It was a nice experience for shopping there my first time. The store is clean and organized. I didnt feel like I was being harrassed or pressured when comparing colors and deciding on my purchase. The associate was very helpful. She provided a lot of good, knowledgeable information to help me determine the best type of paint to use for my project.

I love that its smaller than the big box stores and items are easier to find, but the best part is the help. They are usually very knowledgeable and always extremely helpful. They acknowledge you when you walk in the door and I never have to wait very long to be helped.

The associate who helped me with my paint purchase was very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me get absolutely everything I needed to complete my project and be on my way in a timely manner.

I cant speak for all Sherwin-Williams but the one on Tuscarawas Street at the Mellet mall is excellent. The staff there, and Im speaking of Jim and Mike of course, are great, very friendly, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. If there were a Sherwin-Williams around the corner from me I would still take the time to drive out to the Tuscarawas Street location just for the service and the knowledge oh Im sorry there is one closer to me on 62 but I rarely go there and the one on Applegrove I completely dislike only because of the manager Kendra.

Even with a 30% discount this paint is to expensive! i have always used walmart or home depot or lowes paint much cheaper and never had a problem with how it goes on or the end result! i have used you paint the last 2 projects and no difference...and the last job i did i told them how big my room was they told me i needed 2 gallons and i disnt even use 1 whole gallon...waste of $40
