Got a quote to fix my x series hdmi port that was less than half of what Xbox quoted with no guarantees of it getting fixed with a 2 week lead time. Dropped it off the next day and another gentleman was at the counter, he seemed to question the price but stood by the quote I had gotten the day before. They finished by the next afternoon and mentioned that they definitely gave me the wrong quote but again stood by the original. The machine works great again and my son is extremely happy. I would definitely use them again. Very satisfied with the result

I went into star electronics for a new battery in my Samsung Note 8 and it expanded less than 2 months later. This cracked the back screen and make the phone useless. They put a new battery in and it seemed to resolve the issue. The screen is still messed up because of this though. They are so friendly and its worth going in for a reasonably priced repair.

My daughter spent her own money on a hover board from here. She had been saving up several different occasions. As you might guess, she was absolutely devastated when the wheel started to crack and we had to take it back. Further devastation occurred when my daughter couldnt find the receipt!! Luckily, I brought it back into the store and asked them for help. I wasnt sure what their return policy was, but they were very receptive and offered to exchange it. After dropping my iPhone 6 twice,my phone was fixed in a reasonable amount of time.The price was one of the best for around Austin.He also fixed my bent and cracked iPad 2. He bent the frame back into place and fixed the screen, he did an awesome job, and the best part of all is he came to me. which is great because after a busy day I dont want to go to the Apple store and have them tell me it will be several hours to a couple of weeks to fix. Daughter shattered the screen on her iPhone 6S. They had it fixed in 20 minutes! They had her sign in before we left so that they could check that everything was working properly. Expensive fix but was in line with several other quotes I received. Overall fantastic service!

I had my iPhone 7 repaired here, and I was not warned that the screens they use to replace the broken ones are cheap/horrible quality screens. I have a phone that is not cracked but, I cannot use it in the daylight because the screen color resolution is so dull. I took it back and there was nothing they could do. I am very displeased and I wouldn’t recommend that anyone go here.
