UNCARRIED. Most disappointing cell phone experience we have had. Unfortunately, we trusted the Uncarrier with our home internet, car sync, and 4 phones - they not only sold devices out from under us, they also lied to our faces when we tried to receive service post sale. The manager was on vacation for 2 weeks, and we were told only the manager was able to assist us. Upon his return today, I came in for help - which he REFUSED, stating the remorse window, that only he can help with, closes at... two weeks. Enjoyed his vacation, Im sure, and Ill be enjoying the carrier Verizon. The UNCARRIER is exactly that.

Today will make the third time Ive had to go to this T-Mobile store for service as its still not set up correctly. The staff here needs to be updated on policies as pretty much everything theyve told us so far has been the opposite of what people in the main office tell us.Backstory: My partner and I are combining finances. After some research we decided to go with T-Mobile, even after their latest data breach. We go to the store and were waited on by Maxmillion. He seemed very capable at the time. Boy, were we wrong.He ordered our phones as they were out of stock as well as our accessories. We traded in our old phones and got a really nice deal. He forgot to give us our Apple TV info, but that wasnt a huge deal to us as we could just call to get it. Maxmillion told us that we could just print our the shipping labels and ship our old phones in.The next day, my phone wont receive calls or messages. Somehow, Maxmillion didnt activate my number. He also didnt add me to the account so I had to wait for my partner to call in so that I could contact anyone. Since I had no way to contact him, he sat around all day wondering why I wasnt messaging him. (I emailed him but who checks those? LOL)I went to the store to get this all figured out and, since my phone was removed off any network, all my apps failed and my phone was basically a brick. This is also a huge pain point for me as Im very directionally challenged and freak out if I dont at least have a map. The staff couldnt help me as I wasnt on the account. After my partner called the main office though, everything was fixed right up.Our phones came in and theyre beautiful! Love the new Galaxy Fold and my partner is digging the new iPhone. However, when we go to get our shipping labels, the main office tells us that we cant ship the iPhone in, even though Maxmillion said we could. They also dont show us returning another iPhone so they were going to charge us the full value of the phone!! This is after weve applied the 50 dollar glass shielding to the phone. Now, we have to ship this phone back to them so they can ship us another iPhone that is somehow configured differently. We arent being compensated for the glass shield being applied or for all this hassle. Its just all become a huge mess and it all revolves around the service we got at this store.I firmly believe that if we had went to a different location, our experience would have been much better. Calling 611 always gets our situation resolved. However, in person has lead to us having issue after issue.TLDR: T-Mobile is pretty great thus far! This store is definitely not their best foot forward.

One of the Rep. made a mistake of applying expired promotion to new purchase of a phone only to made me realize later when the bill arrived. I went in to discuss the matter thinking best Ill get is refund for returning the device. Since the phone was not even opened my best hope was not being charged of re-stocking fee and that was my best expectation. Instead, Assistant manager corrected the mistake by credit my account full amount in dollars if the promotion was to be applied. This types of service is something you dont see anymore. Do I recommend this place? Most definitely. Talk to Chloe( Assistant manager) or the manager( for got the name. Sorry ;). ). I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Sprint is now T-Mobile. Went in because my phone now has some data restrictions from the switch and asked for help to remove them. Employee said he cant do it and I have to contact customer service. I told him beforehand that I had already contacted sprint and that they said Im not restricted on anything. Will be changing service providers since it seems the staff at this location are incompetent as well as the online service.

I have been a Sprint customer for 15 plus years. TMobile recently purchased Sprint and had to go into the store to upgrade devices. Worst customer service and three TMobile stores later- all with horrible customer service. I will be switching and taking my business to Verizon.

Unfortunately cannot share positive review. most unfortunate encounter: was told to return 24hrs to migrate sprint to tmobile... after phone calls & internet chat, it turns out it had to be done @ A STORE!!! the supposed mgr didnt look up acct, review any details & automatically placed call to customer service where the mgr there said it had to be converted @ A STORE!!! even tech support after reviewing acct said so. wasted hrs there & ignored.

The guy that helped us out (I believe his name was John) was super friendly and helpful. He tried to help us save some money and in the end he did. I got a new iPhone 11 Pro, and it started acting weird where I couldn’t hear when I called/received calls.. I took it back in there a few days later, and another guy (sorry forget their name, but he had medium length black hair) was able to fix it within 5 minutes. Overall the staff is friendly and helpful, but my personal opinion is that the T-Mobile service isn’t as great as my service was with AT&T... My calls drop sometimes, and my WI-FI/LTE is so slow or non-existing sometimes which is super frustrating while owning a business...

