First time here was yesterday and I absolutely LOVE this store. You have extremely friendly staff and there was a lady name Julia who I believe was off work and still helped us with a smile the whole time. Very friendly and she definitely deserves a raise. She was very patient with us. Definitely coming back!!

This store has so much stuff! We loved walking around and making ourselves feel bad about how plain and undecorated our house is.The only downside to this store (besides high prices) is that they don’t have the isles labeled, so it’s very hard to find things without asking an employee or just knowing where they are.

The store is AWESOME, stocked with all you will ever need for any craft, home decorating...the CHRISTMAS items is out and CHRISTMAS is in the air. World Class Customer service from the time I started shopping to the time I checked out. Go by and visit you will not be disappointed. Enjoyed walking this store. Lots of craft ideas and knick knacks to look at. Was very hot inside the store though. Had a great coffee mug for cheap and actually kept the coffee hot for longer than expected. The 4 star is for the temperature inside the store. Came out sweating.

One of the better hobby lobby stores for sure. They were playing classical music, some staff wearing Hawaiian shirts, everyone was pretty laid back who works there, and decent looking people compatibly. They have a great selection of decorative paper. I was able to find a sexy magenta wooded page with gold brushing on it, perfect for a sheet music binder Im making.

Large craft store. Enormous amount of Christmas stuff already 50% off in October.Huge artificial flower area, plus many architectural items.Lost one star because not enough registers open, long wait to pay at 4pmon a Thursday.

Lots of stuff, great prices. The only thing I didnt like was there wasnt much in the way of needlepoint stuff. Its also hard to find stuff in there.

Hobby Lobby is one of my favorite stores. They are the first stop when Im certain they have what Im looking for and since Im shopping in Burlington now, they are the easiest craft store to access.

The store in general was very neat and clean and had lots to offer but about 80% of the staff wasnt helpful or even happy to be there at all. The 1st cashier we asked for a certain product replied to us its probably somewhere between isle 6 and 10 but im not sure. You will just have to look around until u find it. Which to us was mind boggling.My suggestion would be to cross train all employees in the store so that they are competent on what the store does and doesnt offer.I didnt rate a 1 star for the fact that the prices were great amd the sales very clearly posted. So once the employees regain their love for the job I may change my rating.

I have always liked hobby lobby even though I knew the prices were extremely high and almost always way above what the product is actually worth but I played “the game” because of the 40% coupon. I always just bought one item at a time and it seemed like it brought the price down to what should have been the price to start with . Now there is no more 40% coupon ?? I hope you guys are slashing prices or I see your sells tanking . I know there is no way I would pay “sticker price” for anything in your store . To may other choices to buy from ( Amazon )Sorry, I hate leaving this review because I love your store but Either bring back the 40% or slash prices or Im going somewhere else

Went into Hobby Lobby and at least 3 people without mask. One lady was coughing. Told a worker and her attitude was oh well. We left the store. No sanitizing spray for baskets or hands. Wont go back. Ive been a good customer.

Loved the new yarns they are now carrying. And the prices of this yarn are actually decent. Prices have gone up on fabric and sewing supplies since March. But loved the cut crystal objects & glass/ crystal perfume bottles.

Endless eye candy here! Everything is organized and separated by every category, style and theme you can think of. Great place to get ideas and inspiration. Its so much more than comparing it to a Michaels. Only downside was that its a bit more pricey than I expected, but not outrageous.

They had exactly what I needed & I didnt even know they carried greetings cards! I couldnt even find an adoption greeting card at Hallmark, but found it at Hobby Lobby.

I was surprised at the limited to basically no COVID precaution other than stand 6 feet apart in line and wear a mask. No sanitizing wipes, no hand sanitizer visible, no wipe down of buggies. I love Hobby Lobby but they have dropped their guard. Maybe this was just one day and not how it is everyday.

I love hobby lobby.they just need to cover warhammer 40k and theyll have all my hobby needs short of white water kayaking and 4x4 offroad but im ok with them not dabbling in those.

Hobby Lobby is one of those stores that usually has a great selection of autumn as well as Christmas stuff however on the Halloween side not so much. The only thing that really stands out when it comes to Halloween are there displays based on lemax Halloween figures and props. Those are absolutely amazing. Outside of that they are a little bit more pricier than other places when it comes to that kind of stuff but they are the most convenient when it comes to Christmas shopping they are fantastic.

Got a 6 item list from my wife.Came in and Victoria (sales associate) found all items in less than 5-minutes, she was exceptional.Came in grumpy and left very happy with a sub-5 minute trip.

It was like walking into another well organized, neat and clean world. It was beautiful arts & craft items, warm decoratives, beautiful pictures, throw pillows seasonal and regular items for the home. Beautiful material and patterns which was a major surprise. I thought every store had gotten rid of McCall & Simplicity patterns plus catalogs. Plus all types of sewing accessories wow. Beautiful florals to make arrangements, baby items, clothing, art supplies numerous amounts and different types and styles of painting easel and canvas materials to paint on. I spent about an 1.5 hour here and still did not cover the whole store. The weather was getting bad and I decided to leave, I will be back. This is a beautiful store great for a person that likes to decorate their home or likes to do arts and crafts. Also had a room to have arts classes. Clean bathroom as well.

As a store, I love going to Hobby Lobby! But it seems their employee turnarounds are high. It was bad enough that the line was moving slowly, which I didnt understand because the 2 people in front of me had only a few items to buy. But, whenever I shop for more than 3 or 4 items at a time, I have to go back to have my receipt adjusted because the cashier was new and didnt quite know what she was doing. This last trip was no exception. Once again, several sale items were rung as regular prices, she applied my coupon to the wrong item and she talked way too much (the why in why the line was moving so slow). I love to conversation as much as the next person but I had several other behind me, I just wanted to make my purchase and go. Anyway Hobby Lobby may want to rethink their training process or just update their POS system.

I cannot get enough Hobby Lobby! The prices are always low on what Im looking for, the selection is VERY wide (you can find something for any craft, hobby, or occasion), and the staff are always helpful and friendly. I love going there for the Christmas decorations and ornaments. There are plenty of ornament collections in a container, garland, individual ornaments, stockings, yard ornaments, etc. I LOVE HOBBY LOBBY! Dont tell my husband. ;)

My favorite place! Only downfall is the checkout process. The lines are always backed up due to the staff having to manually type each item in the computer. Plus I always end up spending more than I should 🤦🏻‍♀️
