All the employees sat around, talking about what kinda partying they were gonna do over the weekend. Finally, an employee helped us. They never stopped talking. I know its retail but be more professional than that. What if my kids were with me?

Terrible customer service. They dont care about helping clients, just about helping themselves. Go to another gamestop if you can spend 10 more minutes driving, its worth your time.

Game stop was great. The cashier was the only worker working at the time I was there so it took a little time to get my game but it was worth the wait.

I did not like this location what so ever... very rude staff. A gentlemen to be exact, wish I could’ve got his name at the time. I had requested my game that I ordered elsewhere that had mentioned that u could receive it at this location due to covid but when I got there he stated I could not and that was a LIE. I know for a fact no matter what game stop it should be negotiated somehow especially for the fact of putting money into the company in ADVANCE! Anyways, I checked another game and stated they didn’t have it in store, I checked ANOTHER game and wasn’t in store. I called the contact us line online and they had a 60 min wait, I then emailed them and stated my issue and have not received anything back since other than an email that they would reach out to me and haven’t received anything since MAY 23rd!!

Earlier today I called in asking if you guys had any of a rare set of pokemon cards. Your store had the last tin and one of your employees set it aside for me. Thank god he did because I pulled a 500 dollar card from that. Thank you guys for being cool and holding it for me.

Awesome customer service!... Fantastic game selection!... I loved the the interaction between the gentleman at counter (I didnt get his name,... My sincere apologies... He wears eyeglasses, mustache and clean cut) and my with two boys...they really enjoyed it!...

I live in Wisconsin and I called this store and talked to a fine gentleman named Jeremiah (Not sure on spelling?) and he was able to help me ALL the way over in Wisconsin!!! I am so glad Gamestop exists and the reason is because of the humans that are real and do their best to help gamers!! THANK YOU!!

Okay place for video games and other gifts. Good selection. Some of the staff are friendly and very helpful . Some times the wait can be very long. You wont get much for trading your games. But thats the name of the game. I would recommend it for family and friends.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Good selection, and if they dont have something they will do all they can to help you find and get it. Store is always clean and organized and at big even times they are efficient and keep a good orderly environment!

Every time I come here they harass me about signing up for their rewards program and constantly bring up how its been 3 years since youve been a pro they literally need to be told no like 3 times before they stop. I shop for games mostly on eBay where they dont try to charge 30 dollars for a pre owned 8 year old 360 game. If I wanted to be a damn pro member Ill sign up on my own, I dont need employees harassing me to spend an extra 15 dollars the two times a year I decide to stop at game stop for a quick new game.

Admittedly I do not patronize gaming shops much these days, but I stopped in today for a specific item. The gentleman working the store was kind, helpful, and an example of what good customer service looks like. I didnt catch his name, but whoever opened today, March 15th did a great job. If and when I go to a game store, itll be this one.

This was the first time my sister and I visited this location. I knew exactly what I was going to buy upon arriving, but seeing as we have a multitude of gaming systems, we wanted to browse a little. About 5-10 minutes into browsing the guy shouts from across the counter “what are you looking for?” We told him we were just browsing and he said “oh so your just mooching off MY ac?” We preceded to say “no we’re planning to buy something before we leave” but this comment definitely made us want to just leave. In the end, we spent over 100 dollars. While the second guy was helpful once he realized we were spending money, the overall experience was very uninviting. Definitely won’t be returning to this location. I have never been accused of “mooching” while simply looking around, wallet in hand. Very rude, all I wanted was a new gaming system.

This Gamestop is the friendliest and best store I’ve been to in all my years of shopping for games. Everyone here is of the most kind and helpful and informative, the store is always stocked with what I want/need and has a very welcoming atmosphere.

I went there today to purchase a Wii and the man there Jeremiah was very helpful and is very knowledgeable in what he is doing. He deserves a raise! I thank Jeremiah for his help and patients with me! Good job Jeremiah!

Ha! There was a so-called manager with red hair working here at one point...heard him cussing and arguing with a customer over credit or something. Then he turned on us. Self control? How stupid and low-rent can you get? I know GameStop had the class, long ago, to get rid of this loser. He was doing this in front of women with small children, also.Lastly, he was overheard saying, customers are a pain in the ass! Really? Is sleeping in a cardboard hut more soothing to that general area?Whatever his name was, hes the reason we no longer give this particular GameStop a small fortune....its now a -very- small fortune..pretty close to...nothing! If we find out he was not terminated or demoted, we will withdraw our support from GS entirely, because anything less would be a joke.

Staff wasnt exactly bubbly but they were friendly and went out of their way to get me a deal.

My wife and I come here constantly and even if we dont find what we are looking for the staff is always pleasant and very knowledgeable, able to answer any questions we have accurately and reaching out to help us if the need arises. This isnt just a gamestop filled with customer service reps, these guys are awesome.

Decent size GameStop, but is not big enough for the location its in. On weekends and big game releases this place gets filled up quick and youll be waiting outside in line.

I dont go as often as I used to. But everytime I go the staff are always eager to help me with a purchase, find a product or store that has it, and just talk in general about games, new releases, or new products.The store itself is always clean, full of new and used products, and has a great selection in general.

Game stop always has what I need, and I love their return policy as well as their used game selection! I think gamestop is better than larger corporations due to their accessibility, and ease of purchase when you want to actually go out and buy a game rather get bombarded in a mega store like Frys or Best Buy. Dont get me wrong, Frys and Best Buy are great for certain things, but when I just want to grab a game real quick, gamestop it is!

The staff is very knowledgable and very patient with the mommy and daddy questions. Lol for those parents that dont really know the games and have questions before purchase, these guys can help you greatly. And for the game in all of us there is a great selection for all gaming platforms. And if you cant find something just ask it may be at one of there other stores and they can point you in the right direction.

Prices can be a little higher than online but the employees are knowledgeable, which you cant get online.

Went there bought 2 SPORTS games for xbox 360 kinect. I got home played one of the games, all day Saturday. Went to play the other game..the next day n guess what no disk inside lost 6.00 counting tax..was a sunday when I found this had thrown away my receipt...BETTER CHECK YOUR CASES IF YOU BUY HERE..

This place is CHRONICALLY undersraffed, today there was one person, during rax season, trying to take phone calls, and check people out, and while he was super polite, he was also slow as molasses. Please figure out your sraffing issues!

This is by far the WORST Gamestop in the Cedar Park/ Leander area, Their employees never know what they are talking about and will feed you lies in order to get you out of their store with something in hand. The employees here are more concerned with chatting it up with one another than heloping customers. If you are reading this and thinking about going to this Gamestop go to ANY OTHER GAMESTOP in the area. ANY they are all alot more friendlier than this one.
