Located roughly 4 miles away from my residence so I went with this location. Went in for a new rear camera replacement. Literally have been trying to get another look at the rear camera for a entire year at this point because it’s still faulty. After they claimed to have installed a new rear camera.Latest issue was with customer service-I walk into the service center entrance walk up to an open associate who is beginning to help me and begins inquire about my visit. Mid way through the conversation the manager Tony begins to cut the associate off to correct him about online portal outage/malfunction. Yet the associate is still telling me to go online or call in to make an appointment. So I start to ask twice who am I speaking to, the associate or the manager because it got to a point where I would ask the associate a question and the manager would respond. The manager gets up abruptly and walks away pointing in the direction of the associate. So I ask is it possible if I could set the appointment while I’m here to return at set appointment time. The associate informs me that I would have to call in.Either the camera gives a black screen reading check all surroundings or it’s fuzzy and the image is seriously distorted
One of the best car buying experiences Ive ever had. My sales rep was knowledgeable, and a great person to be around. I drove past many dealerships to purchase my vehicle and Im glad I did. I highly recommend Ourisman for both there professionalism and willingness to work to accommodate my needs.
Very unhappy with the level of service I received here. I brought my car in on a Wednesday and initially the atmosphere was very friendly. I was warned that they were busy and may not be able to get to my car until Friday. No problem.I called on Friday and was unable to reach my service rep Rochelle after MULTIPLE attempts. I left a voicemail and at the same time she was calling my daughter on a number I had removed from my account when I dropped off that car. We were told they were checking the warranty and would call me back. NOTHINGI called on Saturday and even though the website states differently and someone answered the phone IN the SERVICE DEPARTMENT I was told, they are closed. Fine... whatever. I was just looking for an update but no one was willing to talk to me.I called multiple time on both Monday and Tuesday and even asked not to be transferred to Rochelle’s voicemail again but after being put on hold for like 8 minutes, the phone rang and went unanswered until gm picked up.Finally after asking to speak with a service manager, and being told no one was available, Rochelle called me back 5 minutes later on Tuesday afternoon and told me that the car only needed a battery change. Like 6 days later and this is the issue... Now I’m really upset. So I say fine fix the car and I’m told the battery was in stock and would be fixed told. I show up to the service bay 3 hours later and im told, oh...he’s finishing up now. Over an hour later, they pull around in my car and it’s filthy! Like, not even a service wash?!?!!I just paid and left quickly but I’m so disappointed. I’ll NEVER return to this service dept. My daughters drive a journey and a latitude and my son a charger. We’ve been serviced all over the DMV but haven’t experience this type of poor customer service anywhere.I hate it here!!! Pics of my unwashed car for tax...
Customer service response is terrible! I found this dealership online while shopping for a Gladiator, drove down from NJ to finalize a deal I worked online. As others stated I found hidden costs for an extended warranty that was required for purchasing a new car. After a lot of back and forth got my number that I needed to be at and finally was on my way back to NJ 6 hours later!!!Now to the even more aggravation...I bought this new Gladiator on April 23, 2021, today is September 28, 2021 and I STILL do not have my tags or registration. It has been over 5 months and can never get an answer to why it is taking so long. All I get is an extended temporary tag. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with a manager and/or title representative to only get put on hold and my call be dropped. Last week, I finally got a direct number to call to get info, but still nothing!I need to know what is going on.UPDATE/Response: I appreciate the response online, but giving me the general number of the dealership does not suffice. This is the same number I have been calling for 5 months with no success. I will also state that I know of at least 5 other people that have bought cars recently and received their tags/registration in less than 2 weeks. 5 months is out of control. I would hope Ourisman management would care enough to assist in resolution and/or factual updates on a situation like this. I get ZERO response from management no matter how many times I call. Only response I receive is, I will send you another temporary tag over night and leave your paperwork on the title persons desk, Pattie and she will call you. Well Pattie has never called me.
I highly recommend not doing business with this dealership. I was treated like a # and the follow up and professionalism very disappointing. Thought escalating to a sales manager would help. After taking my call and explaining lack of attentiveness of no follow up I subsequently received no follow up from the manager. Verbally told them I had a used jeep and would be ordering a willys edition as a custom and ok with the wait time. Wow! I know the chip shortage has created a crazy amount of demand but now I have a Mormont ingrained forever which I will share with anyone locally
10s, 10s, 10s across the board! I cant say enough good things about my experience with Ourisman CDJR of Bowie. I have not bought a car in over 11 years, but I am a Jeep girl. While I knew I wanted another Jeep I was not quite sure which would be best for me. The sales team was knowledgeable and patient as I hemmed and hawed They were able to answer every question and even help me compare different makes and models. The finance department was great and super fast, it was the best car buying experience I can remember!
A really great experience. I had an electrical issue I thought would be impossible to troubleshoot. Tech didn’t give up, found issue, and fixed it on budget. Also checked for recall work and fixed the recall issue I had for free and even gave me a free car wash. Couldn’t be more pleased. Customer support kept up to pace on repair and was able to provide meaningful updates. Really redefines how I had viewed dealer service. Strongly recommend.
