Amazing! For a phone carrier thats typically NOT 🚫 on the list of first choice phone companies...Id have to STRONGLY DISAGREE! THIS STORE NEEDS TO RISE TO THE TOP OF THE LIST!!! I ACCIDENTALLY made it into the store and it was the best accident I ever made! Talk about AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE - CHECK!! THE PHONE STORE, THE EMPLOYEES, THE PLACE MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE A GOOD DEAL IS NOT GOING TO BE A FIGHT AND ITS SO CLEAN IN THERE! ITS AN UP TO DATE SPOT ON ALL THEIR PHONES AND DEALS! Clean neat cricket wireless. The staff were very professional. They carry a better selection of the mobile phones I dare say in the whole north Austin area. I came in the store with a broken phone. I left with a brand new Iphone 8+. They even helped me get my apps contacts and photos back. I would definitely set this store as my go to for mobile needs.

Came in for an iPhone 8 upgrade they were nice and friendly. I could tell they were their because they choose to be and werent rude or pushy with sales. This store also had the nicest layout Ive seen for a cricket store.

Place was very hot inside. Customer rep was Ill equipped to deal with anything and manning the store by herself. Brought in a new note 8 to be activated and the clerk didnt even know about the phone. Was sent to another store after 1 hour of wasted time. Get with the program management.

Was the only person in the store. Guy working there told me he was the manager and his name was Edwin. Would not accept a debit or credit card.Had to go to the bank and get cash and then go back..Just didnt seem right.
