When I went in I was looking to purchase a new phone. I was told by a employee (Alvin) that the Apple Watch was on promotion of half off. So I went ahead and got one. When going to check out I wanted to pay cash like I was doing with the iPhone I picked out. He proceeded to tell me I had to wait until first billing cycle in order to get the promotion. So ok no big deal. I go in today and speak with Alvin again and he tells me I have to dial *3 and pay that way. So I call and get told I can’t pay it off and get the promotion price ($250). If I pay it off I have to pay $441. All lies to get me to purchase it and wasn’t told once I did the purchase I was locked into a 24 month contract with the watch. I am currently leaving sprint/T-mobile after almost 10 years. Do not do business with Alvin he’s bad business and a con. All so he can make his petty $20 in commission.

Walked in right at 10am not knowing it was just opening time. Joe greeted me at the door and walked me through every step thoroughly. No pressure...asnwered all my questions. Overall a great experience with a very efficient and helpful person. Joe is the man!!

Went here for some issues starting up service. They were very professional and cared so much to ensure we started service properly. They did so much and didn’t even get to claim the business my order was online. It just goes to show that some people do care and they will help you even if you don’t give them your business. I wish I could give them more than just a review. Thanks for all your help! I recommend this store for all of your Sprint needs.

If I could give more stars I absolutely would. First off, every employee is super nice and helpful. My family always goes to Jessica H. for all our sprint needs. She is INCREDIBLE. She does everything she can to accommodate us and make sure we are happy. She didnt even take her lunch break to help us out. (Sorry!)She 100% goes above and beyond. We will always return to this store and work with Jessica in the future. Thanks!

Really 1 star is too many, the Store Manager Ben I believe is his name, offered to try to fix OUR expensive phone, But he is such a honest person HE STOLE IT and will not return it. Isnt that theft??? There is alot of other cell businesses even within 1 mile, Dont Trust a Thief or the people he represents!!!!

I was a Verizon customer for 11 years. That ended last week. Gabe hooked me up with a new iPhone. He was patient and beyond helpful. He set up my device, answered all of my obnoxious questions, and even stayed past closing to make sure I had all of my contacts transferred. Now, I have unlimited data and pay $10 less per month than what I was previously paying for only 15 gigs. If you want a change or need to upgrade your device, see these fine people and see what excellent service looks like!

I came in to have a new phone added to my account. First thing I asked was if it was possible and they told me it was. I waited a half hour to be helped and after another 1+ hour they were unable to get my new phone activated and had problems reactivating my original phone. After being here for 2 hours I was no further ahead. The next day I did everything online in 20 minutes or less. Also, after they suggested I buy a new screen protector and taking my old one off they did not have a glass protector in stock. They sold me on this Key Liquid screen protector. They swore to me it was amazing and would not scratch. Less than a month later my phone has scratches and they are unwilling to do anything about it. DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE LIQUID GLASS SCREEN PROTECTOR. The store manager even told me that she has it on her phone and she has multiple scratches but that she is just happy that the screen wont break. That is some BS. Who wants a screen protector that will scratch and that you can not replace. I can not believe I fell for it. Regardless for my stupidity to believe it, I will never visit this store again and hope others read this before going there. Go to the Sprint on Linden road where they truly take care of their customers.

Cant quite get their head around the concept of someone buying the phone outright I have been billed every month for phones I paid for up front. Seem that anything out of the ordinary is beyond them. Also the corporate office dosent believe they make mistakes so its hard to get them to listen to you. After further contact with this store I must amend my review, I have to add rude. Gave them one star because 0 was not an option

Well, I was just in the store for a good 5 or 10 mins and wasnt even greeted. When I decided to leave, no one said a word to me.There were 3 workers, 2 were with cutomers and one was just looking at me from behind the counter and didnt say a thing.I get the 2 who were busy, but at least greet people when they walk in...Guess I wont be switching to Sprint 😒Hello Verizon! Lol

I have called 2 to 3 times a week for the past 3 weeks and never get answer to my problem or even a returned phone call. Today I spoke with Rachael the store manager, she was very rude that I was expressing my frustrations with the process. I worked with Gabe inside the store and he did a great job and even followed up with me the next day. But from that day on I would not get a call back from Gabe or any else at the Burton Sprint store. I would also like to mention that Jessica was pleasure to work with when she took my phone calls and tried to help me to the best of her ability. I will never return back to this Sprint store!!!!!! Bad Customer service!!!!!!!