Horrible experience and sexist tones. Salesman even commented on my career as “impressive for a girl”. Couldn’t get a word in edgewise and was continually “corrected” to the same exact thing I just previously said… even on an offhand comment about my own job. Was told I did not understand how the car “math” worked when negotiating. The original salesman I made my appointment with via email wasn’t even in the office that day, was paired with a salesman that was not involved in any communications or knew what I was looking for. All online and emailed initial car values (pre-fees/taxes) from 1-day prior were totally disregarded and on paper was thousands more. Would only value my trade-in for 1/3 of its current value and was told I had “not received” my previous dealership appraisals that put me at the trade-in value I was seeking (?!). I will never be coming back, terrible experience and customer service.
After dealing with Prince Frederick dodge and being “ghosted” by the unwilling sales manager, I decided to drive to Ourisman Chrysler Dodge and see about ordering a new Ram 1500. Immediately walking into the dealership the atmosphere is 100% better than the other dealership…even the balloon guy talked to me! The sales team was more than willing to work with me on ordering a truck yet was honest with me that during this time it would take quite a while to deliver the vehicle due to the chip shortage but would do so if I wanted to wait. They were never pushy or forcing me to buy a vehicle on the lot. They did have the vehicle I wanted except fully loaded. The managers and sales team worked very diligently and we were able to get the vehicle down to the price I was comfortable with. Everyone from the managers to the salesmen and the finance woman who spoke with me as if she was selling to her brother, smashed it out of the park. Would absolutely by another vehicle from them again.
This dealership is awesome! Any time my car has an issue, I take it to my favorite service manager, Natasha Tennessee, and she always gets me up and running! Not only does the team diagnose AND FIX issues, they also make suggestions for my setup to prolong the life of my car. They even make sure I have any discounts that can be applied to my service visits even if Im not aware of it!!! These guys really care about you, your safety, and making sure your vehicle is in tip-top shape! I will continue to take my car here for all of my service needs. My car is Gods blessing and I need good people to help me maintain it!!!
All of the horrible service reviews on here are 100% accurate. Wish I read them before. They had my car for a week & all I had done was some stuff to the brakes & a valve replacement. Out of the entire week, they only called me once. One time! Every single other time I had to call multiple times to get an answer (but usually got no answer at all) & even had to show up in person twice to get any updates. I was also told it was ready only to get there & be told it wasn’t actually ready & had to wait yet another day. I was quoted $850 but when I went to pick up my Jeep, was told it was actually $1400. That’s a huge difference! I asked them what would happen if I didn’t have that much money because that’s not what I intended to pay & they literally laughed & said “well then you just won’t get your car back”. After looking at the receipt, I noticed that one part was $18 but was charged nearly $600 for labor. In other words, robbery & they took advantage. I also needed my seatbelt fixed & they quoted me $600! Thank goodness I insisted on being quoted for each individual repair because they probably would’ve charged me thousands of dollars. I should have left immediately when I walked in & nearly 10 people stood around & not one acknowledged me. They all seemed so bothered that I was there in need of car service. Definitely take your car anywhere else to get serviced.
UPDATED REVIEW: The problems with our truck werent solved on our first visit and it was very frustrating. We spent a lot of money and nearly two weeks for work that didnt solve our problem. To the service departments credit, namely Natasha, they worked with us to get it done and the subsequent repair solved the issue we were having. I ended up paying for the parts and they paid for the labor which was fair. They also worked with us on the car rental which was partly covered by an extended warranty we purchased with the truck. Be warned that it is a long wait here, like many repair shops Id imagine, to get your vehicle diagnosed. Guess its just the times we are living in right now.
So its been around a week since I was told that I would be contacted by the Parts manager. Ive yet to hear from Dan, the parts manager, in regards to being overcharged for an AC compressor and serpentine belt. I have gotten through twice to the Parts department and the associates seem eager to assist me. Its just management that never has time to return calls to customers after they get out of their meetings I guess. I would like to resolve this issue already and at this point dont see myself returning for the additional $2200 worth of work that I was advised on needing.
Outstanding Service. Very pleasant & friendly. Thumbs up to Andrea ! Definitely will be back. Andrea & staff made Me feel like I was in Tennessee because of there friendly attitude. Thank You so much!!! The whole staff were very nice. Service was fast & prices were reasonable.
My Jeep light came on suddenly after start up, indicating a oil change was required. My widow sticker indicated that I had about 800 miles left until the next oil change. I was concerned because it was the Thursday before the Forth of July and I wanted to travel. I drove there at about 2pm. Rochelle in the Service Department got me taken care of in a little over an hour. She is an awesome, very knowledgeable, professional worker. I always rely on her to handle my business. She provides excellent Customer Service.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Worst car buying experience in my 35 years of buying cars, double check your paperwork for numbers that are adjusted at the last minute with HIDDEN items that you weren’t aware of. The finance guy was an absolute master of distraction- he told me that his wife had committed suicide- he had two little boys to take care of, his father was dying and that some woman in the office was sending him dirty pictures of herself?? Oh last but not least, he had PTSD and was an addict with 90 days clean, huh? I just wanted to get out of there - especially after waiting for finance for over 2 hours. When I get home - I see the price on the finance contract is $13000 over the agreed upon price - I thought I would throw up. So, I call the dealership for 2 days - I finally get a call back from someone checking quality - they had me come in to have the contract redone and when I left - there were STILL hidden costs in that they did not credit my trade on the final contract and there was an additional $2500 for “market demand” up charge that I told them I wasn’t paying - well they found a way to still slip it in under my radar. Ridiculous - that finance guy scared me! He kept jumping up out of his chair to open and close his office door ?? Another distraction technique I guess?? People I would recommend going elsewhere and if you do buy from Ourisman - DON’T GO ALONE! Have someone else look over your contract - don’t sit alone in the finance office.
