This is literally my favorite boutique ever! They are always so on trend with all of their clothing! The girls are super helpful, and they are there when you need them!

I have been in a couple of times and the girls helped me out but I didn’t receive a greeting. I went in on Friday and no one greeted me, I was in there for about 5 min and didn’t even see a sales associate. I told a friend about my experience and she said that someone told her that they left MF crying because they were so rude. So not okay! They sometimes have cute items but what I have bought from them in the past was low quality after one wear and for the boutique prices…not okay. I really hope the owner reads these reviews and either properly trains the staff in customer service (we are in the South for hecks sake) or replaces the staff.

Unfortunately, there is no option for zero stars. Shopping here was one of the most awkward and irritating experiences Ive had. When I entered the store, I didnt even get acknowledged; in fact, one of the employees looked at me like I was a piece of trash while the other was sending snap chats and barely looked up from her phone. I would never step back into this store and will ensure to share my sentiments from now on. I had trepidations going in after reading the reviews but, I decided to go and wholly regret it. How this boutique is still in business is beyond me, trust I am reluctant to complain, let alone write a review; it is that terrible.

I sent my daughter to get something I saw posted on Facebook and my daughter was excited to go since shes been looking for this item for a long time and one of the workers just flat out told her they dont have them any more and walked away from her without even asking if she needed something else. Yes my daughter is 19 and looks 14 but theres no excuse to treat her like that. I have bought cute clothes in there before but not doing it anymore.

I have come to mecca multiple times looking to buy clothing for certain occasions. they have a ton of super cute clothes, but lack the customer service. Only one time out of many times i’ve been in I was greeted. I never feel welcomed in and when i asked a question I was treated like i was interrupting the girls talking behind the counter. In retail, this should never happen. I would shop here and spend more money here if the customer service was better.

After following on Instagram, I was so excited to finally make it into this store. Not one of the girls working greeting me or asked if I needed assistance. One of which awkwardly stared at me the entire time.Everything is oversized and from what I can see, low quality. I would not recommend or make any purchases from this store.

I drove an hour to check this place out. Like many other reviews on here- I was not greeted or even asked if I needed anything. Had no clue what the sales were. Which didn’t matter since everything was a size x-small or small. I’m pretty sure there women like me who wear large and x-large. I will never go back.

Pretty items but literally no customer service whatsoever. Went in the store with 5 other ladies. One young girl at register who was on her phone and never looked up once nor said one word to us the entire time we were in the store. To be honest, there were a few things I would have bought but felt completely unwelcome and cared less. So we all just left. Sorry but I think you need some customer service training for your employees. You just lost several sales today.

I went in a few days ago...that was probably my 5th time in the store. I wasnt going to post a review initially but its been on my mind so I googled Mecca Fox to read their existing reviews. After reading them I felt the need to post my own. I think the more positive reviews come from friends or family. My experience 4 out of 5 times has been like many others. The girls are short with you, act like you are an inconvenience to their day and lurk around you while you shop. Not asking if you need help or have questions, but rather making sure you are not stealing I suppose. I dont have any complaints with pricing because if a customer is willing to pay it then so be it. With that said, I have always left this store with very little, if anything, in hand because the shopping experience while in this store is pretty unpleasant.

Went to buy something for my wife. Horrible service. Would have spent money if anyone offered to help me. The ladies there would rather talk to each other then help a paying customer. I ended up going to Clearfork shopping plaza. Great experience at Louis Vuitton. My wife loved her gift. Maybe these girls shouldn’t judge a book by it’s cover.

I walked Into this store twice with my daughter to purchase cute trendy clothes. My daughter has over 5 million fans on social media and loves to find cute new finds to share with her fans. The cute and trendy was for sure there however- Never once of the two times I was there was greeted. Asked one question about the layout of the store and was told to stay out of the back they were preparing for a show. Did not feel welcome at all and if I’m going to spend that kind of money on clothing I expect at least a greeting.