Extremely poor customer service, waited for more than 20 minutes to speak with store manager about an issue. He gave a one word answer and when I asked a question he looked at me and walked away.Staff is is uneducated and uninformed about the products they sell, when I asked about the difference between the new Galaxy Note Ultra and the new Galaxy Note the person insisted the only difference in the 2 devices is the camera. To say that he was wrong is a massive understatement.If you need help GO SOME PLACE ELSE!

Store staff was patient. We had a long and difficult technical support issue and Ryan (the T-Mobile employee who helped us) helped for several hours while we went through 5 new phone lines. We didnt buy anything or increase our service. It was simply a matter of enabling new features and he stuck with us on a Saturday afternoon while technical support labored to correct all of the issues. We are new to T-MOBILE and if he is any indication of the kind customer service we will receive the we will be continue to be very happy.

Service depends who you get. Managers are solid and Darren is awesome. Had a junior who messed up my account and we are now in collections as a result of his mistake. Head office are not listening to the store manager telling them what’s happened. Their head office is definitely the Achilles heel of this organization.

I moved to T-Mobile from Verizon to take advantage of special pricing on their unlimited plan. During sign up the representative and I had a miscommunication that did not become apparent until several days later. I went into the store and Jon, the store manager, worked to find a solution. You always want things to go smoothly, but sometimes they just dont. I am glad to do business with a company that will work to find a resolution. Thank you Jon.

Hi, I was a customer of T-Mobile for over 15 years. After I left T-Mobile. They tried to con me out of $413.63 for 1 phone line, out of the family plan (4 phone numbers). Claiming I didnt tell them to turn off the one number. After I had told them I was taking my business elsewhere and to cancel my plan. So if you are thinking of going with T-Mobile, consider this; T-Mobile WILL hold your bill until it is late, then send it with late fees. T-Mobile will slow down your internet when it get close to the cap. T-mobile will drop your calls even when you are well with-in zone. FINALLY; when you leave them, they will try to CON you out of 3 to 6 more months of payments.So I hope that after you have read this you choose to go elsewhere.

The first day I came here I switched my service from Sprint, and was excited about the possibility of a better service. A few days later I accidentally dropped my phone and called to see how I could fix it. I knew I bought insurance with a brand new iPhone but upon calling was told they “forgot” to add it, so I was SOL. The next time I came in to verify my account the guy suggested I change my name on my account (which isn’t my legal name) and pulled up a chair next to another customer he was already helping because ya know, I want to give my personal account information in front of another customer. This store is the worst store I have ever been to and I am considering dropping T-Mobile altogether now.

Garrett is the cat’s pajamas! I broke my phone while on vacation and had already researched and exhausted numerous possible solutions elsewhere, all to no avail. I was desperate for a cheap and fast alternative phone while I determined my next move.Upon entrance, I was welcomed by two separate associates, and my name was added to a short wait-list. Within a few minutes, I was called over to be assisted. Garrett listened patiently as I explained my predicament and tribulations. He knew exactly how to solve my issue and provided me with a high-quality interim phone at minimal cost. He even regaled me with stories about his Alaskan childhood and an irksome moose while he was getting the phone set up.Garrett went out of his way to make sure my needs were met. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate his service and T-Mobile for providing an environment that enables their associates to put the customer first.

Dont waste your time talking to the employees, anything they say will be overridden by the manager Jon Campuzano and no promises made will be upheld. Do yourself and the little finite life your gifted with and just go straight to him instead so you dont waste gas, time and aggravation. Evidently he has the last word regardless of employees promises and has no shame in backtracking and doing a horrible unprofessional version of damage control in his favor.

