Got new phones and service. Staff was friendly.

I have been to this place several times. I keep going back and bringing friends! My friends all come out with new phones, new Boost plans and big smiles!!

Just left the store after the owner said “get the F...” out because we would not give them out account login. We were looking to purchase a phone only, we have service already with boost for years. I can activate the phone online by myself. What terrible customer service. Go to Walmart to buy your phone.

Ive been trying for over 2 weeks to get a phone case for a specific phone they said they ordered but still havent received it as of today. I would not recommend special ordering here

Would give a zero star if possible. Very rude lady who tried to make my grandmother feel bad for not wanting a used phone, and argued with my husband over whether it was used when the screen protector was removed and placed on wrong and had been activated already. She was trying to get my grandmother a deal which was nice but otherwise her customer service could definitely use some help.

Went in the other day to switch to boost from verizon, was helped by a woman who I think was the owner and another guy. They got me set up quick with no problems, thanks again!

Bought a WiFi box from them. Was well worth buying the box instead of paying Xfinity’s outrageous bills but it’s still an Xfinity box. The WiFi works great. I still have the box & will be getting it hooked up again as soon as I get my house sometime this month. I bought the box for $60 & I pay $40 a month.

I feel like boost is a complete rip off. They’re giving deals for people switching from different companies instead of people who currently have them and have had them for years. iPhone 6s are $50 when you switch from metro but when you’re a boost customer wanting to upgrade your phone they want to charge you $199. What a joke.

Fast service and the guy who helped me told me and showed me everything he was doing and he did a little extra help for me.
