lie and said Ourisman starts all their cars at MSRP and negotiate down from there if there is room. ALSO told us they would beat any quote we brought in, which I had one from Bob Bell. I drive an hour and a half down with my wife during rush hour and met Howard. Worst sales person I have ever met, and I’ve sold cars for 10 years. He was rude, didn’t listen, didn’t ask about our situation, cut me off several times and told me to just “go drive it” and we will talk numbers later. I had already driven 3 of these cars and really just wanted numbers. He would know that if he bothered to let me speak. He Told me there’s absolutely NO WAY I would get the Sonata N for MSRP. I tried to tell him several times that his internet manager told us they would beat any quote we would bring in but I couldn’t get that out because he wouldn’t stop cutting me off. I ended up leaving ten minutes after arrival. He was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever worked with. I will direct anyone I know away from Ourisman and send them directly to Bob Bell or Koons. This is not the way you do business.

From the time I walked in the door Thursday night, Jack my salesman was amazing. The manager Dwayne who handled the finance information helped us immensely. It was getting late and he worked on everything for us and called me immediately the next morning! We came back that night and Thomas in finance was amazing getting us through all the paperwork!!! I recently purchased a 2021 Hyundai Palisade from Don Little at Hyundai of Bowie! Mr. Little was extremely professional through every step of my car buying experience. I went to the dealership unsure of the car I wanted to purchase but when I saw the Palisade, I knew that was the one for my family and I. My experience with the salesmen and managers at this location were awesome. They treated me like a customer even before I was one! Helping me out and advising whether I decided to go with them or not before even going to see them in person.. Personal time was taken to communicate and speak with me. And once I was able to make it in, they continued to go above and beyond to assist me with making the right choice and in helping me to get a great deal. The service that I was given was first rate. Jennifer Kellerman did an OUTSTANDING job from the time that she checked my car in to the time I went to pick it up. When she called me, Jennifer explained everything that needed to be done in such a way, that I was able to understand it. Later, she called me to let me know when the car would be finished and told me that the car would need a new cabin filter in it. I never knew that card had such a thing until Jennifer tole me.Jennifer is truly a very nice person and is an asset to your company. It was a pleasure to have dealt with her. You are VERY lucky to have her working for you and to be a part of your team.

I went to 2 dealers looking for the car of my dreams and did not have any luck. As they say, the third time is the charm and that was exactly what happened. The third place I went to was Hyundai in Bowie. I was pleasantly surprised they had the exact car I was looking for. I got a very reasonable deal considering the shortage of chips for cars. I want to especially thank Brian Parker, my sales rep for a fantastic job of making the process less stressful. We had a few glitches but they were resolved. We bought this gorgeous 2021 Genesis G90 from Ourisman Hyundai Genesis of Bowie last Saturday and could not be happier. From the moment we walked into the dealership to the moment we drove away, we were treated with care. From our sales person Jordan Willson, to Thomas in finance and Greg the sales manager, everyone was top notch. We know what it is like to be treated poorly and this was not our experience. In fact, I called Jordan from another Genesis dealership, that had lied to us, and asked if this car was still available. He promptly verified that it was. I told him that we would travel 1.5 hours to buy the car from him that day. When we arrived he spent the next 5 hours exceeding our expectations. Way to go Jordan! Thank you team BOWIE!!

Dealership is clean and well laid out. They have a lot of inventory which makes the lot kind of crowded. Unfortunately, our experience included the dealership presenting a deal that included a $7500 mark up above msrp. We did not make a deal today. Staff was friendly and courteous.

General experience for a full engine replacement(under warranty) was don’e within 6 weeks.However, as car was driven into bay, the Santa Fe suddenly developed a gas line blockage. Had my independent mechanic check out the supposedly damaged fuel line to find out they’re was nothing wrong with the line.Clear and free flowing gas line. I have that part.Service Manager has not returned 4 phone calls to even discuss the fuel line situation.Still waiting for that call Mr. Cetron!

