Update: no further response once I sent pictures to customer service. However, dared to try out the CP store again and this time even agreed to sign up for their credit card based on their promise of 10% discount. My purchase was rather large again. Well they set me up with the card, but apparently forgot the 10% discount. So will cancel card and make a check mark for this store. Don’t regret spending over 2K there, but gotta learn my lesson. There are other nice stores.picked up another outdoor wicker furniture sectional piece today. Was planning to use it interior. Unfortunately, this piece has been either used in the store or used and returned by a customer. the bottom portion is covered in spiderwebs and once touching it, your hands are dirty. Its very unfortunate, considering the price for the piece is $400. I didnt realize it when it was loaded on the car and the box was removed to fit. I was told I cannot return it without the box and the box is at the store :) Also, I drove an hour to the store, since most stores in the area dont have this piece, so just to try returning it in person will be a task and might be unsuccessful. Disappointed!

A lot good stuff for the home. I got what I needed and worked hard not to over spend lol I seen these Christmas trees! So cool!

This is the most organized At Home store in the greater Austin area. Organization and presentation goes a long way towards making me want to shop and buy in any retail establishment. And friendly, helpful staff. I found all of these at the At Home store in Cedar Park. I was shopping for artwork, waste receptacles and utility carts on wheels. Found everything I was looking for and a few things I didnt know I was looking for. I live a good drive away from this particular At Home store, but it is definitely worth a little longer drive to find all of the things that help you make your house into your home. 👍👍👍👍👍

Went for the first time and had a blast looking around! A lot of the outside patio furniture is 50% off. Halloween decorations galore! Furniture, rugs, home decor...everything to meet your living and decorational needs!

Its a tough one. The location, and curb appeal brought me in. But the quality and Price didnt match up for me. Most furniture was falling apart, and was waaaay overpriced.Isles were clean and organized though.Its a great place to get ideas from for staging a home for sale, or maybe even dish towels.

I LOVE this store! I would drop an entire paycheck if I could get away with it. The wide array of designs, colors, styles in everything is great. They offer art supplies, home and garden, office firm, patio furniture, rugs and so much more.

So much decor, but whats in the store changes rapidly so buy it now. Store staff is friendly and helpful. They have rewards you can sign up for as well! Its free! Good quality and so many theme options on the decor. If you holidays like I do, youll wanna grab a coffee and come cruise!

Huge selection of home furnishings! I was impressed by the volume and variety of home decor and furniture. I was looking for an accent chair and barstools. I didnt find a chair that suits my needs, but I did find lots of choices for barstools. I took off one star because it looks like it has been a while since an employee had been to straighten/tidy shelves.

Well of course I love this store, love, love the merchandising as I am a merchandiser myself. Since the store is so large, I always find what Im looking for. Worth a visit if you have never been but, plan on at least 1/2 hr

Decent products and decent prices but consistently terrible service and speed at the register. Every time I go I stand in line at the register for a minimum of 15 minutes often much longer. Every other big box store has figured out how to get customers checked out at a reasonable pace.

At home as a really unique place in my opinion. You can find a whole lot of random stuff at this place. I know used to be Garden Ridge, used to work for them about 20 years ago before I join the military. Although the name has changed what they do hasnt and what they sell also hasnt change. I went there today to check them out and they were pretty busy. There was a really long line but it went fairly quickly. Waited under 10 minutes to get the cashier.

Went to pick up a floor throw pillows. Sales associate in department was very helpful and friendly. The store had a variety of colors and textures. Check out was well organized with marks on floor to help with social distancing. Some customers had on masks and most associates that I saw did not.

This place is huge and the bright interior is a big improvement over the old Garden Ridge branded stores. However, the prices arent great, the styles often feel a few years out of date, and way too much of the store is dedicated to Christmas for too many months. Staff have never been very helpful.

When you return things (within their return time) they should give you a full refund. Not At Home...after Christmas they will only give you the amount it is selling for right now. Terribly business practices and just makes them look cheap. Will not be shopping there anymore

This store has good items but not all are marked. I found an item on clearance that was damaged. When I went to check out it took 30 minutes to find a price. The manager, Cindy Finally showed up was very rude And offered no pleasantries and almost accused me of removing a tag. I spend $130 On other items but left without the Item in question when she only offered a 10 percent discount! What a terrible experience!

Busy! Even with Covid! Store had safety measures in place which were greatly appreciated. Found some good deals at a good regular price and on clearance. Love the variety. I can always find that knick knack home decor at a decent price. Already has Halloween and Christmas stuff for sale!

Pack a lunch. So much great stuff...youll spend the entire day there if you love interior design as much as I do. Everything you need for a beautiful home and more. Knickknacks are a little pricy in my opinion but there are tons of great deals too. The rug selection...is the best in Texas. The accessories are so abundant...youll have trouble narrowing your selection.

Went there Saturday to look at outdoor furniture and I seen a few things I liked, but the line to check out circled around to the clearance tables in the middle of the store, and only 3 people where working the registers. Hire more people At Home, you can afford it!!

This is a h-u-g-e store. If you are looking for exercise, a large selection, good prices and fairly decent quality...this will meet most of your needs. I have been impressed with their rugs, outdoor cushions/furniture and seasonal (Christmas) items. Checkout can be trying at times (lights above available registers would be a plus). Parking has never been a problem. H-u-g-e store.

They are an awesome store. All kinds of home decor. We found it on an accident. But we are glad we did. It has helped to decorate a couple of rooms in our house. We need to go back and see whats new. The whole store has inside and outside decor. And its at reasonable prices too.

This place didnt even have coffee makers or coffee bean grinders. Better items to be found at Home Goods.

Love this store! Great place for home decor at a good price. There are sooooooo many options here you are bound to find something you like. They also have stuff like benches, bar stools, cabinets, frames and lamps..... Everything you can think of. We found a rug here recently on clearance for $40 - awesome deal. Love just going through the store and browsing.

Wow this place is absolutely incredible for home goods! We found great quality items (rugs, paintings, etc.) for extremely reasonable prices! If you are looking to decorate a house on a budget, but look high quality, this is the place for you!! We love all of the items we purchased and use all of them heavily!!

I absolutely love this store. Has everything you need to decorate the inside and outside of your home. I could spend 3 to 4 hours in here easy and not notice the time because that is how much stuff they have in here and it is reasonably priced. Well worth the drive since I live in Killeen.

Everything your home needs and more

They have one of the biggest assortments of home decor Ive have ever seen. I cant even begin to list everything they have. Needless to say, if you bought an apartment, you could fully furnish and decorate it out of this store. They have a myriad of styles. The only downside is they might be missing some of the more niche stuff.

This place is great for all of your home needs. Im writing this review in June of 2019 and they already have their fall selection out including Halloween. Thought it was a bit early for that but did find myself getting some things for fall. So.... Yeah.... The store has an amazing collection of things for the home and we have found a lot of things that we have furnished our home with. This is a great place to shop for your home decor. Employees seem friendly, dont really need to talk to them except when you check out so they must be doing something right.
