The people at this location will help you out more than any other location are the only ones that could do what I needed and they were willing to order the phones I wanted everybody else just wanted to sell me the phones in the store highly recommend any dealings you need to do in-person go to this store
Paul was my salesman. Excellent service. Took very good care of me. I had to return my phone due to dropped calls. Unfortunately replacement not much better, but five stars to the staff at the store and Paul my sales person. I am elderly and appreciate the excellent help I got from him in every part of the journey.

Choose another store! Avoid this one...I bought a flip-phone two weeks ago, since I had to return my iPhone and wait for the repair made by apple. The guy charged me 70$ for a phone, which is new on the internet for 15$. When he sold it to me, he said it was a new phone but the receipt apparently said used phone. The day I bought it, my iPhone arrived and I didnt used the overpriced flip-phone at all. When I then, after 10 days (within the legal 14 days of return) tried to return the unused phone, they just told me I cant, even tho the original foil was still on it.I lost $70 bucks which is a total rip off. DO NOT go there, thats my advice.

Ive Been doin business here for years. Stated that i was having issues with my phone service dropping and not making or recieving calls...guy that works there started setting me up a new phone that costs about 90 dollars total including service fee...luckly I overheard worker talking with someone about the phone towers being down because 5g is being installed....rang me up for the new phone and sevice fee for switching phone only fpr the new phone to have the same issues as old one (calls and texts not being able to be made because of towers being down)....was advised that i have to come back in about 3 hours to get my refund for THEIR misinforming me about towers...only to take time out of my already very busy schedule to return 3 hours later to have them tell me they cant refund ALL my money that i have to call customer service (which is down at the time i tried calling many times) for the other half of my money...stared asking me all sorts of irrelavant questions to do wit my account which i am already in a rush...as I started to question why i was being asked all this being that ive been coming here for years and the only thing im ever asked is my account name and password, mr raheem (the owner I suspect) then hands me my phone implying that i leave the store. NEVER been this insluted before now Im stuck with aother phone and mine was working fine....will NEVER be doing buisness there again!

SCAM ALERT :Shady Spanish guy behind the counter tried to run a scam on me using the promotion.I caught right on to that game and went to another metro store further southwest and got the actual promotional pricing.Tried to get me to pay tax on the full retail value of the phones. Thats the oldest scam in the book.Only EVER pay sales tax on the total sale price!
Very patient and courteous staff here super helpful if possible had to get a replacement phone and they took care of it and contacted me as soon as it was ready
Simply the worse. Unptoffesional, they gave me wrong.information causing me to waste.a lot of time girl nothing. Eventually I got much better service and plan.price over the net.

Kudos to Paul. Went in with which I thought was a complicated problem with my phone and he resolved it in a flash. I sought help at the other store on Pine Island Rd near Fosters Grille and they just scratched their head, while saying its just a cheap phone. Santa Barbara store for me from here on in. Everything was done with a minimum of fuss and very expertly processed. Walked in beat up old phone and walked out brand new one.
Prices are getting to high for the services that are provided and lack of phone choices and its hard to get financing on phones I had them for 5 years and just had to switch went to Xfinity mobile and got financed for a new phone and 45 unlimited plan probably wont go back until prices drop and costumer servis gets better

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Terrible customer service. I purchased a phone from them about a week ago and it stopped charging. My wife took it back, they replaced the battery and said it was ok. The next day the phone had not charged overnight. I went in and explained to the girl at the counter that i wanted to return my defective phone for a new one. First thing out of her mouth was it doesnt work that way. She explained that in order to get another phone it would have to be done through warranty and that it would take 2-3 days, of which i would not have a phone. The other thing I could do she said was go to a Metro corporate store, there they could exchange it on the spot. She said Metro does not let them exchange phones on the spot which is a lie. I told the rep at the corporate store what happed and he explained to me that the reason they do not do returns and send every one there is because it take 30 days for them to get the money back from Metro. So instead of servicing the customer they take your money on the sale and send you off to corporate when you need help. I will not support this or any other authorized dealer again. Save yourself the aggravation, buy only from corporate stores. Maybe when they have no buisness they will figure out that customer service is an important part of it...

Went to pay phone bill and hopefully exchange an old phone I wanted to use again the woman was rude and basically called me a liar after telling her there was no damage to the phone saying that I must have used it as a beer bottle opener and that the person who said they would help me that worked at that store they arent affiliated with them. Horrible customer service .

I bought an Alcatel phone, a week the audio in IMO Speaker did not work anymore. I went back to this store where I bought it. No solution, they do not know how to fix it, and they do not have a return policy, their only solution is to pay more in another office for a replacement. Conclusion, or pay or you stay with your broken telefonito. Do not go there, avoid the bad moment, in the end they will not solve anything.