I truly appreciate the patience that was taken in ensuring I left the lot with a vehicle I loved instead of what was just available. I previously owned a Hyundai for more than 8 years. The entire team was making jokes throughout the day making it appear as a friendly environment to work in and not as cut throat as some sales offices are.Brian was my salesperson. Staff was completely rude and unprofessional. “You got a trade in? You got it here? You own in free & clear? You got your keys here? You financing through us? No? Who’s your bank? What’s your interest rate?” Literally, didn’t attempt to make any other conversation other than read from a list of bullet points. I haven’t even looked at the car yet. Haven’t test drove it and you’re showing me one that is 10k more than we originally discussed over the phone before I came in…I ended up going to Audi Tysons… yup spent more but their customer service was impeccable.

It looked like dealer had a good selection of vehicles available. However, service was incredibly slow, salesman couldn’t find keys to the vehicles I wanted to test drive. I also had a specific car in mind that I wanted to test drive, called before hand to make sure it was in stock, told it was, and arrived to find out it was never in stock to begin with. Save your time, try somewhere else.

Took a friends car to Ourisman Hyundai of Bowie for an oil change as a thank you for loaning it to me for more than a week.-Jen, who scheduled and checked me in was AMAZING.-The oil change occurred without issue.-The car was returned to me sparkling clean on the outside. Purchase was an easy experience. Love the 2021 Elantra. Subsequent service experience is a disaster at this dealer. Appointments mean nothing. A very amateur operation and customer service. Purchased extended warranty and expected a more organized and professional department. Service is the back end of returning for trade and purchase. Repeat purchase is a no way after dealing with this service department.

We went in looking for a new Sonata and Michael blew us away with his customer service and willingness to get us a deal where we needed it at. We had quite a bit of negative equity in our vehicle we traded in so we were skeptical about being able to trade it in but Michael made sure he got the deal for us! False Advertisement!!! I went there to see two new cars that were on sale on their website. I figured, if they do not have my first option, I can try my second option which was still a good deal. Turns out that they did not have any of them because they were “not for sale.” Of course, I left disappointed, I got home and looked in their website and it said that they were selling it. I decided to call. They told me that they had the car there. I asked: “Are you sure?” I gave them the stock # and they were able to verify it. I tell them that I will be there in half an hour. I get there again, go to the front desk and they told me that they had sold it a few days ago. The only one that they had was 10k more. Ok. I left and was not going to say anything. HOWEVER, a week later, I decided to search online and found the same car but selling for 4k more than the day I went to see it. It has the same stock number and the same VIN! It is again in their page at a higher price!!! Bait and switch like other reviewers mentioned.

I would not recommend. They are so busy, I was brushed off multiple times. I was stranded twice and had to go to another dealership, which I was recommended to do by a rude service associate. I kept telling them what my issue and concerns was but was ignored. Told me another placed damaged my car but was the last place to touch it. Swamped or not I was in two bad situations because of poor examination of my 2018 vehicle. I’ve purchased two vehicles with Oursiman and I WILL NEVER PURCHASE another with them again. However I do recommend Hyundai of Annapolis, very inventive, polite and knowledgeable. They were able to look at my car the same day, listened to my concerns and fix my vehicle in one day. Ask for Jacob :-) Just to think, I was going to trade my car in for another Hyundai with ourismam and send a few friends but not it’s worth it. I don’t want anyone to have the same experience. Took our Palisade here for service under the complimentary maintenance plan. Only minor complaint is that the check in process took nearly 30 minutes to complete. Jennifer was my service advisor and she was great. She was pleasant to deal with and answered all my questions. My vehicle was finished exactly when she said it would be.

Terrible experience all around with this place. Took a week for me to get in contact with somebody about questions that I had about a vehicle then I drove 4 hours after being “assured” many times by Pete It wouldn’t be a waste of my time just to sit at the dealer for 3 hours so they could offer me $9k less than the trade in value per their own website because they could get it at auction for that price.. KBB and the value your trade option on their website had my car valued at $27k trade in but when I got there they offered me $18k. I assure you Pete you did waste my time. Thanks for nothing

Ourisman Hyundai of Bowie was really great! We worked with Brian and both my husband and I left with exactly what we wanted at the price we needed it to be. Everyone was incredibly helpful from Brian, the salesman, to Raf and Oliver, the finance guys and general manager, in making sure we got what we wanted for what we could afford. The only thing I would mention is that those “Special Prices” you see on their website is not what you will get in the store because there is a dealership fee added on making it essentially the same price as the MSRP (it’s all in the fine print). But don’t let that dissuade you from going there! These guys are great and they really do bend over backward to make sure you get what you came for at close to what you need. We drove 2 hours to buy from them because they really do treat you very well and take care of you. And their prices are still less than central VA!