I am a 15 year customer (more or less to be exact) of T-Mobile since it was Voice Stream, never the less this will be my last month due to Retail Associate Manager who I will not mention by name, Owner of this particular store, (yet an associate manager?) and a Marketing student at UT (which she is not listed in the directory for some reason?). ALL LIES! Her analogies of of insurance were ludicrous saying that if you wreck your car you must pay a deductible yet I didnt wreck my phone, it broke under its own volition! Thats where a warranty comes in I believe? Then she tells me the deductible will magically be discounted from the remaining balance on my $590.00 phone! So I used her analogue by asking if my car were wrecked would the deductible be removed from the remaining principal of the car? I dont think so, but hey shes the expert! I could not find the girl who I talked to on the phone and told her specifically the phone was left in my car, not under direct sunlight for about 15 minutes and when I came back it was cracked and the screen no longer light up. The owner or Retail Associate whatever was trying to tell me she probably thought it was a scratch yet I retracted that I absolutely told her it was a crack, this went on for several minutes as if the words crack and scratch are synonyms or somehow were linked in the dictionary as the same word. I also showed her my backup S4 that has part of the screen missing and yet still somehow works and the display phone of the S5 that had a bad screen (screen burn that I took a picture of) and her reply was it was a display model somehow implying that there is a factory at Samsung for display models only! No its only the software that makes it a display model. Needless to say they got me for $590 plus whatever it costs me to switch carriers unless I get a person who makes sense and has a basic understanding of definitions. I really hope she is not a student of UT because with her knowledge and comprehension she does not deserve her degree. I will never return to this store even if I have to drive 200 miles out of my way and I suggest you do the same. I apologize but I am livid at this point that the warranty was not upheld and I will talk to the owner because she did not even look up my information until I said something which is what the first girl whom I called promised to do first thing when I got there. STAY AWAY!

Its an issue that has since been resolved long ago, but in short, some issues came about related to my CellSpot device. Probably ended up having to come into the store about 2-3 times to get it all sorted out. The wrong CellSpot device was recorded for return that caused my replacement CellSpot device to be marked for return and rendered the device non-working. I think it ended up taking about a month until the whole mess was sorted out and I finally got a working CellSpot device. I am nonetheless merciful and realize these mistakes happen.

This store obviously does not know how to run a business. I walked in to buy a case and all of the associates are standing next to people that still havent decided on a phone. Instead of attending those of us that know what we want or need they make everyone sign a sheet. That is ridiculous. Worst customer service I experienced. I even asked a lady whether she can assist me and she told me to sign the sheet even though I just wanted to buy a case. The person she was attending was still looking around.

I have been to this location before and the staff have been super helpful and friendly and thats the only reason I am giving this location 2 stars. Otherwise, I would have only gave them one star. Today I was VERY dissapointed in the costumer service I recieved from the associate that helped me out. Maybe its early and he was still tired but I personally felt he lack professionalism and carried a lathargic attitude. If I came in with an attitude I would understand if he was hesitant to help me. The associate seemed annoyed to answer any of the questions and concerns that I had. Although I was adamant on purchasing a new phone, the way he conducted himself was so unacceptable that I did not want to give him that sale. Please whoever is in charge of this location speak to your staff and remind them that costumer service is important, especially with a smile! Thank you.

Not even one star. I went there after one problem i had with my galaxy 7 edge, red stip on the right of the screen. They ordered another one, which comes out to be a refurbished one, it just stopped working meanwhile the lady was trying to transfer the data. I payed cash $43.27, which frankly still dont understand what was to pay for, but they said that were not able to give me back the money so they were putting it back to my account!!! I did not want that, no way you pay cash and you cant have your money back!!! The worst ever.

A-holes slam on services. Ask for a simple add-on line, you get the line plus an unneeded data plan which you specifically said not to add. Second time that we ordered something and they slipped something in. Manager could care less, complaints to district manager go unanswered. The service in Cedar Park sucks they will not put up a new tower to help service they only want money they could care less about you. Oh amd if your phone battery explodes its your fault... If i can zero or negative stars, i will give. This place is a case study of how lousy customer service can get. Staff engages in long long discussion with current client and there is no desire to speed things up and help those who wait for service. I wene there 3 times to return an equipment and staff was just ignoring and going on lengthy conversations with customers who were in the counter, particularly those who like to hang on even after their work is done. The uncarrier will not do well if they dont get rectify their instore service which is lousiest i have ever experienced. Will complain in T mobile website

Dont buy Puregear Tempered Glass or any accessories! The lifetime warranty is through the manufacturer and the T-Mobile employees will tell you they will replace them in-store without issue until you actually hold them to it. We got a sorry for the misinformation and see you later from their manager. I would stay away from cases as well as you can find both cheaper online. Dont trust the employees they will do anthing to make a sell and forget you the minute you walk back in.
