Their move-in and move-out process was easy, however when I moved out, the majority of my belongings had mold on them despite being in a climate controlled unit for only three months. They let the temperature reach 80 degrees in the summer and do not control for humidity. Local management acknowledged that it felt warm in the climate controlled area, but regional management was completely unwilling to accept any responsibility or remedy the situation in the future, so beware.

This was a great place to have a storage I had controlled climate but the only reason I didnt give 5 stars was cause there were times I called during store hours and nobody picked up. Also the restroom was at the far corner of the building I feel like another restroom on the other end would be greatly appreciated and there was no toilet paper and it needed some maintenance or tlc. Other than that they were friendly and helpful when available. I would definitely Italy recommend this storage to others. Only had the storage for 2 months but it was totally worth it!.

The manager here is amazing, I reserved online, she called next morning to check if I had any questions, went in later that day to rent unit, process was fast, please beware of hidden fees, $24 admin fee when signing up and they make you buy a lock, another $20. So first month might be free but plan to spend $50 up front and they force you to get insurance. But then staff was amazing.

Why are they so expensive? Maybe i open one and it wont be expensive. Prices are outrageous!

Jared, the manager is a standup guy, helpful, and gives excellent customer service. From booking and arranging a unit on line, to paying each month, their web services are great.