Chris Heck was professional and informative during my visit today. Others saw me waiting, but he came out from the back and assisted me. I was in and out within one hour. EXCELLENT!
Usman, the salesman was great all the way! Super caring and answered all my questions. He spent a good amount of time explaining the main features of the car and such.He was the only one (out of the 3 salesman I talked on the phone at the same dealership) that spent sometime to get me a good deal. The other 2 said the truck wouldnt be sold for less than a few hundreds below MSRP.The financing guy was a little too pushy trying to include an extended warranty of 5 years saying that it is highly recommended because I got a car full of electric parts, specially with the 12 infotainment screen so I guess the car is not as reliable as I expected. The worse parts was me, having to explain why I dont want to pay for extended warranty. Thats why people hate going to dealerships. The car was delivered with a bunch of fiber dust on the dash and a few on the roof but I was in a hurry to leave to go back to Florida. On the first stop at a gas station I noticed a deep scratch on the corner of the rear bumper and I now it couldnt be me because that was my very first stop after leaving the dealership. Now Im waiting to see whats gonna be the answer from the dealer.
Extremely bad experience. Found advertised price on web site mean nothing. Was told by sales manager to read the fine print. That they were allowed to add extra because of covid an chip shortage and that I didnt have to buy they vehicle. Salesman filled out survey with all 10s. Not me. Paperwork for sale was for wrong vehicle. Had to go back and do everything again.
Very first time going to this dealership, went in for an oil change and was out in less than 30 mins.Very clean and courteous, I love their express lane. Just simply pulled up into the garage and they handled my car while I waited In their waiting area. Would most likely go back for all my future car services !
Smooth experience getting a new truck coming from 6 hours away since they had what I wanted at a fair price. Everyone was very polite and helpful online and in person. Paperwork and prep took a bit longer than they said it would via email but it was a busy Friday clearly. It was a nice day so I didnt mind hanging outside since it was pretty noisy inside. Eddie was a great salesperson to work with. Very personable and helpful.
Ourisman should only be receiving 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ not 5....but as a man who keeps their word, I am leaving it as such. Here’s why they should’ve only received 3:I had driven in from Atlanta and brought my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service due to the check engine light coming on. I received prompt attention from James, in service, who provided a direct contact for any questions I had and updates. James communicated with me anytime I contacted him. For that I give him 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The cause for the check engine light to come on was related to my A/C which Ourisman was able to repair. It took 5 days to complete the repair since their services department only provides oil changes on the weekend. Therefore the repairs were not started until the following Monday. I was not provided a loaner or rental due to lack of inventory. After receiving my car back at 5pm Monday, I discovered another issue 15 minutes after leaving the dealership. The sensors that allow the car to self park and provide crash alerting were no longer functional and stated service was required. Prior to service, these sensors were working fine. James explained that these sensor connections were possibly not put back in properly and were the result of a rushed job that he apologized for. Again, I truly appreciate and commend James for his prompt attention and transparency, but this meant more time and money to return my car in for service. Since I was only visiting the area, my schedule wouldn’t allow me to return the car back to Ourisman to correct their mistake. Instead, I had to drive back to Atlanta without these critical safety features in working order, as well as schedule another service date at my local Jeep dealership. If this review is read by the dealership I just ask that going forward you take the time necessary to ensure all aspects of your service repairs are complete and do not result in future issues for your customers.
I will never come back here again. The last time I came here I made the appointment for an oilchange and a recall. When I dropped the car off they ended up doing the oil change but not the recall. When I asked why they told me they didn’t have the parts. I told them it was unacceptable because had I known that I would have waited so I didn’t have to make two trips. They didn’t seem to care at all.On Sunday I dropped my car off at the night drop off for an oil change and two recalls (including the one referenced above). Apparently that night, a car theft crew showed up and stole the external key box holding all the car keys from those of us that dropped our cars off for service. The following morning they called me and said I needed to bring a spare key so they could move my car and get the service done. I took time off of work and drove down there to give them my spare key. They then kept my car for an extra day without even telling me they were not going to be able to get it done, despite me still getting the key to them in the morning. While it’s not their fault the key box was stolen, they did the absolute minimum to make things right. They did replace the stolen key and reprogram my spare key. However, when I picked the car up they didn’t do anything else. For having to miss work and the inconvenience of keeping my vehicle the extra day, I would have expected them to comp the oil change or at least discount it. They did nothing. In fact, despite me telling them I had a coupon they didn’t even honor it. Avoid this place at all costs.
