We had a flawless experience porting our lines over to Metro PCS from AT&T and getting set up with new phones! We worked with Lupe, he was great, thank you.

Employee was rude and seemed irritated that I was even in the store. She brushed me off and kept directing me to go to the website instead of doing her job.

If i could give no stars. Says it opens at noon, i have been sitting here and the employee (vicky) show up after 12. Waited for the employee to get situated and still has yet to open. Knocked on the door at 12:10 and nobody came out of the backroom to acknowledge to me. There were a few people waiting as well but left. Worst service!

I moved to Texas 6 years ago. This was the first place I went to and Ive been a customer ever since. I truly have no plans of going anywhere else. Ive never had any issues with my phone, plans, or staff.

This store is one of the best Metro stores I have ever been to. Alyzah goes way above and beyond to take care of her customers. Ive been a Metro customer for 5 years and recently moved back to the area. This is now my preferred store.

The store was clean the associate was polite and friendly and proactive with information

I went in to ask a couple of questions and was very disappointed with how we were treated by the employee working the evening shift. She was harsh with even the way she looked at me. I will not be returning to this location at all.

Blake is great. Knowledgeable and great in customer service. We will be back an we will make sure to be driving to his location even if others are much closer.

Had trouble with one of our phones & Blake W helped me and was very nice. Even my 5 year old said he was a very nice guy. Thank you Blake.

Forget buying fidget spinners at gas stations they hand them out! Along with all sorts of goodies. The accessories are extremely cheap and always great customer service.

Dont go here. The deals seem good but they really arent because you end up paying for a phone that you cant even use because you dont get service half the time. When people texted me most of the time I didnt get it and if I did it was way late the next day. Then when you finally get frustrated and switch to a different phone company if you call to ask if you can have your money back since they charged you even though your switched they give you an attitude and when you call them out for giving you attitude they hang up.

10:30am and place is still not open. Why does the phone tell you they open at 9 am. Bad business.

Informative staff. Setup was easy. Prices are good.

They were supposed to be open on Sundays from noon to 6pm but they were close at 4:30 pm whiteout any reason or sign.