It’s always expected in purchasing a vehicle that it will take time to get through all the paperwork. That said, they took the time to understand our needs and our budget and didn’t focus on their profits. Which in turn made the paperwork process a breeze and tolerable without hackling.We came prepared in what we wanted. While waiting for our salesman Pete to get keys for a test drive or to provide information to their financial services, we found ourselves surrounded in a pleasant atmosphere. Again making the wait tolerable. Everyone there greeted us with kindness and willingness to assist us even though we were not their customers.We couldn’t be happier with our experience because for two days prior, we had gone to Ourisman in Bowie and it was an unfortunate experience because we’ve purchased vehicles from them before and drove away happy in the past. Certainly not a reflection of our pleasant and eager salesman who’s never sold cars before and been employed there for 3 weeks. The GM in my opinion threw him to the wolves rather than being at his side for guidance. We hackled a bit in an attempt to meet our wants and needs to no avail. It wasn’t until after we left that they had our salesman constantly call to apologize for something he didn’t do and still work on a deal to only end up where we started from. It was exhausting.Ourisman Hyundai and their staff of knowledgeable people are head and shoulders better to work with.Thank you James Harvey and Pete for providing a smooth transaction. There is no rating because one star isn’t even as disappointing as my experience. I purchased a sized vehicle that had been purchased originally from Hyundai if Bowie and inky ever serviced at their dealership. So I trusted they would honor the car. It’s had a recall on the ABS for two years. I have an issue where ALL of the ABS system lights have been coming on the dash for 2 years now. I got an official letter from Hyundai corporate in response to this recall as they acknowledged my car was under that recall. I have had it at the dealership for this issue over a half dozen times. The last visit I left it for 8 days inky to return and the repairs still not made. The sensor they want to replace to stop the lights from coming on the dash wasn’t done, and the recall repairs are being ignored, as they tell me Hyundai won’t approve it until the problem presents, which by the way is an engine fire. So, I’ve shown up in person because it’s near impossible to get anyone to answer the phones at the dealership in any department and asked to speak with management. For two years now, I have been unsuccessful.

This place is absolutely terrible. You can never get anyone on the phone and it’s just a wild goose chase using telephone trees. They also messed our car’s engine up. Took it in for an oil change, and the next day the engine was rattling, oil light came on and then the check engine. Terrible place with amateur people who obviously don’t know what they are doing. Honestly should be shut down. Our car was returned to us 3 months after we took it in for a simple oil change and brake change with a dead battery. Do not recommend taking your car anywhere near this place.

This was my second appt at this dealership. First time was not great because the car I had made an appointment about going to test drive the night before, when I got there the next day it was sold, but I was not notified. The sales rep, showed me a couple of SUVs but none fit my needs. The second time, I called and checked if the vehicle was available. Again the vehicle was sold to another person. From the moment of our meeting Mr. Moore guided me through the selection and purchase process in an extremely professional manner. Even after the purchase was complete, Mr. Moore actually stayed long behind to ensure that I was comfortable in my new vehicle by helping me setup Bluetooth and thoroughly explaining other operating mechanisms in the car. In fact, every individual I had the opportunity to speak with during the entire purchase process was very professional and helpful. I am very disappointed with my experience at this dealership. My car would not start so I called multiple dealerships in the area to see where I could be seen the soonest. My car was towed to this location on 6/23 and I was informed that there was an appointment available on 6/25 for my car to be assessed. I got a call that day saying they were unable to get to my vehicle and it would be early next week before they even run the diagnostic tests. The following Tuesday 6/29 they call me and tell me my car won’t be seen until the end of the week or early next week. Now I understand that places get busy and backed up, but my problem is that they told me I had an appointment and then kept pushing it back and not giving me and clear timeframe. If I had known this in the first place I would have taken it somewhere else. I finally call them on Thursday 7/1 and it took me 3 phone calls before I even speak to anyone (the phone would ring and then disconnect). I finally decided that enough was enough and had my car towed the following day to another shop. I will never take my car here again and will recommend that others stay far away unless they are comfortable being without a car for an indefinite amount of time. Honesty is the best policy and you won’t find that here.