I took my 06 Dodge Charger SRT to Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Bowie MD. I was having issues with my A/C and my vehicle was running hot. I was charged $1036 in labor to have two A/C lines replaced. In addition, I was charged another $184 in labor to have a radiator cap replaced. I dropped my car off Monday evening and received a call stating that it was ready the following Wednesday evening. They do great work, but they definitely overcharge.
Vincenzo is amazing representative, he did great helping me finding the better option for my new work van!!
The sales team is currently enjoying a high demand market, which has resulted in fewer discounts on vehicles overall….but in light of some questionable line items on the final deal, the negotiations went ok, the trade in valuation was what I wanted, and I left with a new truck. It was a pretty seamless transaction, the sales manager knew his business, and how to get a deal over the finish line. I guess that’s all I can ask for in this wild market of low inventory, high demand, and over priced vehicles.
Unacceptable! I called before I went in to verify the price of a key repair. Once Informed about the price I made an appointment. I arrive for my appointment and was very shocked at how I was treated. I informed them I made an appointment over the phone and was told the price. Ms.Rochelle at the front desk accused me of lying about the price and then proceeds to give me paper work that she shoved my way and threw a pen. With that bad customer service I refuse to use this location in Bowie.
One of the best truck buying experience I’ve had, great price on my new ram truck!!! from the salesman (Nader Mohammadian to the sales manager Brandon) did a fantastic job working with me on the purchase of my new truck! I highly recommend this dealer. Thanks Ourisman Ram Bowie.
Scheduled an appointment to have my Jeep serviced for an oil change, tire rotation, and to have the sunroof drains looked at. Arrived 15 minutes early to the scheduled appointment only to be told that they could not service my vehicle that day due to a tech shortage. Service rep (Paul) committed to having it looked at first thing in the morning so I left my vehicle with them overnight. After not receiving any update, I called at 2p the next day only to be told that the Service rep wasn’t at his desk. Proceeded to the dealership to pick up my car and was told they didn’t have a chance to look at it yet. I will no longer have either of our Jeep vehicles serviced at Ourisman CDJR.
Had an 830 appointment, got there an hour early because of other things, and was greeted and welcomed. Oil change took about 45 minutes, in and out. Definitely will be returning
1. When I made my service appointment I was given a price only later to discover the price given was only for the part. If you are going to quote prices please mke sure the customer understands the price is for parts only and there would be an additional pricing for labor. 2. I dropped my vehicle off the day before my appointment for service that could have been completed in a day. Later that day I received a call stating the technician couldnt work on my car and it would be another day before the work is completed. There was no follow-up call with how the work was going on my car or if my car would be ready. I had to call the shop several times (not once did I speak to my team member), I was either placed on hold or no one answered the phone. Finally spoke to Tony in service and requested to have my car ready when I arrived, he did and presented me with a bill that was twice the amount I expected to pay. Ive never dealt with this level of service from a dealer or auto maintenance establishment before.
I had the most disgusting sales experience. EVERThis place makes false promises, does not value its customers, sales rep and sales managers are not trust worth. Please please please… save yourself. This place is not worth it. Disgusting experience you don’t want to go through that.I am in a market for a RAM Promaster 2500 the MSRP for the van was $43,000. The dealership was giving me the van out the door for $55,000. After negotiations I left the dealership with a final offer of $45,500. A day later I got a call from a sale rep who agreed on my offer. I was send a sales order / agreement from dealership agreeing to sell me the van. During this process, my loan officer was processing the final steps. On the day of delivery dealership told me they sold the car to someone else.
I would give zero stars if I could.I went to buy a new jeep that was advertised on their website. The salesman asked if was military and I said yes I am veteran. He told me they only offer discounts to active or reserve. So I glanced down at his paper and it said retired military. So brought that up and he got upset.(1st red flag)Turns out they wanted $14k more than than was adbertised. (2nd red flag)They showed me the sales breakdown and it had a $5k mark up that they called adjusted market value. When I asked if that was a dealer mark up the salesman became very rude and told me to call it what ever I want.I asked why the jeep has a MSRP on the sticker and the sales manager told me that they paid Chrysler $5k over that and cant come down on price.I literally went to another dealership the next day and got my jeep for below MSRP.If you are a veteran stay away!!!!Read the reviews before you give them your business.
Thanks for the beautiful Jeep! Vincent was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with.Update 9/1/21:Traded in my old car on 7/29/21 and Ourisman still hasnt paid it off. They messed up the paperwork the first time and redid it, but USAA keeps hounding me and saying they still havent paid it off and that nobody picks up the phone or returns their messages. Ourisman agreed to pay 14k for my trade-in but its taken so long for them to do it that the interest has compounded the loan amount past 14k so now Im losing money every day on a car that I dont even own. After calling 6 times in 10 minutes, I finally managed to get a human on the phone, but they didnt seem to care very much. Terrible experience.
Usman was very helpful and kind in helping me trade on my vehicle!
Very good customer service. Answered all questions and was very satisfied with the whole experience.
