Extremely clean and very easy to get in and out of the storage unit. I was moving during a very busy time and I was able to complete all the paperwork online. They then sent me any information I would need to access my unit to my email, so I could move everything in on my own time. Highly recommend!

We took a unit in November 2020 at $290. In May 2021 we received a letter saying a “ modest” increase of 40% would be in effect in July. It is Sept and we just got another letter saying our rate would go up again to $470 next month. I feel like a hostage, not a customer. Watch out!

I picked this location based on convenience but I was more than surprised with the service and facilities. I was in a hurry and short on patience. The lovely lady in the front was quick, concise, patient, helpful and I couldn’t be more thankful. Turned an intense day/moment into a breeze. The facilities themselves are very clean and climate control is helpful for things you care about.

There was a small hiccup in the entry code, but it was quickly fixed. Staff went above and beyond what was necessary to apologize for the mistake. Facility is clean, well-lit, and easy to get in and out of

They raised my unit price from 205 to 304 because they felt like it. Horrible place and you can never get a hold of the owners. I don’t recommend at all

We have had two rentals from Canton Self Storage and the staff have been a exceptional! The place is extremely clean and they have plenty of carts available at all the entrances to help with transporting your stuff. Thoroughly pleased with our experiences!

This place is a joke. They told me when I first rented a unit that the rent wouldn’t go up in the first 6 months of being there. It did. I haven’t even been in the unit for a year and it has raised three times already. Don’t bother calling management because all they say is “I’ll have someone call you back” and that call never comes. They raise the rent on a whim any time they feel like it. I do not recommend this place to anyone

I have been a member since this site opened. I needed to add storage and was quickly accommodated. The benefits of a free month are not applicable for additional units so that was my one disappointment. Thankfully I have a discount for multiple units.Service by Kara is OUTSTANDING - to walk in an office and be greeted by my first name with no warning for her, I have to support this agency. She is great at addressing and assessing needs.

Based on the outstanding customer service provided by the gentleman in the office, I would rate 5 stars. However, access to the facility knocks it down to 3 starts for me. Last weekend, in the pouring down rain, I could not drive under the portico because someone and parked a loaded trailer there and just left it. I can understand not being able to drive under because it is being used, but not because someone just left a loaded trailer unattended.The biggest issue, though, was that at 7:00 a.m. this morning the doors were absolutely wide open with no one present. I had a fully loaded car to unload, but was worried about my safety not knowing if the doors had been open all night for just anyone off the street to walk into the facility. I have always rented outside access storage before because I did not trust the security of the inside self storage facilities. This morning was a prime example of why. All of the security cameras are great for after the crime has been committed, but does not make me feel very safe when entering the facility when the doors are not secured.My second experience renting with this place has been fantastic!

I had a good experience even from the initial phone calls. Then when I arrived it was even better! I appreciate the kind way that I was treated. The storage spaces are clean and roomy, I recommend highly.

While the facility is nice, clean and fairly easy to access, the disappointing part of this place is the lack of customer service. It took me almost a week, to get someone to call me back on a simple question. The onsite manager apparently does not think answering the phone is part of her responsibilities. I spoke more to the overflow agents on several occasions, when I finally asked the overflow agent to call that facility to see if anyone was actually there. Within 5 minutes, I got a call from the onsite manager. Customer service should be the #1 responsibility to tend too, it should not be my responsibility to make several calls to force a call back.Moving on, on their property, they have a van in plain sight from the street, that clearly states FREE USE OF VAN, IF YOU RENT WITH US. Well, taking this into account when making a decision to rent here. I wanted to ask about how one goes about reserving this van. Much to my surprise, the same facility manager, stated that due to occupancy rates (not sure i understand that excuse) and COVID the van was no longer available to tenants. Of course, they failed to mention that when I came in to sign the lease papers or when they were telling you about how to use the facility.To be clear, I dont have a problem so much with them not allowing the van to be used, BUT I have a HUGE problem with them having the visible advertising for people driving by and then failing to mention that it was not available to tenants when I had to come up to sign the lease paperwork.Bottom line, nice facility...staff needs to be retrained on customer service.

I have a storage unit there and was $59.00 for the first year then it went up to $64.00. Now they have raised there prices to $99.00. That is a huge difference! Time to get out!
