I would just like to say thank you to Brandon. I came in today like a lost puppy not understanding my iPhone at all.He was patient, listen to everything I had to say and smiled while doing it! Professional and able to show me what I need to do without talking over my head, which as many of us know, happens.If you have questions about your phone or are looking into another plan for cable or anything.I sincerely would go back to Brandon and the main reason is his calmness and kindness. I was in your store on January 14, 2021 seeking assistance for the newIPhone12 I purchased earlier in the month. When I entered the store Mr. Carl Berkley greeted me with a smile and asked how he could help me.I explained the problems I was having and he was very professional and enthusiastic about assisting me and answering all my questions. He then showed me what I was doing incorrectly and showed me how to do it correctly. During our conversation I expressed how uncomfortable it was for me to handle the larger phone, because I was use to the smallerIPhone 8. He then explained to me the options I had and directed me to look at the mini IPhone, which I LOVED!!! And it was cheaper!!! Mr. Berkley offered me the option to exchange. I was so impressed that he made the offer. I left the store so happy and I a very satisfied customer! Everyone in the store on this day was courteous and professional. I spent months avoiding Verizon stores. Primarily due to past experiences with Lake Orion area store and a couple of other gems. Eventually I ran out of options to try and fix my sim card issue myself. I decided to go to nearest Verizon store. Since I was in Davison and most stores were closed or near closed at this exact moment (6:55PM) I headed to Burton location. Easy as possible to find and get to. Terrified. I walk in. Completely out of my element. Although both employees were already engaged with customers. It took very little time for one of them to wrap it up. This savage turned out to be TYLER!!! This guy is my hero... and he totally redeemed verizon!!! The guy went beyond my expectations in helping me. And now Ive got a working phone and peace of mind. Thank you, thank you, thank you Tyler!!!!

I received excellent service. Brandon Was an outstanding customer service representative. He was patient and kind.He was exemplary.I was at the Atherton Road store in Flint Michigan. All staff wore mask. There was a strict ruling post it upon entering.

This store does not require masks. 1 sales person out of three had a mask on. Salesperson out of 3 had a mask on. They told me they were beyond that. Whatever that means. Left without buying a new $700 phone and went to miller road which has a strict mask policy and bought a phone. Protect your health!!

My sales person Brandon was very knowledgeable of the plans and the models of the phones. He was quick to let me know the different features. I told him that the camera was the most important component and he helped me find a phone that meets my needs. The store itself was clean and everyone else was friendly. Pleasant experience even though we forked our a lot of money which is never pleasant.

Brandon was great help in selecting a new phone, informed me I have warranty on my tablet I had forgotten, AND discovered a fraudulent purchase to our account a year ago! Waiting on Fraud Division refund, but what an above-and-beyond performance of customer service!

Went in and saw Chris, he was very knowledgeable, very friendly (but not like a pushy salesman) he made sure we were aware of specials that specifically concerned our account, and he made the whole process very enjoyable and easy.I’m definitely going to be going back to see him the next time I have a reason to visit a Verizon store.

Had Pre-ordered a phone and when I called to ask if it was ready for pick up they tell me they cant find my order and cant find it. Lost out on promotion and now have to wait.... Manager wasnt able to help

Carl helped us out after talking to someone at a different Verizon store who was not very nice. Carl put us at ease and was very helpful. They didnt have the phones we needed at the time we went in so he got us set up so we could come in and get it all squared away. We were in and gone within about half an hour. Well be going back to Carl for all of our stuff.