I had to give them 1 star to post this - if it was up to me Id give them a -5.....Ive been waiting on my tags for 10 months
Billy was amazing, super knowledgeable and super friendly, Eddy was cool too, 10/10 would shop here again
Do not bring your vehicle here for any service related issue!! Below is my original review which I am sad to say, is no longer my opinion. The service manager John Erbe just stood around and allowed his employee to be rude, condescending and the least bit helpful. I asked them to fix the auto start feature on my key fob, the repair was covered under warranty. I picked up my vehicle, the issue was not fixed and I brought my vehicle back because they said they fixed it. However when I returned the associate was very unprofessional and even more unpleasant to work with. Very rude, talked over me and refused to offer any assistance. Didn’t even bother to look at my original paperwork to see why I initially brought my car there. Original paperwork states there is an issue with the auto start feature on the key fob. He even told me that the feature was not available on my vehicle. No problem. However, payment was rendered for said feature that I was told I do not have, so of course I questioned what was fixed. If I don’t have this feature on my car, how did They fix it? I asked that question and was met with the most disrespectful sarcastic response ever. His demeanor was so bad I asked him what was the reason for him acting like that? That’s when I was asked to leave and they refused to offer assistance. My associate was more than helpful and very willing to assist. Definitely made this process easy and stress free. Will be bringing my car here from now on.
My first Oil change for my Jeep Gladiator and my appointment was for 11am. It took them almost 3 hours to get an oil change done. I would understand if I was a walk in with no appointment but I wasn’t. Another lady told me she’s was there for an oil change and had been there since 10am (she finished 30mins before me). Staff was friendly but wait time was to long.
I called to verify a new vehicle was on the lot after viewing their website. They assured me it was, so I drove an hour and half to purchase the vehicle. When I arrived the vehicle was $20,000 more than the price on their website, and I was informed that the person who posted the listing had made a mistake and that they would be fired as this was not the first time this had occurred. I should have left right then and there, but was assured by several sales members they would make it right. I found a new vehicle, and after a VERY uncomfortable test drive where the driver kept making inappropriate comments returned to the office where after several more hours and desperate to leave the shop I agree to a service agreement. I was told I could terminate this agreement at any time. I contacted the dealership the following Monday and was told I would be sent a form. Said form never sent. I contacted Dodge Ram directly who tried to contact the dealership directly and was unsuccessful. I contacted the service contract company who indicated the request must come from the dealership. This dealership is exactly why people (especially women) want to move away from the traditional car buying experience. Dishonest sales tactics, misogynistic salesmen, and techniques that make cancelling service agreements next to impossible. AVOID.
I took my vehicle in for an issue that was covered by a warranty. Of course they found other things that wasnt covered by the warranty ( is it ever )? The grand total was over $ 4,000 so I declined. I had to pay over $ 400 for the 2 illuminated lights on the dash to be diagnosed. When I received my car a day later the low tire light was on. They didnt even put air in my tire before they bought my car to me, I guess theres a charge for that too. I dont like any dealer services because they are way to expensive. Im taking my $ 400 something dollars diagnostic paper to my local mechanic to get my car repaired for a reasonable price.
Worst expensive experience EVER!! If I didn’t have to leave a star to leave a review - I wouldn’t!Totally unprofessional customer service. Took a day to clarify if my car was ever received. Then they couldn’t find keys. Constantly sent to voicemail that was FULL! Don’t solicit this establishment if you expect good service. $500 for a battery change😳
Making the appointment by phone and getting signed in the day of was a very easy process. James Martin, my service advisor, was very pleasant and kept me abreast along the way. I really felt he had my best interest at heart (which you know is not always the case at car repair shops).
The absolute worst service experience Ive ever had. I took my car to them for a check engine light and not only did they over charge me the first time, but they also claim to have missed 2 codes on the first diagnostic check and tried to charge me again. So here i am 2 weeks later with a $2,000 loss and i still have a check engine light on. This place will never see me or my car again and i wouldnt recommend them to anybody. Absolute trash service and i regret ever taking my car to them.
I have had the worst experience with this place. From the dismissive attitude of James to the lack of concern of the manager at this location I am beyond dissatisfied. They continue to tell me that they cannot fix a known issue with my car. They keep telling me that they cannot recreate the issue to fix it but every time I take my car from the location I am having the same issue. I am disappointed. They don’t seem to care about their ongoing customer service complaints because cars need to be fixed so they know they will continue to get business.Long story short: If you can find somewhere else to get your car fixed, do so.
Had an incredible experience at Ourisman Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram of Bowie! Eric and Simo were able to work with us to get an amazing Jeep Gladiator! If you are looking for an organization with great employees and service, then Ourisman in Bowie is the place for you!
Fast, friendly, efficient service. James went above and beyond to keep me apprised of status. He worked with me on pricing and my car was washed and out front when I arrived. Extremely nice young man. I appreciate the workmanship and no damage to my car. I will be back! Thank you!
This was my first experience buying a new car and would recommend them to anyone they are prestige and they are awesome!
Just left the lot with a 2021 Dodge Charger. Couldn’t be happier. Nathan and his team are great!
