Marcus is the man! He’s the nicest coolest down to earth game stop employee that GameStop can have! Marcus is honestly hands down the most down to earth person you’ll meet in retail. Anything from games to funkos he will have a nice conversation that will leave you smiling and happy! My girlfriend has anxiety and she always asks to go to GameStop to see Marcus so that also makes my day! Thanks Marcus again!

Bought a $50 dollar Google play card and the card was no good... I believed that the card was never in the Google system before being put out on the sales floor

I dont come in here as often as I should. This specific gamestop is great. I brought a few games in trade and got more than expected. I also was able to put the money towards new games on a great promo. The people working here are smart, love video games and know what they are talking about.

The guys who work here are so friendly and seem to LOVE what they do. They also are very helpful with information. I didnt know what choice to make on a gift for my daughter and 2 gentleman went out of their way to inform me and I easily made my decision afterwards. Great place to go.

Thanks to these guys for straightening out a return issue we were having with customer service for a refurb PS4 that didnt work out of the box. I was gonna lose my mind trying to contact someone who spoke clear english to get a shipping label emailed that they failed to do twice. I called and went in and Matt and Marcus refunded everything and made my stepdaughter, who bought the system with her own hard-earned money, happy. Thanks a million, guys!!!

Gamestop is always a good place to find new and used games for a reasonable price. The loyalty program is nice too allowing you to save money on used games.

The two people who were working today (9/7/2020) were absolutely amazing!! They were courteous when I forgot my ID and welcomed me back once I returned. One of the cashiers talked to me about their favorite video games and animes. The second cashier (who I think? Might be the manager) came and chatted with us too. Today was a really great experience and I’m very thankful that this location is so well staffed.

They were kind and always help me finding the games I want. Even if they dont have it they point to another game stop that does nothing but nice things to say

I made a order on the 10th of February and its now the 19th and i still have not recieved all of my stuff yet. Corporate is not in tune with their stores they are rude and unprofessional i refuse to buy anything from them again

Good staff helped me with what i need help with also had very interesting conversation about mario beating sonic in a fight. Would highly recommend this location the staff have a good pasion for the product that they sell.

Marcus is awesome. The rest of the staff is great as well. But Marcus is knowledgeable and helpful beyond compare. Again everyone there is awesome but Marcus always seperates himself from them with knowledge you wouldnt expect a person to have and ideas to help you make a better decision when making a purchase.

Game stop has always been in it for money they rip you off with the gametop pro card and sales.I typically buy a game and return it in 7 days when I buy the used. I get bored with games. Its a struggle trying to find something that I will keep and having the interest in playing them.The games are pretty scarce when it comes to decent games anymore. I dont spend 60 dollars on new games.

Huge store with a lot of options. Was actually kinda surprised with the layout. Had all the games I wanted and some I didnt even know I did. Definitely has earned a 5 star rating from this gamer!

We came in just before closing, and the manager STILL took the time to explain all the current deals, as well as to chat with us for a few minutes before we made our exchange. The store is neatly organized and easy to find what you are looking for quickly.Very helpful staff.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Bought a $50 PS4 gift card that was faulty. Went back to check if it was activated and teller refused. Called Sony customer support. After 20 minutes on the phone, was finally told that Game Stops inability to properly activate these cards is an ongoing issue and it will take at minimum 2 days for me to receive my game credit. In fact, the rep from Sony even said herself that the card activity shown on her end looked shady and was something done on Gamestops end.TLDR - Was told by the Sony rep to simply buy digital codes opposed to physical gift cards to avoid these issues in the future.

My favorite GameStop in the area by far! Staff happily entertain my kids with their car knowledge of Pokemon and gaming! Lately they have given free promo items every time we are in, and the store manager is a gem of a human being!

Marcus is always so helpful and friendly. He makes going there so much better. The store is always clean and its very easy to find what we want.

This place was the very first place to give me a credit card after my credit was 550 FICO score. Now I have a score of 802 FICO and its all because this GameStop Place gave me a chance I still have the credit card I just havent used it in quite some time I want to be a pro member again so they can give you 25% more on your trade ins in-store credit. Its a wonderful program you really should try it its day enabled me to get a Visa card and Im about ready to buy my first home now.

For the Past 2 years this particular Gamestop was in a sort of slump, it felt like workers were coming and going constantly and they were just there to cash me out and pitch new sales. The new manager however has completely turned this place around. Almost every time Im there he takes the time to explain the new sales and deals and even gives me recommendations on games. All while being quick and getting me what I need to get.

My son is always buying games from here...st least once or twice per month. The representative is always knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. I will happily spend 200 per month in here!!!

After hearing the nightmare stories of gamestop (the company in general), its easy to write them off on principle. However, this store has some saving graces, biggest of all is the employees. I have been a long time shopper, and they will treat you right here.

Went in to look at Funkos, the employees were great and even helped us find another GameStop that had one in stock we had been hunting for. Always a good experience at this location.

Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and for me thats why I love this location over others. Selection is good, typical of any Gamestop. Trade-in values like any Gamestop are terrible, and you shouldnt ever really do it, but that is their company wide policy and it doesnt change my view of this location.

Would rate this place five stars, but they are severely understaffed and the wait to check out can be long at times. Besides that, the management and staff does a great job ensuring that you leave eith no questions unanswered and that you leave happy.

I wanted to say that their Asst. Mgr. Ashleigh is very rude, always has her boyfriend, or whatever he is, hanging around there when she is working. She ignores customers until she is asked for help a few times. Very rude!! Im sure there business will reflect this when she is supposed to be there working & not having her man there.

Corporate policy was ridiculous! Charged us $8 for 2 day delivery, took almost 2 weeks!

I bought a Ps4 from Game Stop and it was defective. Wouldnt stay on for more than an hour and kept over heating. They refused to give me my money back and instead replaced it with yet another defective system. I cannot get my money back and I dont want another defective system from there. Never going there again. Shipping my system out to get it fixed. Thanks Game Stop for the terrible gaming experience.
