My husband and I have shopped here often and spent thousands of dollars, on ourselves and on gifts for others.We went in and our two year went right for the shoes. I immediately sat her down and started explaining to her that we don’t play with the shoes and began to put her own shoes back on her. A saleswoman came up and said, can she not play with the shoes?If she was any good at sales at all, she would have observed that my daughter was not playing with the shoes and I was parenting her.My husband was wanting to buy an $800 suit. He immediately changed his mind.On the way out, I said, that was very rude how you treated us and she just said bye and motioned for us to leave.I expect more from Armani. We won’t be shopping there again. As far as shoes go, we then went to Ferragamo and bought three pair.

Products are fantastic. They have a great selection of sizes, fits, and colors. I was just put off a bit by the hovering saleswoman. I acknowledge it is a challenging job and I am thankful they are open and working during the pandemic. But while trying on a couple suits, my partner became uncomfortable and we left. They carried sizes from 36 (46 EU) to over 52. We may have looked out of place as we are in our early 20s and did not wear designer labels into the store. But it was an odd thing to be followed from the front of the store to the rear clearance rack, back to the front, and then to the clearance section again all within the span of five minutes. We went on to a different outlet store and he found two suits that fit him perfectly and dropped a huge chunk of change on them instead. I love Armani, but be mindful of the sales approach.

I made two purchases then I found cheaper price online from the Company site! than the outlet that was shocking

The store was recently remodeled to reflect the high end merchandise they sell. Much more a boutique atmosphere than an outlet store. Excellent help inside the store. Very knowledgeable sales force. Some of the deals were amazing. I wouldnt normally be buying Armani because it is usually way out of my league price wise. Not here at the outlet. Some very deep discounts on really nice stuff. Nothing like wearing Armani. It definitely feels different. Great deals on shoes and accessories also. Extra deep discounts on the holiday weekend sales.

I wana bring it to the attentions that you have to be careful when you buy anything from armani and you have to check the item before you purchase it other wise they will not return it back to you if you find anything wrong with the item once you step out the store.I bought armani shirt for 265$ and after i went back home i noticed there is a stain on the shirt, but that wasnt the reason that made me go backnto the store and ask for exchange.The reason was i want to exchange it because i need bigger size, and i was astonished when the manager he was talking to me in slang way and telling me that this shirt was used and he is not able to exchanged...i tried to tell him how i used it and its not my size and i need the same tishert but bigger size other wise why i need to exchange it and i tried to explain to him maybe previous cutomer touched it and his hand was dirty but the manager he was very stubborn and he left me with my gf and he went insideI never expected action like this to come from armani and specially from store manager.I contacted the company insent them 4 emails they just replied the first email and i didnt heard anything from them since 2 weeksThis is really shame ....

Had to drive across god forsaken calabassas, ducking for stray bullets, to get here and find out they arent even an emporio outlet. Oh, I guess thats my fault