Five Stars would give six if it was an option.Tony Gunter has changed my opinion on how the car buying experience should be. From my first call to driving away in our new 2021 Jeep Wrangler Tony was the epitome of the perfect car salesman. He was able to listen to my requirements and deliver exactly what I was asking for. No Game playing, just honest feedback. Tony has made me an Ourisman customer for life. I highly recommend this dealership.
I had a transmission leak “fixed” in January. Vehicle has less than 40k miles. Needless to say my transmission continued to leak and failed. I have now been without my only work vehicle for over a month. The service manager is beyond indifferent to the situation and is overly patronizing trying to say the leak is not what caused it to fail. For 3 weeks now I have been told it would be done on Friday if that week. Just to be told “Oh next Friday now”. Two of those weeks they didn’t even have the part in.Every single day I lose customers and hundreds of dollars of income. I had to beg to even get a loaner vehicle so I could do visual inspections. As they don’t have commercial vehicles to loan so I could keep working. Stay far away from them if you need anything more complicated than an air filter replaced.
Unbelievably great experience buying my Gladiator there on 4/17/20. Everybody - Glenn Williams, Tyler Walker and Lauren Smith - we’re absolutely fabulous. Glenn was super professional and courteous, Tyler was friendly and efficient and Lauren was funny and helpful. Overall, an A+++++ experience. I’ve got to add that the deal I got was amazing...I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! Kudos to all and a big thanks - Ourisman CDJR is a really wonderful place to buy a car.
The customer service was great! My vehicle was diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner. The communication was timely and detailed. James M. was very professional and assured that I was satisfied with the outcome.
James was an extremely professional service manager, he proactively kept us informed about the repair and helped us get resolution quickly and gave the truck a quick wash when we picked up. Thanks to James we had a great experience with the warranty repair.
This has actually been the worst experience I’ve had with an area dealership to get a simple repair on my vehicle. I would not recommend anyone to go here unless you have other means of transportation. I will not say that I won’t ever bring my vehicle here for service because emergencies do happen.
Extremely friendly and engaging employees. Quite efficient.and considerate group of people. Really enjoyed my time with everyone I met.
My appointment and service contact was handled by James Martin. He has been extremely professional and has kept me up to date with my repairs and costs. I don’t know a lot about Ourisman, but it says something about the character of a company that hires quality people like James.
Gave us a good price.
Horrible experience! Salesman, Sultan, was amazing, but it was a more than 6 hour ordeal. Waited over 4 hours for finance; finally started signing paperwork after 9 p.m. Worst part is sales manager called us the day after and pleaded with us to lie on the survey; solicited us to give high ratings even though he knew what a horrible experience we had. He said he would do anything to make it up, whatever that meant. Said that if we gave finance bad marks, it would affect Sultan. Against our better judgment, we gave all high ratings and never heard back from the sales manager. Not even a thank you for lying, as he requested.
Natasha was very personable and professional and one of the reps shared his fries because I was hungry.
Very happy with the service. Ms. Rochelle Sabino was the service rep. that assisted me. She was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back to see her whenever I have to get work done on my vehicles.
I went last week to the Bowie md location for a diagnostic, they had me wait 5 hours and I had an appointment too . Afterwards they told me they have to order a part for my car and they will call me once it gets there, they never called, i finally called them Saturday and spoke to an agent who pulled up my file and saw Andrea was taking care of me and spoke to the technician, he told me to come anytime this week Monday or Tuesday and they will fix it . Went today with my car and Andrea told me the technician is too busy with other jobs and the fact that my service doesn’t require me to pay because I have insurance so come back next week to get my car fixed and this so frustrating, having to go back and forth with this location . The person I spoke with, spoke to the technician and told me that I can come this week and they will take care of my car. I took days off this week to make sure my car gets fixed, making sure I am in town to get it done. Now I have to stay in town again next week to have my car fixed. I have an engine problem and obviously I noticed that no one at that location cares about that because I don’t have to pay out of pocket . Waste of my time .
If you are shopping for a new vehicle, get it at Ourisman of Bowie and ASK FOR ERIC!We had a very specific RAM in mind and were shopping electronically from 3 hours away. Eric walked around at 8 pm in the rain taking pictures of VIN numbers and texted them to me to help me determine if we should drive up there--I had to tell him to go home/stop working since they had closed 2 hours prior. He has an unbelievable work ethic and I cannot recommend him enough. I told other dealers we wanted a black RAM with certain specifics; they always came back with Does it have to be black? or Do you really need that feature? because they only wanted to make a sale--not give me what we were looking for. That was not the case with Ourisman--Eric helped us get exactly what we wanted as soon as possible and the manager (Brandon I believe) helped us pay $6K less than another dealer nearby wanted. Additionally, Ourisman of Bowie had a ridiculous stock of new RAMs, so odds are youll find what you want.I cannot recommend Ourisman of Bowie enough! Thanks Eric!!! We absolutely love our Ram 2021 Limited -- Night Edition.
I had a wonderful first time experience! Paul took good care of me !
Took my car in to get the battery changed (and a few other things attended to), James M was a God send. He took really good care of my vehicle. Very professional! I could not have asked for better customer service, he was amazing!!!!!! I’m very pleased!!!!