I absolutely LOVE this store. Not only is the clothing and accessories cute, but the employees are so helpful and nice. I can get anything for my mother in law to my younger nieces. It’s been such a great addition to Burleson as well. I drive 30 miles just to support this small business and will continue to do so!

Just don’t.The lady “greeted me” by whispering hi and looking me up and down.The store is cute but the service makes it ugly. Plus it’s very expensive.

I’ve been in the store twice- the first time I spent over $400 and the second $200. I live over an hour away and visited because my girlfriend was sent clothes to advertise this boutique that looked super cute. The girls in the store lack customer service and friendliness. I wasn’t greeted either time I shopped nor was I offered help. When I asked questions about sizes and such, the answers I got were short and almost rude. Now- the clothing selection is super cute- the store is well put together BUT two of the sweaters I purchased (one was $42 and one $56) have come apart after the first wear. One at the hemline on the sleeve and the other across the entire neckline. Poor quality for these prices. I’d rather not make the drive out to return these items to be met with the poor customer service. ALSO, my girlfriend who shopped with me one of the times I visited, washed a dress she purchased once and it came completely apart at one side. She was offered no help when she called about this issue. So Mecca Fox, super cute store but your products are falling apart and your customer service is serious lacking. I won’t be back.

So I was hesitant to come to this shop because of all the poor customer service related reviews. I walked in an had this attitude already like ok here goes, ready to be ignored or dismissed .... that didnt happen at all. They greeted me and asked if I needed anything but let me walk around and I didnt feel uncomfortable even for a second. I found something I liked and went to checkout, I told the girl checking me out how I expected everything to go. to be due to their reviews and she just said some people mix personal issues with business and thats all it is. I was surprised and happy with my experience and told her Id post about it. So here I am. Great people great store definitely recommend.

I asked about a coworkers bell bottoms and was recommended here. I walk in and was greeted but after that the customer service was awful. I was looking around because they seriously lack stock right now so I find the bottoms I wanted and asked if there were any more and she said no. Okay then I ask if there’s a dressing room and she said yes so thank her and I return to looking And after that I’m treated like I’m about to dash with the clothes. I had picked out like two things and she’s up close to me taking the things out of my hand to put them in a dressing room. And then as i leave the dressing room she’s right there to take the one thing I find and out it behind the counter. I was livid. Will not be coming back. If you’re going to have an overpriced boutique at least keep it in stock and have decent customer service.

I am all about supporting local business and friends. I was a loyal customer until today. Not this one...NEVER AGAIN!!! The way I was treated was unacceptable. Please note you are being all conversation you have even with friends that are shopping g are being recorded with out your knowledge and they are constantly creeping. If they don’t like your conversation they will kick you out of their store. Unprofessional. RUDE. Inconsiderate. Paranoid owners. #boycottmeccafox #makethemgoaway

One of my favorite boutiques in Burleson! Very clean, lots of cute stuff, and the staff is amazing! I love the owner! She is very creative and is doing a beautiful job with this place. Location is downtown Old Burleson and is perfect and easy to get to.

I used to love MeccaFox before she made a store front especially her custom t shirts but she definitely lacks customer service skills and comes off rude now. A few weeks ago i emailed about a shirt if she still made them and it was short and rude next i inquired about a shirt at her store on Instagram since I’m not local and no response no way to order. I would have bought the shirt but actually found it a lot cheaper at a different store so I guess win win for me. If she would be better at customer service maybe I’ll give them another chance but for now i don’t think someone who comes off stuck up deserves my money. Such a shame.

I loved meccafox, been following on insta since they were “gypctea” and only earrings. I’ve bought many things over the years, but now that there’s a storefront, the customer service has lacked I feel. They now have phone number to text for inquiries and purchases. I used the text option before and when the product I inquired about was out of my price range at the time, I felt the text back was negative and rude. Since then, I’ve ordered the item plus another through Facebook. I tried to text again on March 15 to order, and no response ever. I feel they’re doing this because I didn’t order the first time I texted, and they recognized my phone number. Anyways, their clothes are super cute, so I’m sure if I lived closer I wouldn’t be bothered. But apparently I can’t order over the phone 😞
