They have a nice organized clean store. Lots of great brands and products to choice from. I also love the different price points as well. A little something for everyone. I like the Ultra brand as well has really worked for me. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it for all.

I hate coming to this store. Time and time again there is TERRBIBLE customer service. This was the last straw. I walk in for a quick order pick up. There were barely any customers, just one teen checking out. Three employees are at the front and none of them greeted me. The one checking out the teen didnt even tell her thank you for shopping. I waited at the pick up counter for another minute or two while the girls chatted. Finally one walks over and still doesnt saying anything pleasant. She rudely says I need to see your ID. Then hands me my product and that was it.Ive worked in customer service for decades and this store always has girls with bad attitudes and no respect for clients who spend a lot of money here. Maybe they should remove their masks and get back to friendly facial expressions because the environment is seriously lacking at this store.

The staff is very helpful but not in an overbearing way. The layout is very organized so youre able to make your way to what youre looking for pretty easily without help. They have so many products and options and its so fun to go do a mini haul! They have products that are quality & affordable across different price points.

When you walk into a business, you are supposed to be spoken to. Ive never been here before, walked around the entire store without help and found the product on my own. Then as soon as someone of the opposite race walks up, I get the ultimate advantage of seeing this staff deliver good customer service. It blew my mind. I called the lady over and directly asked her was it because of my race. I wanted to know if the store randomly spoke to customers. She acted as if I had offended her, but Im truly the one offended. It truly took me to a place of complete disbelief and sadness that a person can go through this. Hopefully corporate can have a coaching here. Truly disappointing.

MEGAN AND JEWEL SAVE PROM!!! After booking a makeup appointment at a local salon MONTHS in advance, we show up, wait 15 minutes to find out the girl is OUT OF TOWN?!? In a panic, we rush to buy the makeup we need — my daughter showed Megan the picture of what she wanted, and she went to work! Jewel helped tone-match, and BOTH of them handled this SUPER STRESSFUL situation so much easier.We have the goods, now headed to a sweet, talented friend for the beautifying…Thank you, Ladies!!

I would give zero if I could. My daughter and I walked in to this Ulta and there were 2 female workers standing by the door, per usual (7/21/21 @ 7pm). However, they were chatting to themselves. (unusual to not say HELLO but okay) I was looking for a travel size something specific and both my daughter and I browsed every aisle... those 2 women saw us, but ignored us and continued to chat. Both my daughter and I walked a foot from them to hope to gain their attention to assist us, but NO!!! INSTEAD THEY GO TO THE SHAMPOO AISLE AND CROUCH DOWN TO BE HIDDEN FROM VIEW!!!!! Both of us saw this, came back together and discussed how this is such rude behavior and very unlike ULTA. I took the item I needed and a similar item to what I couldnt find, to the register. Dalton (register clerk) was super helpful and said oh, what you want is behind the counter. I WAS LIVID!!! I then said to him - if one of those 2 ladies chatting to themselves had helped us, instead of running and hiding, I could have been done here 10 minutes ago and be a lot less angry. He then says oh, those ladies there by the door are the STORE MANAGERS!!!!!!!!! Neither my daughter or I WILL EVER RETURN TO THIS ULTA BEAUTY. EVER. What a shame! Read the reviews ladies and gents, this store has many issues, I wish I had looked and read prior to seeking this one out.

I would give zero stars if I could. Simply because of their lack of baby changing tables and trash cans in the women’s restroom. This is so shameful of this business, especially considering it is geared specifically to women. Women, please read my review and think twice before taking your family into this store.

I went to buy some mascara and setting spray, payed in cash and was shorted on my change. I was distracted by my child who was complaining about leaving and didn’t count my change until I got home and settled her down. Definitely count you money when handed your change back.

I had my hair cut and highlighted. Was $250.00 The stylist was so sweet!

Their own employees (salon) walk into the store and throughout it not wearing masks. On their website it claimed that employees wear gloves, my stylist didn’t. I didn’t see her wash her hands or anything. The chair I was put in had a lot of hair on and around it from the last customer, but when I showed up there was no one there. Sorry but they really need to get their act together with cleanliness and sanitizing.

