It’s been crazy so my review is really late but the young lady who works the front desk was AMAZING! She definitely assisted us in bind when she didn’t have to. I definitely recommend this facility.

Val was incredible. We drove in from San Antonio and she helped us was very patient and knowledgeable. I would recommend facility to anyone. Most of all I would like to thank Val . She runs a very clean facility and she is wonderful to deal with. Thanks again.

I made a payment error and tried to correct same day. The store manager there was not helpful and directed me to Corperate which they had no idea how to assist. My rent went up and I was told she would see if I could get the same rate and days later no reply. I ended up moving my things out. She was less than helpful and did not want me to wait for my close out receipt. I said I need proof of closure she did not want to do the inspection and thought I was someone that would take her work for it. I am not. I waited for proof. Given the history, I knew she would not follow up. She was offended at this and called me rude she didn’t want to help me previously and I told her I didn’t trust that she would keep her word. I called the dm back last week and no reply from this error. Would not rent here again due to poor customer service. It’s not anyone’s fault her life is so miserable and she has to project that energy onto people needed assistance. She put herself in that position.

This facility is not only spotless and very organized but most importantly, very very secure!! No one can get in or out of the facility without their individual codes being entered when passing through the iron gate. Security cameras all over the place and INSIDE also.The manager of the facility, Val, is fabulous!There was no hesitations to answer any of our questions or inquiries. Our storage unit was the perfect size when we described how many things we had to put in it. Val is very knowledgeable and professional and I feel very confident that our property will be very well cared for all the while stored there.

This location is one of the best locations Public Storage has. Its well maintained. Its clean and easy to navigate. I had the pleasure of working with the property Manager, Val and I couldnt have asked for better customer service. She was very kind and understanding with the fact that I had just lost my grandmother and was kind of out of sorts. She was professional and made storing my grandmothers belongings just a little bit easier. Thank you again Val for all your help!!!

Val the sales rep, was awesome! She greeted me as I entered. She explained everything and made me feel really comfortable, leaving my household items in storage. She made sure the unit size accommodated my needs, and made sure I was knowledgeable with the codes before leaving! OH EM GEE! My boyfriend and I are moving into a place together and so we needed storage. As soon as we walked into the facility, we were met with warm welcomes and kindness. Val & Lisa are a great combination for this company! They reviewed everything we were looking to store, and from that, determined the perfect space for us. The deals PS offers are great! Although Lisa was only on her 3rd day of training, we could hardly tell. It’s as if she’s been doing it forever. And Val was sooooo knowledgeable about everything! I called the offsite call center to get some information and they gave me a get deal and a great location. The gentleman i spoke with reserved me a space at the Michigan ave in canton location. the property manger Val called me with in minutes of getting of the phone with the call center. Val introduced her self and why she was calling. she was very detailed and prompt. We played phone tag for a few days finally I just went up to the location. Once we got there the unit we reserved was no longer available but Val made sure to help us find a unit that was in our price range and size. She took her time and walked us through everything. She made sure we had everything we needed. The grounds are clean and well maintained. Val made our experience better than we expected. Moving is stressful already and Val made sure this part of it was not stressful at all.

Good but after 6mts the price goes up.

Val did an incredible job, from preparing my arrival over the phone, provided specific instructions for safety protocol due to Covid-10. From the moment I arrived, I was waived to led to my prospective new unit. Went back to the office and she seamlessly worked up my information while training a new team member and not missing a beat. Everything was clear, I was offered a few additional products with explanations of the benefits and purchased a few because I hadnt anticipated needed them but her experience showed through. Besides social distancing which was not even a factor because of the office set up, everything went great and I was happy with the ease of the experience and will definitely recommend folks to this storage facility. Everything was great!!!

The location of this facility worked very well for me. The rental process was so quick and painless and that is due to Val, the property manager. She was so professional and so informative about the storage units. I couldnt believe how well everything went. I dreaded going there and trying to figure out what size to get and she just made everything so simple and very easy for me....I just cant say enough good things about her. Two thumbs up for Val!

Clean facility however the door to access the inside units was broken and would not allow entry. A second door was provided that was further away from my unit.

My first storage rental experience has been very positive! Val called me almost as soon as I made my reservation online, which was much appreciated! She made it easy to schedule (and reschedule when I was running late), and walked me through the entire set up process clearly and professionally. Highly recommend this location!

Terrible location. The employee Val is unprofessional, rude and incompetent of having a PROFESSIONAL conversation without being irate. Do not waste your money with this location or company.

Val was attentive, helpful and knowledgeable from start to finish. Items remained safe and dry. Price increases regularly made me reconsider storing in garage which I did.

Kris has helped me on two separate occasions with buying an insane amount of boxes. Both times she was extremely friendly and actually helped get the boxes to my car and made sure that they fit. Always smiling and very lovely. 5 stars

I needed a storage unit between Ann Arbor and Livonia quickly. This site had an awesome deal online and I was able to head in the same day and get everything squared away. My needs changed two months later and they were able to switch me to a smaller unit, in the same building, with no hassle at all.And! The staff is awesome. Very friendly and genuine. Spent an hour talking and laughing about Uhaul jokes with them once without even realizing it.

I am so thrilled to be using this facility for my storing needs. Val was very helpful on the phone when setting up my appointment, and Kari was wonderful in showing me everything I needed to know to start the move in process. Everything was so clean and organized, which is a huge plus for me. Exactly what I was looking for. Everyone is extremely friendly and I know my items will be stored very safely and secure there. First time having to use a public storage and had a great property manager by the name of Val who has an infectious spirit and explained everything so wonderful that I would recommend this place very highly. Val walked me through the facility and gave me a extremely professional briefing on the contract and the workings of the property. This location was very well-organized, and my unit manager, Val, was very professional and knowledgeable about the products and services. When I needed to adjust my move-in date because I was driving from out of state, Val was flexible and able to reschedule me seamlessly. Climate-controlled access all on first floor level is a huge asset to this location.

I am very satisfied with my choice to use Public Storage at this particular location, my unit was clean and ready to go. The staff here was incredibly helpful in assisting me with choosing the space that would be adequate for my belongings. Val, Rita, and Raj were all very professional and knowledgeable and I felt that they genuinely cared about my experience. Moving can be very stressful but they helped this aspect of it easy.

Today was my first time ever to rent a storage unit. Ive been moving for the past 3 weeks and my level of stress is high. Upon arriving in the office, I was warmly greeted by Val. There was a woman before me in line and Val new her by name. Very nice. I expressed not only my anxiety of the process but also the limited time I had as my movers were to arrive in half an hour. Val took me to my storage unit, explain and demonstrated how to work the lock and was encouraging when I was frustrated. KAREN IS THE REASON FOR 5 STARS!!!There arent enough stars that one could give to Karen. Shes so helpful and knowledgeable about Public Storage. Those are 2 things I always keep in mind when considering someones customer service. But not only those 2 qualities does she bear, shes also VERY considerate, polite, and pleasant. When I first moved in, she was so friendly, I wanted to go back just to talk to her. Shes a very beautiful person. Her beauty also comes from within. I hope Public Storage knows what they have with Karen. Shes pure delight. Ive been to other storage facilities (other public storage locations included) and decided not to go with them for lack of a customer service experience.More often than not, Public Storage has a good reputation. However, after dealing with Karen, youll leave feeling comfortable, satisfied, informed, and most of all safe after speaking with her.

I needed a climate controlled unit as I am moving and need to store some wooden furniture. This facility is perfect, easy in and easy out. Loading was easy as well. The staff are extremely pleasant and check to see if all my needs are still being met. The unit I rented was clean and well maintained.
