This is the second sleep number we have purchased so we were already familiar with the product. We clearly asked Dennis about legs for the integrated base as we didn’t want the base just sitting on the floor. He assured us the integrated base had legs, so disappointed at delivery. In fact I would never have paid $449 for what amounts to a box spring on the floor.
Knowledgeable, friendly, …. Bought one and may buy another for the guest bedroom. Awesome customer service!! Would highly recommend!

I was extremely happy with the whole experience at this store. The Staff was amazing, and very attentive to our questions, etc, and went out of their way to spend quality time with us, ensuring we knew all aspects of the Beds. We went in looking out of curiosity, for a future purchase, and walked out owning a new Bed. After visiting several competitors, we were blown away with this non-pressured assistance. We havent received our Bed as of yet, but none the less, satisfied with this lifetime investment.
Dennis the store manager was so friendly and informative! We did not feel rushed at all to make a decision and he and his crew were very knowledgeable in answering all questions we had. Stopped by having issues with my air system for my bed. The associate was extremely patient, courteous, and helpful with locating my accounts (I moved and changed phone numbers a number of times) and even loaned me a spare remote to try to get my bed inflated. In this case it didnt help apparently the air system failed while my bed was in storage for about a year and I had to get a new one, but my impression of both the store and the associate were to notch!

I called this location and Dennis anwsered all of my questions very professionally. With everything going on, I wanted to make sure that they were open to the public and that we were prepared before we drove the 30+ miles to the nearest Sleep Number location. When we arrived, the store was very clean, and the employees were eager to help. Dennis knew exactly who we, my sister and I, were and immediately started to help me. He was very knowledgable on each bed, knew everything down to the smallest details of each and every product. He also helped us to take every precaution for sanitation purposes. Dennis also gave me a heads up on the delay for delivery on the products, even though delivery is a few weeks out. I was going to wait to write a review, but in all honesty I was blown away at the customer service and knowledge of each and every product that I couldnt wait. I will definitely be coming back to this location! I will be referring/encouraging my friends and family to go and see Dennis!

Products generally sell themselves with a decent demo. Having six salesmen in an empty store, ready to pounce seems like overkill. Dennis, the store manager seems to be a straight shooter. Corporate would be wise to give these guys more leverage to sell their products. I didnt want to pay for someone to assemble my bed... no issue doing it myself. But the $200 charge was required. That seriously dilutes the $500 discount (which, apparently, is as good as the discount gets on the P5). I ultimately passed and got everything I wanted and more with Personal Comfort online.
Dennis is a wonderful salesman. He is thorough in his presentation allowing time for questions as needed. I appreciated the personal touch and attention given.

Bought the bed and was excited for the 100 day trial.My wife and I were not a fan of the air motor kicking on in the night which woke us up. Called to return the bed and was told you are not able to until after 30 days. Additionally aside from the $199 (plus tax) I paid to get the bed delivered I also have to pay $199 (plus tax) to return it.Shame on me for not reading the fine print. Buyer beware if you are interested in trying the product out for 100 nights. You will pay over $400 for this “free” trial.

It was an enjoyable experience. Had not been inside one of the stores for about 18 years or so. Those two green chairs need to have longer legs on them so you do not have to climb out of them after you sit down. They are only about 6 inches off the floor. :) A least it seems that way.
Even though our bed did not end up working for us, the customer service was excellent every step of the way. Pam was informative and not at all pushy when we were deciding to make the purchase. Delivery of the bed was fast (within a week) and workers were prompt and courteous at delivery and pick up.
The sales staff at the Cedar Park store was very friendly and helpful. It was not the first store or even second store I visited. I had to leave another store where the salesperson talked down my potential other brand selections in a very confrontational way. But the folks in the Cedar Park store only gave me good information and positive reasons to choose SleepNumber. I would highly recommend my friends to shop there.
Cant speak much on the product, but the service delivery absolutely sucks. The home delivery service missed two four-hour windows that they scheduled. I interpret that there was no priority placed after the first failure. Returning this (actually getting refund since I didnt receive a bed), and will probably never buy this product in the future. Customer service and maintenance support are highly suspect.
My husband and I bought out bed from here and its been amazing so far! It did take 3 weeks to arrive but Ive gotten the best sleep ever since its gotten here! Never going back to a regular mattress!

They did s great job explaining what sleep number is about and how e and ch of their beds work. They analyze ur sleep number and she shows us what the number means and how to apply it in their beds
My experience at Sleep Number was fantastic. If you shop this store you should be prepared for a full service sales approach. Dont get me wrong - it isnt a high pressured sales pitch. They take the time to fit you. They will first offer a pillow that would be specific to your sleep needs. Then they lay you on a bed and adjust it to your ideal firmness. They will show you on a screen the pressure points etc. Then they go through the different levels of product they have. Its a fairly involved process that requires an open mind and an open schedule. The products arent cheap. So they have to sell you the right product or nobody would buy. During the entire process they didnt make me feel uncomfortable or pressure me to buy. We left the store to discuss the options and they just gave us a pricelist/catalog and said they hope to see us soon.There was a hiccup in our delivery but the company did work with me to come to a favorable resolution. They were delightful to speak with the entire time.The installation crew was professional. They arrived in a Sleep Number branded truck and wore Sleep Number uniforms. They were kind to my pets, courteous to me, prompt in their delivery, and thorough in their explanation of how to use the product and care for it.The bed itself is a little too new to offer a definitive review. It is a high-quality product with a great warranty. The features are incredible. Time will tell if Im sleeping better.

I dont know how we ever slept before our Sleep Number Bed. A good nights sleep is worth every penny youll pay for these beds.

*** AVOID AT ALL COSTS***This is the most underhanded company I have ever worked with. They do not disclose all costs. Delivery cost is hidden and excessive. If you try to send the product back they will fight with you and belittle you (employee at this store). When you contact their support to send it back they will try to charge you 200 dollars for the return. Which is not mentioned at all in their pitch or at any time when you are working on the purchase. They also dont disclose to you that you have another, much cheaper return option.Beyond that the products are severely lacking.