I just overall cant stand Sprint and only go into the store if necessary. I went in for a SIM card for my new phone, was asked to electronically initial acknowledging that I got it, only to find out when I got home that I had actually signed for insurance ony phone. Needless to say, I called and ripped the guy who waited on me a new one! Deceitful!

When you walk in the store and they all act like your an inconvenience. Then take 500 years to get the information you need. Don’t worry you as the customer service person don’t need to talk just guide me to the door lol! Not only that reason of poor customer service but horrible service everywhere! I wouldn’t keep sprint if you paid me! Verizon and AT&T I’ll will prove it in the future how horrible the services for sprint is when everyone goes to them for service! I can say the people at Verizon we’re very nice and very helpful, grear customer service and amazing cellular service! Sprint better upgrade a million towers and train their people how to have good customer service skills or you will lose your customers!

The best phone (Samsung S9 has 700 service that allows you to keep a call in stores where higher freqs will drop out and keep a call in remote areas where other freqs have a loss of signal if you encounter this problem 700 service is your answer. Make sure the phone has. 700 service the sales rep can find on the information on their computer insist on it ! Have them set the phone up on automatic to get the best signal for your area without 700 service you could be broke down and not be able to get help because of no signal (bad news in winter) its worth it ! This makes the cost of the phone give piece of mind

Not very professional.Took in an unused phone to turn in that I HAD to pay off THEN turn in. $350 for a USED iPhone with a lot of issues.Now Im having issues with my Galaxy S7 edge and I went to the store. They said the only thing I could do is go though my insurance, which is a $250 deductible on top of the $13/mo extra that I pay. Those f*ckers wont stop nickel and diming you to death. Last month by bill was $127. For ONE LINE. It was supposed to be half of T-Mobiles rate, but their rate for one line is $70 for everything (not including the device) I pay $100 a month alone just for my service. Anyways, I called them again to ask of I can get a different phone, and I said hello and they just hung up on me. When I went in there, there was ONE person ahead of me and two people working. I was standing in line for 25 minutes before I was helped.

Sprint company is shady doesnt care about anyone and the security of their people they let someone add a line to my account without my authorization and everytime I call about this problem they always hang up on me (customer service) i was with them since November of 2014 and when I do talk to someone they keep telling me theres no records or theres nothing to do and next time i talk to someone i will be calling the police

Today I went into the Sprint store to talk about my bill. I received a charge last month for data that I never used. When I called Sprint using *2, they told me that I had to go to the store in which I got my iPhone. As soon as I walked it, no one greeted me, even though there was no one else in the store. All of the employees were in the back room. When someone finally did come out, all he said was, What can I do for you? and not very nicely. He was rude, inconsiderate and even took my phone off the counter and dialed *2 instead of calling Sprint from his phone. I will NEVER return to this Sprint store, I will drive to a farther one because of this awful service.

Went into get a new iphone as my screen broke on my previous one. As I was checking out, the sales clerk (a gentlemen) started to talk to me regarding a promotion that they had for a bluetooth speaker that could be wireless. Upon asking questions, I was told that it would cost $9 only and then each month there would be a $2.50 decrease each month. I continued to ask if there would be an additional monthly charge and was reassured over and over again that I wouldnt get any charges. Well come to find out, in order to have this speaker there was a $25.00 a charge instead of $9 and monthly $12.50 billed to pay off the speaker. This is not the first time that sprint employees have lied and Im sure wont be the last. Beware of what youre purchasing and check for hidden fees before they trap you into something you were not expecting. I will NOT be going back to this store due to the false sales and advertisement.
