We had an amazing experience with Alyza. We just came in from Europe and came in to get prepaid cards. She went above and beyond to assist us with all of our needs. We purchased tempered glass for each phone and she helped us put them on with no hesitation. We will be here for a few weeks and def recommend this location for all your cellular needs. She has a ton of knowledge about each product we inquired about and we are so pleased with her service. She def needs a raise if we do say so ourselves. We had a long night due to delays and such from our trip. We are jet lagged beyond belief and her patience is beyond me. Love it and her service.

We were trading in three phones with data transfers it took a long time. Zach was entertaining and upbeat through it all. He was also informative and taught us new ways (to us) navigate the iPhone.

This location was absolutely amazing! The lady I spoke with, Alyza, was really attentive and polite what I liked the most was that she actually told me what NOT to buy. I was about to get a phone I’d regret, but she showed me why it wouldn’t work out and what I should get. Tremendous!

Alyza was AMAZING! All morning my husband and I had been running around different locations to find the phones we wanted but with no luck. Then we went and saw Alyza and she not only had our phones but found every way possible to find us savings. It was so hot outside and she knew I was pregnant and running around all morning she offered me a comfortable chair from the back office and water. Its so rare to receive above and beyond service and she totally nailed it. Thank you Alyza!!

Eric was really nice and helpful getting my service transferred over to Verizon. There wasn’t traffic at all and was one of the quickest visits I’ve had to a phone place. Looking forward to having more coverage after going camping and not having any service with my former carrier versus my husband who had Verizon and service the entire time.

We have been Verizon customers for several years and have been through several phone upgrades as a customer. Fortunately we have had a good experience during our upgrade/trade in process throughout the years, but this time was exceptional! RJ and his business partner did a fantastic job of making sure we were getting the best value possible and patiently walked my wife in transitioning her Android phone over to an Apple phone account. If it is time for you to get a new Verizon phone, this is the place to go. These guys will do a great job of taking care of you.

I had a difficult situation transferring a personal phone number on my new business an Apple XR. He did it! He was patient, friendly and provided excellent service. This is my new cellular store and this is the only place I will buy my Apple products. He is the Genius, no need to ever go to the bar.

My phone had died, wont turn on or do anything. I took to this store and Andy did his magic and turned the phone on. He almost spent an hour making sure my phone turned on and had all my information on it. Great service and I will come back to this store for my new phone. My phone was having specific problems. Rajat took the time to try various solutions. When it was determined I needed to buy new phone he took time to set up new phone even with old phone problems. He was pleasant, patient, helpful, accommodating. I will definitely go back to his store again and highly recommend it.

We happen to see a new Verizon store pop up on our commute from work and we were already considering making a change from previous provider. We stopped by and met Andy who made this the most seamless transition Ive ever gone through for switching providers and getting my new iPhone set up. He was so helpful by helping us with screen protectors and even by having the specific phone colors brought overfrom a different store that same moment. He explained all the plans very thoroughly. It helped make our decision that much easier when everything was broken down per phone, per month, plus taxes, etc. (im a visual learner). Overall, a great experience! Thanks, Andy!!

Andy and Rajat have provided really great experience when we switched over from AT&T to Verizon. The options on the plan were very well explained to us. When we decided to go with the plan, they helped us to get the best possible deals on trade in for our phones. All in all it was a great experience. Great customer service - highly recommend!!I visited this store on 5/28/2020. Obviously most of if not all but one Verizon corporate stores are closed due to covid and I was a little unsure of going to an “authorized retailer” but honestly this was the best experience I’ve had with Verizon!Purchased/upgraded to the new Apple IPhone 11PRO and RJ made it so easy for me. He got the new phone set up & even made sure to get everything transferred (it was almost 30k pictures & videos so it took a lil over an hour)! Also, I was still able to do a trade in with my old phone there, just like a corporate store. Literally they can do all the same exact stuff.RJ had great communication about what deals and options were available for me as well as just providing outstanding customer service!! Definitely will go back to this location next time I get a new phone (or really just need any help with a Verizon issue).
