She went out of her way to compare phone payment plans plus data usage to find the perfect phone and plan for me. I was super impressed with her knowledge, professionalism, and all around great personality. If you need to shop at Verizon, Diosa is the person to help you!

They sell cheap phones for high prices and absolutely will not help you with any issues you have. They just direct you to a number no one answers. 10/10 do not recommend. For your own comfort please go with someone else

Very pleasant experience for phone purchase. All representatives were were neatly dressed and well groomed. Tyler Daugharty was very helpful in explaining the phone choices for my needs. I have always been an Android person, so didnt even look at anything else. I selected the Samsung S21 5G and have only had it for 3 days, but so far I am extremely pleased. Do not but a phone here or bring your Verizon plan from another location. They sold us 3 new lines in addition to our current plan only to charge 500 over 2 bill cycles. They promised us 350 back in gift cards for bringing our own phones and then there was no way to use the gift card. Tech support was unhelpful on resolving this issue. We have 350 we cant use and paid 500 out of pocket to bring phone lines over to Verizon. Keep your other accounts Verizon is a scam and steals your money.

Recently our company switched from Sprint to Verizon. Initially we made the move due to the merge between Sprint and T-Mobile, that resulted in not so great customer service. We were with sprint for over 20 years !! We ultimately decided to go with the Verizon Business Pro Plan due to the service and where we are located. There was great anxiety switching to a new provider when we started our search, but Tristan at the Cedar Park location (N Bell Blvd) was an AWESOME salesperson. Store has changed so much in 6 months. New staff for the most part. Definitely not friendly, but more important not trained. Guy was clueless in helping with phone I purchased 6 months ago. Once it was learned I was there for technical questions and not to purchase, interest in helping me went out the door.

Our sales person went WAYYYYY above and beyond to help us out, get us the best deal, and make sure we understood everything and were well taken care of. Came in to this location to get some help with my new device that my son upgraded for me. My old phone was not working and I was concerned about getting a new phone due to all the changes that come with it. I came in and first thing I noticed was everyone here was extremely knowledgeable about answering all my questions and listening to my concerns. They assured me I could get a new device without losing any info. I was happy to hear that so I have them the green light and everything was transferred with no problem. This store is so pretty as well and has a nice view. Chairs are nice and high. Music is good. Cold refreshing water. Most other stores for have chairs and it’s extrmely annoying. I’m happy I came in to this location and from now I’ll start pking here. I never came in before because my friends said they aren’t a “real Verizon” well the people here are real and they’re amazing. Martin Barrett was the employee who was helping us and I dont think I have ever been so pleased with a service before in my life, and not just with phones. They are not Verizon Corporate, they just represent them. I replaced a phone here for a new one without knowing it, they charge for backing up the new phone. The phone didnt work properly, came back to return it, they gave me a new one, but no backup, didnt realize until I walk out. Lost all contacts and info. Official Verizon stores dont charge for backup.

Employee that helped me had very little knowledge. Refused to honor a Verizon promotion and lied about being able to do a return not once but twice. The manager did do the refund but on our third trip. Initial employee failed to even port the number over to the new phone. Had to go to an actual Verizon store for it to be corrected. Hopefully the issue was this one employee and his lack of knowledge.

Was going to switch carriers, but decided to stop in this store to chat with a sales person. Have been with VZW for 17 years, and was not aware of the customer friendly deals in recent months. Ive been having troubles with my text messages for a long time now. I was looking for some help. I came to this location and hopes that somebody would be able to assist me with fixing my text messages. I met with a gentleman named Martin. He was phenomenal and assisting me and showing me how the new Verizon messaging Plus app works. I bought my phone from here and Ill continue to come back thank you very much cellular sales.

I came into this location on Monday and there were 3 gentlemen working the floor. All of them were so attentative and caring about my needs. When I visit any other store they don’t even have chairs but this location has a comfortable waiting area and not only that but they open the door for you before you get inside.
