After an hour and a half of waiting, the truck never showed up. I never received any communication to let me know that the truck was not available. They had my phone number and email on record, so there is no excuse for the lack of communication. The guys at Home Depot Tool Rental were super nice and helped me cancel my truck rental after I gave up waiting, but I cant say anything positive about the Penske truck rental experience. Never again.

The truck was like brand new drove like a dream I had a short travel so it didnt cost me very much

Very friendly staff no matter what time of day or night youre there.Gotta stay on top of your bill thought, cuz there usually is a lack of communication especially if you drop off after hours.