The employees are so sweet and helpful. I have some obvious scars that Im self conscious about and wanted make up to cover them up. Kristina (Christina? Sorry I cant remember the spelling) happily helped me find the right concealer without making me ugly or inept. Because of covid, we couldnt try the color in store- she said if it didnt work I could bring it back- but her experienced eye was spot on. I feel much more confident now.Store is clean and follows CDC precautions. Products Ive used are worth the expense.

My husband and I arrived at the store around 11am . The older woman with glasses, and the younger man with silver hair made our visit very uncomfortable. We were not greeted with a hello, but instead a VERY aggressive “ What do you need help looking for “ . For one, do I have to be looking for anything in specific? Secondly, learn how to properly greet your customers.I told the woman no thank you and continued to browse the store. The man with the silver hair “ pretended “ to be fixing things in the isle while really he was just making sure we didn’t take anything . To make the situation worse, I could tell they were talking about both me and my husband and to be honest I felt racially profiled.We were not the best dressed in the store, today was our day off and planned to run errands but I will say we are very well off and could buy every single thing in that store if we really wanted to .Please hire better employees for this location. I bought a foundation from this store today but that will be my last purchase and I will be sure to let Facebook and my friends know about my experience today.

The store is huge compared to other Ultas Ive been in! The team members were all friendly but Tessa really stood out to me. She was a great help when I had some questions about mascara and she was also my cashier on my way out. She has a really lovely attitude!

Everyone on staff was ridiculously helpful, friendly, and kind. Almost every employee asked me if I needed help at some point, but it was spaced out in a way that didnt feel bombarding. One woman took the time to introduce me to a new brand of makeup that was even more environmentally conscious than the one I was already using and that was a big deal to me. The store was bigger than most Ultas Ive been to and even with holiday shopping in full swing, they had a really great selection and product availability, even of things on Black Friday sales, which was nice because I hate online shopping. Will definitely visit this location again!

Poor customer service in the hair salon. No matter which stylist they put me with, they call in sick and cannot make the appointment . Not enough staff to accommodate this happening. Taking my business elsewhere, where people actually show up! Disrespectful of your time.

Was treated with disrespect. We were discriminated against regarding the disability act. We were followed through the store by employees and asked to leave. The announcement though the store states the employees wear mask it asked that the customers did, but said nothing about requiring customers to wear masks.Will not shop here again, and will let as many people know of this experience. Discrimination will not tolerated by me.

Their products are always out of stock constantly you go back and theyre never there. You can even go back the next day and its not there.

First time ever going to an Ulta salon! Britney is a life saver! I went in hating my hair & left feeling like a whole new person.

Today I visited the store 179 to purchase some YSL MON PARIS and it wasn’t a pleasant! I picked up my perfume and proceeded to wait for my sister, browsed around a little longer and the sensor goes off ! Here comes STACY, she snatched the perfume out my hand and didn’t even say a word . I assumed she would take it to the front so when I was ready to check out I could go . Standing there holding my niece I tried maintaining my composure I decided it was just time to go . It’s one thing to be treated impartial but to make your customers feel uncomfortable is never okay ! Thank you to Tierre who helped me and my sister check out and helped us with all our questions and concerns . Thanks for turning the trip around !

I really like this Ulta. The layout is great and the staff is always super super friendly, although sometimes they follow you around a little too too much. Im sure my tattoos and piercings can be off-putting, but Im a diamond member, enough to be several times over per year. I obviously would never steal anything. Anyway, I still really like this store and would recommend it to anyone looking for makeup/hair supplies

I constantly find myself wishing these stores were organized by PRODUCT and not brand. I cant stand having to run around everywhere looking for matte lipstick, they should all be in one area, so we can shop without missing something because it was at the end of a Maybelline shelf, and not by Too Faced. (Sounds as silly as it is, honestly.)I realize this is not specific to this store-- its all of them. Other than that, it was an alright Experience.

I love these employees. Skylar is a manager there in my first time in there she immediately made me feel like family. I have been coming back every weekend since. Everytime I’m there I’m asked by an employee if I need any help with anything and they are always happy to help if there is something I can’t find. I’m a lifetime employee because of the way they treat me when I walk in the door. Great place and knowledgeable employees.

