Kinda ridiculous they dont give your money back after a day of purchasing an item that didnt work. Why give store credit or a new one of said item? Like, I would like to have the money I spent back so I can go else where and get the item SOMEWHERE else. Pretty upset about this.

Great place to find vinal records and old game systems

Very nice game replay store with alot of coveted items.I particulary like the expansion to retro comics and magazines. However, I purchased a game boy (at a very fair price) and pokemon gold (at average price for a working copy 40$) and the save data for pokemon would not actually save after power off. it looked like the game saved if you turned it on and off fast but leaving the game off for a minute left the file deleted. BE AWARE if you are buying old pokemon games from here and be prepared to change the internal battery yourself if you buy a copy here. i assume their repair guy used old batteries on the game. its important for these games to be sold like new esspecially for those uninitated in electronics repair.

If i could give this place no stars I would. Bought a bunch of ps2 games and half of them didnt work so they told us to bring our ps2 up to test them so they decided to clean the ps2 and now our ps2 wont even read discs anymore. I called to see what could be done and they person on the phone proceeded to tell me they never cleaned it and I have 2 witnesses who watched them use a mini air compressor. The person took my name and number to call their manager and I never heard back. Would not suggest going here unless you want broken games.

Always a great place to shop for retro games, they are also priced decently. Staff is always friendly and willing to help and answer your questions. If you are in the market for some retro games, it is recommended you give them a try. They have a location in Burton, Flint and Saginaw.

Simply put thats a no for me time time again Ive been let down this time I chose to call ahead to be sure they had the product I was looking for they said they had it in stock and will hold it for me when I walked in they said let me go back and get that 30 minutes later when I had to ask two employees only to be told they couldnt sell it to me it had been purchased by another customer on hold for pickup tomorrow although I had spoken to them less than 10 minutes earlier driven across two cities to get there before close and arrived with my five year old in tow no thank you any business that does business that way doesnt get my business if you say you have a product and you have a customer coming for it you should always be prepared to give that customer the product never turn them away

By far the best game place I found in the Flint area. The staff is incredibly polite and they have fair prices compared to their competitors. Would recommend 10/10 all my business will be through them from now on

I used to go here all the time when I was 10(5 years ago) but then I moved and Ive missed this store so much, they have friendly staff, they once gave me a break on buying a console because of the magnitude of games I brought in so I can buy the console, I miss this store but Im moving back soon so Ill be glad that I can go back to this amazing store that I love so much! But sometimes you can get a game that doesnt work, so i would ask if they can test it in front of you before you buy it, Im sure theyd happily oblige, Id highly recommend that youd go there

First time in the store today and had a wonderful experience. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very welcome as a first time customer. I would recommend this store for an awesome selection of games, movies, vinyl, game consoles and accessories, etc.

Very poor I was trying to sell a game system and 1 location sent me to their other location and that 1 said they didnt take the 1 i had and I told him his other location sent me to him and he said they wouldnt do that i told him he did and he refused to call him. If this had a 0 they world get a 0. Very poor NEVER again

Nice & friendly staff! treat customers with respect. My only problem with this place is I had my PS4 repaired here twice because HDM1 port keeps going out. The first time I had it repaired I had to bring it back the very next day because I was still experiencing the issue. He repaired it again in a timely matter free of cost. Fast Fwrd 7 months later I experienced the same issue. Once again I paid the repair fee 2 weeks later HDM1 port crashed on me again but this time when I contacted them I was told Id have to pay again.. Everyone I know says it probably wasnt glued down properly because I dont use the system enough for it to keep going out like that. Now I have a PS4 system I cant do anything with until I feel like making that third payment.

Great customer service! Dropped off a PS4 gor repair and it was done in a timely manner. For only having one tech, I was very pleased.

This store has very low trade and cash values. You got to watch this. Many times Ive found they are a little lower than some big name stores. Nice store yes and good people but. The mark ups on some stuff is just crazy.

They have a special for their dvds when you buy 4 you get the 5th free so I always try and find some of the older movies I like that arent available for streaming.

Very clean and fairly organized. Employees usually greet customers as they walk in but one in particular is fairly rude. Great selection of goods, though slightly above average pricing. As long as youre okay with that, its an all around great place.

Theyre selling used flat screens for more than what they are sold for brand new in stores. (offered to sell it at the same price as a new one. Sorry used should be cheaper.) The new play on in Davison has better prices and has more of a selection. Wont be going here again which is a bummer because I usually have a good experience here.

Employee was extremely rude to another employee after he was asked to help look up trade in prices, telling him not to bother looking them up period because my old games were a waste of time.He continued being a jerk to the other the gentleman helping me for another ten minutes or so, until the guy helping me gave up and told him to take care of me since he cared so much.I left, apologized on the way out to the employee helping me initially for his co-worker being such an *expletive*, and took my stuff to disc replay.

I really like the store, the prices, and I think the staff is the best out of any video game store Ive been to in the area. The only problem is the selection isnt as good as other more established stores that have been around longer. Its still definitely worth a look though.

Media Reload is it good store they just have a tendency sometimes when you get a used piece maybe theres something missing or a piece missing that shouldnt be missing but if you were trying to sell that exact same piece they would expect like never before but when you seem to want to buy something its always missing something but I dont understand how that possible. I also dont understand how they have two different locations can have the exact same game or accessory but at the different stores there two different prices hows that possible if youre the same store selling the same product shouldnt each item at the same stores be the exact same price

*UPDATE*- So, while I still had the frustration of driving back to the store again, Ive changed my rating due to how they handled it. Maybe it was tested, maybe not, Ill never know, but I do know that these are 20 year old disc based consoles, so who knows? Either way, they apologized, handled it well, and made it right with NO additional hassle. We all make mistakes, its how you handle them right? Still only 4 stars because of return policy. I still strongly dislike that I can hand over a $50 Bill (or more), and get something that doesnt work whatsoever, take it back (with receipt), and even if they havent got another one, I still cant have my $50 bill back so I can buy what I actually wanted elsewhere, but just store credit to buy something else that I dont want. Im still giving 4 stars because since they had another Saturn, this policy didnt bite me too hard, but I know if they didnt, Id be really really upset. When youre dealing with 20-30 Y/O things that they may not get another one of for a year, it seems like a racket you might wanna think twice about before getting involved in. Maybe ask do you have another if this doesnt work?l Truly good guys though. They earned back my business. *END UPDATE*~~~~~So, they sell me a GBC game, doesnt work. They tell me I can NOT have my money back (that I gave them) for the merchandise that didnt work AT ALL, only store credit. OK, well, Ill give you even more cash and buy a Sega Saturn console as long as theyre tested first. Are they??... Oh yeah, we test everything... guess what? Doesnt work, AT ALL. Nada, and guess what else, I cant have the cash I handed them back for this merchandise that is a block of plastic.

Great Customer Service. I Sold a Wii U Console, and some games at media Reload, The prices for the games were decent. But I was Only offered $50 For the Wii U Console, Controller/Tablet. Wireless Controller. If I Absolutely Did Not need cash right than, I Wouldnt have sold my Wii U to these guys. I Would Like to ask for an Increase, When it comes to buying Electronics .
