Alexis is the best. We thought our property was a hard location to place U-boxes, but she made it look so easy. We live on an old dirt road the real backwoods and this wonder woman made it happen. This is our first time using/needing on the property storage. We had 4 boxes that held living room, dinning room, kitchen, and one bedroom. We probably could have done it in three if we were more organized 😅, but better safe than sorry. Big thanks to Alexis!!

We greatly appreciate this location. The guys there are very knowledgeable and helpful with deciding what size trucks to rent. We needed another one and Cody was aware of us while helping someone else, even though they we’re about to close. I will definitely use this location again.

Walked right in, easy to find packing supplies and was offered help. Great customer service, and even got help out to the car with everything.

Charles is the man with the hitch installs. Went out of his way to do the job and do it right. Greatly appreciated, and have my second suv scheduled for next week.

Absolutely abysmal experience with this facility. The general manager refused to work with us when the facility made a mistake and would not fix a problem. He treated us in a rude and condescending manner. I will NEVER work with this location again and warn others to do the same. Many other great storage facilities in the area, no need to choose one with such terrible lack of concern for their customers.

The over charged me by 75.00 when I picked up the truck, and after messing up my account and. Trying to say I was lying about the 132.99 charge when I picked up the truck, I drove the exact amount of miles estimated, returned with more gas then when I left, cleaned the truck out and sweet the back, and after all the headache and the frustration, they acted like they didnt care, nice guys, but absolutely clueless on customer service, I will make sure I prevent as many people from renting from them and making the same mistake I did, o and the manager, told me they were hacked by russians, ur personal info is not secure with u haul.

If you do business with this location be prepared to be misled!. They tell you that you can return any unused boxes for a refund but that doesnt always happen. It will depend on the individual that ends up helping you. I was refused a refund even though I was buying other products because the credits they give you dont take effect until 24 hours after its issued. Really have no idea why thats even a thing! I was disappointed but figured I would be going back. Went back to use the credit and purchase some additional items but there was no one at the store that knew how to use the credit voucher that THEY ISSUED. The young man that was helping me said that he wasnt worried about the couple of boxes that I was trying to use the credit to purchase and didnt want me to wait any longer. He said he would call me the next day to resolve the issue once hes had a chance to find out how to process it. Needless to say, I never heard from him or anyone else from U-Haul but when I looked at my bank info a few days later, they did end up charging me for those boxes anyway and I have still not been able to use the credit they issued. Dont even think about calling the store location unless you have quite a bit of time to kill. They like to play you all their commercials while they have you as a captive audience. When I finally did get someone on the line, they werent helpful and said they were transferring me to their manager but, after another 15 minutes on hold, instead transferred me to the corporate customer service who were absolutely no help. They attempted to call the manager of the store, with no luck and finally decided their only solution was to send an email to the manager with my contact information. If previous history is any indication, I will very surprised if anyone at U-Haul ever follows through!

I cannot say enough good things about this business. Today, we picked up a Uhaul from a different location. We realized quickly that the truck we picked-up was going to be too large and too difficult to utilize. We stopped by this location and spoke with Charles. Charles was able to work with us and provide a smaller truck for us to take to Miami. After he worked so hard to provide a solution, he then came outside and helped us take all of the items that we had already placed in the Uhaul, into the other Uhaul. We truly appreciate all their help and assistance!

Blah.... Typical Uhaul location. You have to beg someone for their attention to earn a dollar. Waited 15 minutes for someone to help me hook up a trailer, and then 25 minutes when I returned. I would love to say they were busy, but I was the only one there both times.

First off the staff is great when you go into the facility but if you call you can’t get no answer on the phone. I’ve tried several times a day for four days straight and couldn’t reach anyone to answer to pay my bill and have there lock removed. The prices for a little unit is kinda high compared to anyone else but the units are all inside though.

EXCELLENT experience! Reserved a 15 truck. Got there to pick it up and asked if we could get a 20 truck, instead. Not only did they give it to us, but they didnt charge us the difference AND threw in enough mileage to cover our move. Truck was practically brand new. Very efficient, capable, professional service. We were well taken care of and will definitely return!!! Highly recommended!

Usually wait 30 min to get someone to fill propane tanks or leave and search for the next place like cloud supply in canton

This place is awesome! They truly care about the customer, unlike some other local Uhaul locations. Denise was especially helpful during my most recent rental. I have rented trucks from them twice, and each time they made suggestions that saved me money. I love how they run their business and highly recommend this location.

I rented a 79ft truck from them and they gave me an extra foot of truck for free. The truck had a dern snake painted on the side and said something about a Arizona mud rattler. Anyway I enjoyed dealing with them and I felt like the king of the highway all day while we were moving grandaddy up to the lake.

Best staff and crew of any U haul in the state. Highly recommended. Will do business here again for sure.Charles and Toby are great guys to help with all hitching needs.

Reserved a truck online and it was ready when I arrived 30 minutes early. Turkey was in good shape. Check back in was very efficient.

Loved it. The clerk found an error with the paperwork on the fuel from another location and informed me that they were not supposed to send out the truck with low fuel. She didnt charge me for going over on the mileage. She didnt charge for bringing the truck back with low fuel since the other location wasnt supposed to send it out.

Rented a cargo van from this location, i live in the area so i see all the great changes they made to this location. Decided to check them out although i saw some not so nice reviews. Reserved the cargo van online, drove to location, van was parked waiting for me. You cant please everyone so if somewhere has a few bad reviews i am ok with that. Cant say anything about the bigger uhaul vehicles but my experience with the cargo van was awesome.

Horrible customer service! They deserve zero stars. The lady (I cant remember her name, but you will know her by how loud and rude she is) was horrible! We had a truck reserved for 4:00 on the 18th. She called and said it wouldnt be until 5:00 until we could get the truck. Five oclock came and she said there werent any trucks available. We asked why did we give our credit card to reserve a truck if we werent going to get one. Then, she accused us of not reserving it (we had the receipt showing we did) and yelled at my mom to CALM DOWN! They were going to charge us $508. Lucky for us it worked out the way it did because we found the same truck at Kotic Customs for $328. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!

Terrible experience! The office manager, Denise Bennett, clearly hates to work here and her customer service is a reflection of that. She was rude, condescending, and when we commented about it she said you know what? I dont have to rent anything to you and returned the paperwork! Even though we had pre-rented the truck online.We called her boss, JL Alveranga, and he fixed the issue, (for which we are grateful for) but certainty Denise is a representative of U-haul and her attitude makes me think that it is better to do business somewhere else.
