My wife and I were looking to put a queen bed in our newly remodeled guest room so we decided to upgrade the mattress in our bedroom and move our current mattress. We had planned on visiting multiple stores. However, after visiting with the sales associate we decide to pull the trigger on a new mattress on our first stop.

I worked with Nadia at this store. She is AMAZING! First, I was having a horrible day!! I was a brute! No one deserves people, especially strangers, to be unkind! I would have told me where to go, she didnt. She was professional all along and SO KIND! She helped me, thoroghly checking my alignment in each bed I tried, and with the pillow. She was unbelievable from start to finish! Heres the worst/best part.... she got nothing on the commission and she knew it from the start! I had already purchased a bed, adjustable base, and pillow but was concerned it wasnt right for me. I was correct. She took time with me and found the right bed and pillow for me. She helped me with the new purchase, and didnt receive a dime! She should have gotten have the commission and flowers for heavens sake! I hope she gets a raise.... she deserves it!

Had an awesome experience. We are super satisfied with our purchase and all the questions Shawn answered for us. He Was super patient with our 2 girls under 3 while we shopped for the correct mattress. We will definitely be back to look for our king mattress.

I went in to purchase a pillow. Pillows weren’t in the store so now have to go to the warehouse on the other side of town to pick it up or wait a week and go back to the store to pick up. I know space is limited but a couple of pillows of the best sellers? He said this was a best seller. Very frustrating. Won’t buy there again.

Mattress Firm called a day before delivery and claimed our Tempurpedic bed was out of stock and on back order for at least six weeks. There was absolutely no indication on at least two separate occasions that there would be any issues with stock and delivery. The whole process was very disappointing and frustrating. There were several mishaps even after the call.

It was fast. But the FOUR texts since yesterday to give a review is annoying. Maybe ease up on those. If I don’t want to review I don’t have to.

Sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable of her products and assisted us to the right mattress for us, which we purchased.

I had a horrible experience in Round Rock. And I was referred to this location, I am very impressed with Sean, he is the manager in this location and he is amazing. He has worked with me tirelessly to fix the initial issues caused by the other store and has been so kind and patient through this process. Him and Joseph F. Have completely turned a horrible experience into an experience that I will never forget!!! Although we are still working through everything and I am still trying to get a mattress....I would recommend this location over any others. The customer service is amazing and like I tell everyone, we can get expensive mattresses anywhere, good customer service is rare and will create loyal customers ❤️🙏🏼

I went in looking to exchange my mattress because I am still not happy with it after thinking I gave it enough time to really break in. I thought there was going to be some sort of catch to the exchange deal. But, instead of trying to convince me to still exchange, the guy there advised me to really just give it more time and advice on how to really break it in faster. He definitely kept it real with me and really helped me look for another mattress if I still didn’t like mine after some time. Great customer service ! I called Stephen several times because of my uncertainty regarding Covid. He was very helpful and assured me of all the companies extra efforts regarding safety.When we arrived Stephan was with another customer. The store manager stepped up to the plate and did an amazing job. He was Very friendly, had great experience to share and took plenty of time with us.We wound up buying an amazing bed, pillows and sheets . I would NEVER buy anything from Mattress Firm again. In my opinion their 120 Night Sleep Trial Guarantee is a scam! We bought a mattress from them, they offered a base free with purchase. 90 days later we are not not happy with the quality of mattress so called for a refund with in the period allowed for full refund. I was told well the base is not returnable they will charge me $500 for that, that they will charge 20% restock fee and $95 pick up fee so the $1000 mattress purchase I would get a refund of $200, how is that not a scam. Buy form someone else with a real return policy not these Used Car Salespersons!

Old guy with glasses doesnt know anything about customer service. He had an attitude when I asked him if there pillows had a warranty. And he refused to take a $20 bill.

The sales guy was incredible & thats where it ends. $825 for the level of incompetence I just dealt with is remarkable. Purchased 7/7 deliv scheduled between 430-630 and as of this writing 90 mins past 630 no phone call no warning of being late nothing. Then finally a call comes in from a guy waiting to be buzzed into my gate and he says to me & I quote we have 2 more stops to make we cant afford to wait and hung up on me....ahahahah....after they made me wait 90 mins past a 2 hr window????....then to find out theyre at the wrong address after I did go to buzz them....I figured make me wait & hang on up me you can now wait. Folks skip it entirely whatever you do. Theres like 30 other mattress stores ready & waiting to treat customers in the proper manner &this isnt it

Not my ideal place to come get a mattress. Told the sales rep my budget, kept pushing financing. Didnt offer a discount, heard about friends getting 50-60% off mattresses, so I went across town and got a deal like that.