I went to the store about a week ago looking for something for my hair. It was dry and brittle. I luckily got to speak to a lady named Jessica Puls. She took the time to listen and recommended a couple of items that she has tried and so on her advice I bought them. Jessica was awesome and took her time with me. The products are wonderful and now my hair is soft and shiny.

What can I say? This is where I go for all the gifts for my daughter and wife. This place is bountiful and most everyone is there to help. I gave it 5-stars but there is one lady who Iassume is a manager and she is not helpful with me and is pretty much snobby. I avoid her like the plague.

I was there for a new product that just came out. They are always out of stock of everything all the time i come always fails me... The employees never ask me if I needed help finding my shade they are just standing there gossiping. I rather go else where out of my way to get better customer service. This is not just a one time visit this happens every time i come to this location, They need to hire better staff.

This is the best ulta Ive ever been to! Great customer service. My color match was perfect and is the best foundation Ive had yet! The cashier was super quick and friendly at the cash wrap. All of the staff was super friendly and didnt ask me too many times if I was okay just enough! Love that everything is all in one here! Love the facials, brow tints and waxes and hair color services! This store is always so clean!!

My 65 year old mother walked out of the store crying. She was going to buy all new skin care and make up.She had no idea what to get so I sent her to ULTA. The sales girl walked her to an aisle and walked away from her. They lost a HUGE sale and two customers.Not even worth one star!

I love this Ulta. Employees are always friendly and helpful and hairstylist give great hair cuts. They always have what Im looking for and if they are out by chance, someone can always refer a good substitute product.

Its great if you dont mind not getting the freebies when you purchase certain products advertised! They NEVER have the free products. Why not have a substate product in stock for when they run out. Im better off ordering online with the guarentee of freebies with purchase!!

Employees just stand there gossiping and openly speaking bad about girls who come in there. Nothing is ever in stock, and the store is so crowded. I cant turn around without almost knocking something over.

I had two things on my list for ULTA..found one with help..everything has moved around since my last visit. They were out of my large size shampoo...so I left frustrated. This store may not stay open. I will drive to Fort Worth Hulen store which stays busy and well stocked. Four stars are for the helpful staff.

I go to Ulta and Sephora all the time and they’re probably two of my favorite stores. I have been to ulta’s in several states this one in Burleson is by far the absolute worst I would say piss poor would be how I would describe This location.Their customer service is horrible and I’m pretty sure that the customers always wrong According to them.I live pretty far out, I would rather go to the one further away, which takes about 45 minutes and you know I’d rather drive that 45 minutes then have to go to the one in Burleson.

Good selection but really not much for giving out free samples at checkout anymore. Also didnt give me the 20% discount because I didnt have the email.

On the 15th of January I went to the Ulta store in Burleson Tx. I must say as always I was treated like my business was not desired. Me being a woman of color. I have Never had a great experience with Ulta. I made up my mind a long time ago that Ulta was not worthy of my money. Thats Their behavior towards me. My BFF went to the brow bar. I decided to have lashes done made my appointment. The person that was to do my lashes was not available. At the appointed time. Of course for me this was the typical action for Ulta. The staff must take lessons on how to treat women of Color badly. Most of their inventory can be purchased on line at a better cost. I am not impressed with their one star service.

Large selection of beauty supplies. If they are out of or dont have what you need they will get it for you.

After waiting in line at the register I got a clerk to help me. I wanted to purchase a number of products. The clerk helped me choose two products pointed me to a different department and stated she had to go do something else.This was my first visit to Ulta, having been directed there by a number of people. Needless to say Ulta made neither a sale nor a customer today.

It was surprisingly disorganized, might have been from a pre-holiday rush. Staff were going about their day, seemed disinterested in having customers in the store. Maybe I just showed up on a bad day, its just not what I expected.

