We have been using a SecurCare climate controlled space for several months during a move. The local manager for the Canton location is Kevin, and he has been great to work with at every turn. A close friend rented a storage unit today. The property manager Kevin was extremely welcoming and helpful. The units seem clean and well kept.

Storage companies are a rip off! If your things are in a unit for even one day pass the due date they charge you for the entire month! Dont loose the key to your lock, they will charge you $35 to cut it off! Where is the customer service in this??

Stuff got mold from this place. This placed called me wanting to know how they can make it right. I left them message told them I be happy to talk with them. About it but never returned my call. There was things I had stored there that could not be replaced. Very disappointed in this place

We have had a storage unit with them since 2009 and they have been great. Roxanne has always been very helpful with anything we needed. I highly recommend them!

I was worried that i wouldnt be able to get the unit i needed for the price that i was quoted online. However, Kevin was able to get the unit size i needed, at the price quoted and with me being disabled, found a unit that was easily accessible. Thank you Kevin.

Recently updated with secure gates and a new office, staff is always helpful and I always feel safe here even at night

For the 6th time in the 6 months weve had our 3 units here, nobody is there to take our payment. Were spending $500 a month storing our entire houseful of belongings. You can hardly ever get anybody on the phone & if you do they tell you theyll be closed from this to that time for lunch, but really thats never accurate. When we showed up with our movers (that are paid by the hour BTW) during the time slot they told us to come, the guy wasnt there then either. He returned 45 mins later! You cant make payments over the phone because the system is screwed up & has been since May, you just sit on never-ending hold. We have been cussed at for making a late payment, due to nobody being there the 3 times we had tried to pay the bill over a 2 day period before that. The same guy told us that taking payments wasnt even his job & that he didnt know how to split payments between 2 cards. He ended up literally throwing the receipt & a few more choice words at my husband after finally processing a single card transaction for him, yes...I said he THREW the receipt. I would never recommend this high priced, rude company to anybody.

Less than one star!!I recently moved out of my unit and majority of my things were ruined by rat infestation! Never notified by the company and no response to emails.Now my furniture is ruined.I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone at anytime!!I payed them way to much to have my things ruined!!Extremely dissatisfied!!!
