Always a good variety, and I like that they have cute Christian/ faith themed items that I can use for Bible study groups 🙏🏼💗. I also love finding cool books in the book section.

Craft stop today! Teacher Appreciation Day and this store makes for great ideas! As for so many other things too. sometimes they are slow and the lines are long only have one to two people working but today was a breeze

So disappointed. This location has many empty shelves all of the time. An employee did mention they have been having difficulty getting their trucks in, but its frustrating when you for something and they dont have it. The shelves that are somewhat filled are often in terrible disarray. But, you cant beat the price and quality of some of the items they carry.

Didnt have what I needed but bought other stuff. They use to carry the pads for my swiffer jet mop. The dry ones. Dont have them anymore. Hate that.

Once we found what we wanted we saw a LOT of things we we could use.

The store was great. Well stocked and of course everything is dollar so you cant beat that 😏. Oh, and the parking is plentiful.

Dollar tree has a new look they remodeled the store and several items that I usually buy are no longer there but I was able to find several items that I was looking for

3 lanes open and yet one line was down the aisle. Other two registers were servicing who they wanted to. Come earlier on in the day to avoid the ratchets that work in the evening...

Didnt see any cart sanitation today. Im not sure if my cashier was wearing a mask, but thats my fault for not paying attention. Place is wonderfully stocked! I had to tell myself no! Quite a bit, so the items are useful and popular. Generally a rare, wonderful surprise every time!

This is one of the biggest Dollar Trees that I have seen. Downsides.....its always busy and sometimes there are no baskets available to use. The carts cost a quarter to use and I never carry any change. Depending on when you go there is typically a long line at the register.

This is the very best store to get all the little things that you need to complete your shopping! Cleaning supplies, snacks, little gifts for the kids,(and adults). Pans for cooking, plates to serve it on, glasses, cups,bowls, and on and on. I could keep going but the list is to long. And the best thing is, everything has the same price! $1.00. The only bad thing is...I go in to get two or three items and end up buying twenty.

Customer service skills need work. Employees were nice dont get me wrong, but the 1st employee I encountered was talking on the phone via ear peice/bud, instead of greeting me, as I tried to find a clear path to respectfully walk without disturbing the trash she was sweeeping. She basically ignored that I was there and continued her phone conversation, in a manner that made me feel I was just in her way. The 2nd employee (cashier) was carrying on a personal conversation with a customer (who was an employee from the restaurant next door) and proceeded to check out 3-4 customers during this long personal conversation. Not only was this conversation taking place, it was also loud enough to be heard CLEARLY, a good 30 foot away, if not farther. I feel bad that the young lady had to go thru the personal situation she was describing, it was NOT right. I hope she comes out on top in that situation. BUT there is a time and place for such a conversation and that wasnt the time nor place. I will add that as soon as the restaurant employee left the store, the cashier gave much better customer service. She was very nice and accurate, I appreciate both ladies for working today so that I muself amd the others that were in line could come and shop today.

Yes this store has a wide selection of products. However, the store needs some SERIOUS cleaning. The restrooms are the pits, very unsanitary. No paper towels in the restroom, toilets were filthy with feces on the toilet seat and in the toilet bowl. All the cleaning supplies they have in stock should be put to use in the store.

I went there going to find salt & pepper shakers. I really didnt think theyd have it. But they did. Theres just some things that you dont want to put a lot of money into. Check it out. They have a lot of things.

The cashier was VERY unpleasant. No greeting, no acknowledgement, no anything. Very bad attitude and demeanor. Just because its a Dollar Store, does mean the customers shouldnt be treated with kindness and respect. Especially spending over $70.

I love this place for everything other than when I get ready to check out it makes me so mad that I have to wait so so long cause only one or two customer service reps are on a line but there is 7 lines and about 10 employees on the clock dollar tree please make it make sense to the people yes we love your prices but stop making us pay in time waiting to check out.

This store was so dirty, they only had one register open with the line halfway through the store. The only reason I gave it two stars was because the cashier was super friendly.

Good store for inexpensive things

Pretty sad store to be one of the largest in NC. Highly disappointed in this store. It was awfully dirty and the staff were quite rude. If you’re looking to visit a larger store the one in Kernersville is much more appealing.

I shop the time! The only thing is that the cashiers are over worked. Need more people. Sometimes the lines are long.Besides that I LOVE EVERYTHING ELSE. This is the best Dollar Tree in Alamance County, only because they are the biggest and have more stuff to chose from. All Dollar Trees should be this big. This place is ell organized and well stocked. The employees are being swarmed non stop though. Lines are always long. Im not sure how staff even get restroom breaks. I hope that the higher ups read the reviews and take action. They need more staff in this store. The staff are wonderful, but the store is very busy and more great staff is needed. Also the last time I went I felt like I was shopping in a hot muggy greenhouse. Get some air on up in there!

The store is big and the variety is good. They have new items almost weekly. The biggest downfall of the store is the long lines. Every time I go its only 2 lines open and the wait is outrageous. They need to hire new employees.

My experience was made better by the gentleman cashier, he was very friendly and is the reason for the 4. But my experience was not the greatest because they were out of carts. I was there to buy a lot of stuff and everything wouldnt fit in the hand basket, so there I am, toting all my stuff in a laundry basket. Please get more buggies/carts.

The store is a great place to save money but the bathrooms(womens anyway) really need a make over and a good deep cleaning. Its bad enough to have to go to a public bathroom but to go into one as nasty and broken as that one is just, just, there arent words for the shape of this restroom

A mandate becomes law during a pandemic. I asked the manager why patrons arent required to wear masks she said, its not the law and its their right. Yet theyre okay with putting their employees at risk with these people who choose to be selfish. I wont be going back anytime soon.

I used to work at this location and since I left they have really upgraded what was once a raggedy store.. But they NEED more cashiers!! Lines should not ever be down the isle, and makes me want to jump on the register when I check out lol..

Today Saturday April 13th went to Dollar Tree to pick up Easter decorations. The store was unusually busy for a Saturday afternoon but it was raining so maybe thats why. Anyway I did my shopping took about an hour and headed towards the checkout lane, when I got to the front of the store I noticed that they were only 2 cash registers or two cashiers working then I noticed the two lines going all the way to the back of the store to check out well I wasnt going to wait another hour just to cash out so I just left the shopping basket in the middle of the store with about $50 worth of goods in it and just walked out the door. You would think on a busy Saturday or any Saturday they would have more than two cashiers. It just goes to show that the store managers are greedy and do not want to pay for extra help.

Ive been to this one 4 times, 3xs I left my cart, I was in line for 20 mins the line was still over 15 ppl. I heard ppl talking about 4 employees said they had stock to fill but still laughing & talking at the front. CSR at the ONE register was angry at the situation. I left my cart, went to the now 5 employees, said if youre going to lie, make it believable, move youre gossip station. Im glad many left before me as I said my piece, more left after!

The young man checking us out was great but the air felt like it wasnt on and there were three very long lines.

Its a dollar store, so dont expect extremely high quality items. With that in mind, the store is excellent. Huge store, wide selection, some name brands, and obviously low prices.