The only reason I give a 2 star is because this is the first time that I have had horrible customer service st this location. I walk in and the 6 girls up front are just standing around gossiping. One of them asked if I needed help and I said I was looking for Tarte. (I mispronounced it) the other girl near by started to laugh and said Yeah we dont have that here with a attitude. I walked away and got what I needed. The whole time that group of girls stared at me like I was going to steal something.I had just got off work and looked pretty beat but thats no excuse for how they treated me.Hopefully they move on to other jobs because this isnt for them.

I came in to the store for a return and while there asked if anyone was available at the Brow Bar for a quick eyebrow waxing. I was told there was someone. The associate went to speak with the Brow Bar associate and came back to tell me that she could not do it as she was about to clock out. Stunned at the fact that I was told no when someone was available and the store would have made money plus she would have been tipped, I left the store. I decided to call and speak to the manager to let her know I had never received customer service like that. She didnt seem to care much as she didnt say anything during the conversation until the end. I will make the extra drive to Fort Worth for the great customer service they provide!

So Ive been to this Ulta a few times since moving to the area. Previously Ive shopped at the Arlington and Fort Worth locations. They are usually very friendly, offer you help, and give recommendations. However Ive had three or four experiences here that didnt end up the way I wanted. A few months ago an artist helped me match for a tinted moisturizer. It ended up being from the luxury side of the store, and I wasnt willing to pay a lot that day so I was going to hold off and buy it later. However she told me it was like 26 bucks for the small size, so I was like oh ok that works! When I got up to the counter it rang up for 40 something... An honest mistake I guess but I was still disappointed. The second time I was looking for an under eye concealer. A really nice woman was helping me and trying to match me. We were doing fine and then everyone else in the store was like trying to help and started making suggestions that had nothing to do with what I wanted. For example, I had already explained my dry skin issues, trouble matching my fair skin, undertones, et cetera, and then one of the clerks suggested I buy moisturizer and use a powder foundation. I explained that I already had several moisturizers and I didnt need any more moisturizer and she was like well what kind do you have? And I said I dont know but I have a bunch of them. And then she just said well then I dont know how to help you. Ok thats fine but I was trying to find under eye concealer...not powder foundation or moisturizer. And generally powder foundations dont work for extremely dry skin like mine because they cause extra texture to show, and are drying. Also...how am I going to use face powder for my under eye concealer? Also for some reason they kept pushing a brand that I already said I wasnt interested in and didnt really like. So why would I buy it? Then I was being suggested primers and all kinds of other stuff aside from concealer. Finally, a different day, I went to get some essence and either Catrice or Wet n Wild that had a gift with purchase. When I got up to the counter they were out of the Catrice and Essence gifts and offered me Maybelline... but still try to ring me up as if nothing was wrong. I had to tell her that I was going to rethink my purchases. That isnt the clerks fault, its corporate. If youre out of the free giveaway, then you might as well just take the sign down because people get motivated and start selecting items based on the gift because they are into that particular brand. If you arent able to substitute in the same brand, just take the sign down. Because of this, I also tried to find the Catrice and Essence items I wanted in Arlington...same issue being out of the gift and being offered Maybelline. In sum, Im glad that they have Essence at my CVS now because the Essence is always 90% empty at this location anyway. I also feel like I have to go to the department store now or Sephora for a proper match. They just dont seem to have anything for my skin type, tone, and issue. Is it impossible to have a nice under eye concealer that doesnt crease or show texture? I still like the products, both in luxury lines and more affordable versions, and will shop here for masks and stuff, but I wish they had more ability to help with matching if they are going to offer and would either honor their promotions or quit the bait and switch advertising from corporate. Not everyone is an easy match so they need to do more training if youre going to have the store associate offer help, otherwise you should just leave people be to shop alone.

I would not recommend you to get your hair dyed here but the staff is very helpful with choosing out makeup or finding other beauty products. I love how they have things organized in the store as well.

Absolutely disrespectful. I went to go to pay for my items and the employee completely ignored me and called for the next customer. The employee and next customer ignored my existence. Odly, her 10 year old daughter seemed to notice her mother intruded on my purchase and didn’t do anything. Ulta cares nothing about the customers but they truly care about the money. Again absolutely horrible and disrespectful to anyone to be treated like that.