The team at Ourisman Hyundai is phenomenal. Mr Brian Parker is the best “salesman” I’ve ever bought a car from. I use that in quotes because he’s more than a salesman, I watched him problem solve, seriously work at earning my business and going above and beyond the call of the job. We ran into some issues that weren’t related to Ourisman and he worked through them just for me. Also a big shout-out to James Harvey and Mr. Hollywood a friend forever.

Worst place ever. False advertising. They offer discounts that are impossible to get only to get you in their store. They don’t update their online inventory on purpose for the same reason. Very disrespectful team. I asked 5 times if one vehicle was available before going. When In” arrived (after a one hour drive), they just told me that the guy I spoke with was off the previous day and he just didn’t know the car was sold. It’s clear they don’t care when you complain about their unprofessional behavior. Stay away!!!

$500 document fee for them to NOT process your paperwork. I bought a new car in March 2021, and I still do not have registration paperwork for the car. I stopped in the dealership and spoke with the titling department and they said they made a mistake and it would be handled promptly. That was in JUNE. Now its August and still no registration. I have called the dealership daily for the past three weeks and left multiple messages only to be ignored. Take your business elsewhere.

Drove 3 hours to purchase a vehicle and I was told vehicle was sold 3 days ago once I arrived at dealership. I just spoke to a sales representative the day prior and was told vehicle was on lot. The sales manager attempted to make it right by looking around to find me a Santa cruz limited with no luck. Then told me its a $5000 mark up due to supply and demand, which I found interesting. Especially when I reached out to other dealers whos not marking their vehicle up. At the end of day, I wasted 8 hours of my life I cant get back. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I recommend having your internet sales folks actually verified vehicles are available instead of relying on the computer system.. it would of prevented me wasting my time and money for nothing

UPDATE: Terrible! They sold me a new car with a partial warranty and did not disclose it. After finding out from Corporate and letting them know, they let me know that the Bowie Dealership mistakenly registered it as a loaner even though it was new with 30 miles. I was left to try and figure this out on my own with no help from them. 2 months and several calls later I still have no progress with no support from them.I will re-update this review if I ever receive any help and resolution. But so far all Im getting is radio silence.

10 out of 10. I would highly recommend the service center at Ourisman of Bowie. The staff is alway professional and they do really great work. Having car issues or even regular maintenance done can be a bit scary, especially considering the financial component but the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are fully informed of needed repairs and the actual condition of your vehicle. No “gotcha” repairs or fixing one thing so you’ll come back for more repairs. I’ve been to a few Hyundai dealerships to have my vehicle service and this is by far the best one in the greater Washington, DC area. A special thanks to Peter and Mike Caltron in the service center for excellent customer service and making my experience a great one.

Terrible customer service. I was emailing a salesperson(not going to put his name out there because he wasnt necessarily rude) We were going back and forth about a Palisade SEL. He said they can do an off premises valuation. So I sent him multiple pictures of my wifes vehicle and got no response. I called today, 7/27/2027 at approximately 1 pm and the female answered the phone. She let me know that the model we were interested in was no longer available. She also told me that there is a $10k raise on MSRP of the vehicle and that everybody is doing it. I told her I will just wait until the influx of vehicles come pouring in after this microchip fiasco and I will come buy. She got angry, told me their not struggling to sell vehicles, said goodbye and hung up. So I am currently talking to Bob Bell Hyundai about getting the Palisade instead. Way to ruin a potential sale because of your attitude. If other customers want to deal with this dealership then good luck. I wont ever buy a vehicle from this chain just because of this one experience