You know... the people here are really nice but it’s frustrating that they tell you to come in at 7:30am for an oil change and tire rotation but they don’t start working on it until 8:40amSo it took over and hour for them to even START it. I watched them drive it into the service area.I have things to do also...This happened my last oil change too
If I could give zero stars, I would. This was absolutely the worst customer service experience ever. I made a 10:30 AM appointment and dropped the car off the night before. I waited and waited for an update. Finally at 3 PM I had to call to look for an update. I was very rudely told that they would call me when they had an update and hung up on. An hour later I called back again and was told that “35 other people also had 10:30 AM appointments” and that I could just come pick up my car.I went to pick up my car and was handed a bill for $415.00. I was shocked. I never approved any work to be completed. I was told that I approved the work, when I would never at this point have given the go ahead. After waiting around, they lowered it to $150. I paid and left.I will ever step foot in this dealership ever again and I will be sure to spread the word of my terrible experience.
Had such a great experience with this dealership such great staff I appreciate everything they did to get me in my new jeep I just want to say Tony was such a pleasure I would recommend anyone that is looking for a new or used car to go check them out ask for Tony really great guy
First I must say the young lady I was so impressed with went by the name of Andrea Haskins. Her quick thinking was impeccable, she saw that I stood there while waiting for another service manager whom told me to wait for some time...I applaud her, for that reason alone Id consider giving 31/2 stars. My experience wasnt the greatest but every one has off days. I was told by the other service manager when I 1st came in I didnt have an appt there after showing her the email. (My fault completely) . I thought I made it with them, that was understood I messed up. She told me where they were located and said check with them, because I would have to wait 2 to 3 hours...ok.I came back after going up the street because they were going to charge me and my 1st oil change was suppose to be free. The information the other service manager fail to give me was: they help each other out and they could have done the oil change and sent them the bill. That was very important information she should have given to me before sending me up the street. That was very disappointing and it cost me a lot of time but yet I got the oil change done after I came back. Well as I said in the beginning Im thankful for Ms.Haskins stepping up when she saw after I came back that my waiting period was even to much for her to bare. I appreciate that in an employee ☺
Had a great Service Appointment @ Chrysler Dodge. Arrived early and was in and out back to work in about an hour. Service advisor took the time to explain recommended maintenance..and that my Jeep was in great condition...
Service was great!! The staff goes out of their way to keep you informed of your vehicle status. I am a repeat customer and have never been disappointed.
My experience was very goodIt’s the cleanest service area I’ve ever been inAll the staff was friendly and said good morning which is unusual in publicJames Martin was very professional and came to me to explain every detail of the work order
Experience was horrible customer service sucked I had a 8 am appointment I walked in nobody in service greeted me acknowledged me are looked my way . Only person with any customer service was David in parts very professional and helpful. I would definitely not recommend anyone to take your car to the service part of this Chrysler dealership staff sucks..
I live in New York, where deals on new cars are hard to come by. When my family was searching for a new Pacifica, we found that Ourisman had the lowest prices in the country. I reached out to Younes, and we quickly agreed on a price and a value for my trade-in via text and email. I drove down the same day, dropped off the old car, and came home in the new one that night. The whole process was seamless and my family has a new vehicle at a great price. Younes was also able to help me when I had issues registering the car in New York, putting his tag and title team on it to reach out to the state. Ourisman describes itself as a volume dealer, but that doesnt mean they dont have a personal touch to their service. When I need to buy my next vehicle, I will definitely go back.
The service was great. Loaner was comparable to what I drove also a Jeep vehicle. I felt very comfortable with the loaner. Service was explained to me, had a check engine light. Also a recall issue fixed. They found a nail in the side wall of my tire. Could have been bad if it blew out. Rochelle was great in her explanations and and kept me informed. Also did my oil change a little early so saved me time. Great experience. Car runs great.
I would have appreciated if the dealer would have been more forthcoming when explaining the total costs. He did not inform us that the price we believed to be paying included a $6,000 down payment, even though we never told him of our intent to put money down or how much would be put down. My credit report had already been run by the time we found out.Luckily, we were able to reach an agreement on the price after speaking with the manager, but I just would have appreciated if he would have done a complete and total breakdown of the math before running my credit report.everything else was great. The finance department was forthcoming with costs and explaining the gap insurance in case of total loss of the vehicle and the dealer was respectful throughout the process.
Very friendly and accommodating staff! Natasha was very helpful and took care of everything. Fast, responsive, will be returning for service to this location!
They were great to work with and would recommend to everyone
I have had many difficulties with dealerships in the past. I do not like dealerships at all because of this!!! This dealership in bowie had outstanding customer service and went above and beyond when I had to bring in my Durango for acouple recalls. Andrea was soo awesome to work with. She kept me upto speed on the progress of my truck! The whole service team there is extremely awesome to work with! This service center has my 100% experience with all of my work!!! Thank you!!!
Very upset with my experience at this location. The sales manager of the location lowballed my trade in until I told him I would put down more money. After going to the location three times to make the purchase I was finally able to purchase the car . The day I got the car two months ago I asked for my tags to be transferred from my previous car. Now two months later I am being asked to come to the dealership to pick up the new tags that I did not ask for. I stressed to the dealership management multiple times at the dealership is one hour away from where I live. The whole experience was very on organized and I really wish I never purchased my car from this dealership. My recommendation for anyone looking to buy a preowned vehicle, please do not buy it here. I purchased a $30,000car and I’ve been having issues with my parking sensors since the day I took it off the lot. If you want to be belittled and finessed by a dealership and I would highly recommend this location.
I would have given a 5 but I am still baffled by the $142 dollars in misc costs that arent itemized. Seems to be a padded expense. I chalked it up to the price of doing business however it did seem a bit excessive.
I made online appointment for July 14, 2021 @3:00pm at this location...The representative name Chris told me immediately that this location wont look at my vehicle until 530pm...I told him I have an appointment I think he thought I was lying so then he start telling me even with an appointment its no guarantee that a mechanic will look at my vehicle and then told me his mechanics leave at 530pm. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT?
Great place to get a new car. Ask for Nathan he will work hard to get you the best price. The thing my wife and I appreciated the most, is they listen; didnt play the usual car selling game. 10 thumbs up for the dealership. I forgot about our finance guy, got us a great interest rate!! Great Job All Around!!
I was looking for a jeep wrangler on truecar. I got in touched online with sale representative and scheduled to have a look at it the next day. I drove from Columbia to Bowie and was told that it didn’t pass MD inspection but also the car was suddenly not available on truecar after my schedule. That is not professional at all and wastes my time driving there. I should have been informed about that so I don’t have to drive there for nothing.
Worst experience of my life these people are complete crooks . Terrible customer serviceYour General Manager is the worst General Manager I ever met . He is rude and doesn’t want to help people also the service department is the worst place ever. I brought my car in running I was given my car back in horrible condition and was not running. I wound never recommend this location to anyone. Worst experience of my life . Do not take your car here for service ever they will rob you blind and do not care about the customer. I would give my overall experience -0 no stars
Tony did a great job introducing the vehicle to us
Everyone was polite and helped me get the deal I was looking for.
My service representative was very friendly and responsive to all my needs. He was diligent in explaining what the time frame would be because of the car brand (Honda).
Today was my first time going to this branch. The representative that made my appointment was so patient and nice. Then today, Mandy took care of me. Mandy was so personable and courteous. She took in my car, put me in the shuttle that took me home. Then, she called me soon as my car was ready. Facility is very clean and organized. I liked my first time in this branch service. Thank you very much.
Very friendly and responsive staff. Best buying experience in a while.
The entire Staff is extremely accommodating, professional, top notch to work with. Our company vehicles are always in and out, Tony & John always go above and beyond
The staff is super friendly and family oriented. My initial experience was In dyer need of obtaining an affordable used vehicle. Immediately after. the purchase I experienced over heating issues that required a couple of unexpected visits back to the dealership. After the second inspection a full return was offered, a deal to go 50/50 on the unwarranted part, or to replace the vehicle - using the full amount towards another stocked item w/ title and tags covered. I really want the vehicle I have fixed because their other dealership did not properly diagnose the problem that was not verified by their dealership which was sold undisclosed to me.The family is currently seeking another vehicle for me and I would like it to be the same year, price, and brand with the nearest the same mileage, a free unlimited extended warranty, or have the repair job serviced for free w/ a six month to a year of related problems special warranty agreement because of their mistake. The manufacturing company keep producing lemons and should not. sell the vehicle or be made to recall the overheating parts for free. Happily disappointed!
Not bringing my car back to this dealer. Theyve wasted my time twice. Tried to make an appointment to get a recall fixed for the second time. First time I was told the part was in, I drop off my car to the dealership and go home just to be called an hour later to say they didnt have the part in and I would have to either keep it there or pick it back up. Second time, I talked with a service person to make an appointment, told him I wanted to get the recall fixed and get an oil change. He said they didnt do recalls on Saturdays (I had no problem bringing it during the week), but I can go ahead and bring it in on Saturday at 9am and hell do the recall and oil change. I bring it in Saturday and Im told that they cant do the recall and the person shouldnt have told me that. Furthermore they cant pull up in their system who wrote up the order and I should have gotten their name. This shouldnt be this difficult of a task.
The team at Chrysler Dodge, Jeep and Ram, Ive experienced the awesomeness of their customer care❤. Excellent servive!!!😘❤
Ourisman provided great service. The staff is friendly and the sales person, Raymond, is knowledgeable and professional. We purchased 2 Jeeps from them. I decided to make the trip from NM being that the transport was running 2 months out due to the pandemic. The dealership sent a driver to pick me up from the airport and the transaction took a total of 45 min. The price I paid was the price we agreed on before making the trip. Their dealership is clean and the sales manager, Simo, as well as general manager Younes are pleasant and great to work with. I always buy local but this time Ourisman had the only model we were looking for. Their prices are great. I wasnt disappointed and would do it again. Thank you. Miky
Thanks alot Andrea in Service/ Shes the Best keep up the Good work😁😁/Corey
Quick, fixed right the first time, in and out super fast! Amazingly helpful staff
All I’m say is ask for James 10/10 customer service, reliable communication,
